About half way through my time there Donovan introduced himself and seemed really cool at first til my girlfriend came in. His mood shifted and when he was asking me to put a deposit to hold a deal my girlfriend politely asked if we could have a minute to speak. After she said that Donovan proceeded to get up and say "I know when to fuck off when told too" This seemed totally unprofessional to me and my girlfriend was actually kind of offended by that because we wanted to discuss the bike and finances. Later Xander came up, very politely asked if I needed more time to talk and I said yes please just a few more minutes and he said sure no thing. Later Donovan just sat down in the middle of us talking and said what're we thinking. I said well I'm gonna take these numbers home, think about and look over finances. He then said wish the best of luck to you in a sarcastic tone and abruptly got up. Xander walked my girlfriend and I out and we thanked him for his time and everything he did. When purchasing used cars from smaller dealers I've learned that you must ask a lot of questions, and Harrison was very forthcoming. Since it isn't a new car I expected some small defects and there were a few of those which were easily overlooked. But no major surprises. The one or two things I wanted fixed were put into writing and fixed before the car was picked up. The buying process - yes there were a few hiccups but again this isn't a large dealer with a lot of staff. Nothing that we couldn't iron out. The end result? They even delivered the bike to me after purchase, which was great. They offered me the winners circle package of service for 2 years, which I signed up for. That has not been so great. Each time I want service, it has taken about 3 weeks total. I remember the sales rep introduced me to the service department and was joking about how they were drunk all the time. I thought it was a weird joke, but maybe it wasn't a joke? So I recommend them for sales, but not for service.
