I wish I could leave minus stars....They told me all my stuff would be delivered in 3 days..... I took 3 weeks!!! Almost lost my job because they held my equipment, cloths and furniture hostage. Had to buy clothes, shoes and not to mention a hotels until all my furniture and stuff showed up. They broke one of the tables, lost a yoga mat and forgot 2 of my boxes, the boxes they forgot to deliver were not return to my until I press a legal issue... this was 7 weeks after the original deal. I will never use them again, nobody should have to deal with this incompetent company. read more

iMovers ...I'll be leaving feedback on Yelp/Google and anywhere else that applies . We spent over $10,000 ! Yes you read that right . The guys were friendly, respectful and hard working .HOWEVER, we were never (NEVER) told that our belongings would be sent to PA and into a warehouse . Neither First Rate (the broker ) OR Imovers told us that beforehand. As a result of handling our belongings twice as much (load in GA then unload in PA then load in PA unload on ME)....we've literally had : EXACTLY a 55" TV destroyed , cracked screen & frame (I have pics) , an expensive and damaged lamp , many small items just broken , several items of furniture with damage . UNACCEPTABLE!! As a result of the fine print & "lawyer proof"contract to CYA, since we packed it (we're a military family and pack meticulously), iMovers won't even BEGIN to accept any liability . We're basically out about about $2000!!! (We just opened 10 more boxes today in our basement . Many MORE things damaged. Our wine glasses and wedding glasses from 20 years ago ! I packed them well and they STILL broke them by mishandling .) I'm beyond heartbroken and dejected. I couldn't recommend iMovers ,because of the handing of our belongings BUT I also could NEVER recommend First Rate Movers (the broker ). They changed the price on us 3 times and never had any communication. We never knew what was going on because nobody would return our call . As I said , feedback /reviews WILL be left . BEWARE: Don't sign the contract in a hurry , they get you on the phone and say "I'll need you to sign it while you're in the phone with me ." Take your time . Read the fine print . We paid for a 26' truck and we're charge $2000 more for the additional 2000 sq. Feet . We came in at 1470 sq Ft. They only refunded $1000 between the broker and Imovers . I cannot stress enough how MUCH additional stress this put on us in the whole moving interaction. Definitely wouldn't recommend using First Rate movers . If you do use iMovers then only make SURE your belongings are moved 1 time , from home to home . Otherwise it's a complete disaster . The loading & unloading crew that we met were great people ...it's just that somewhere along the way our things were so MISHANDLED. Literally just slammed in the truck or warehouse , we're unsure which . We completely regret spending over $10,000 to move. We should've don't it ourselves with less damage and WAY less stress !!! read more

Aside from being quoted one price and literally having to pay double because there was more than they thought and my stuff was already loaded so I had no choice...it took over 6 weeks to get my family's belongings and we moved across the country and had nothing. I had to call everyday and got the run around and there was zero communication unless I did so. Upon arrival they stated we had to pay cash or we could not have our things although we had been paying by check for everything with them. It was a Sunday and luckily a family member had almost 4k cash or it would have been our fault? There's on number to call and one woman who is clearly annoyed every time she answers the phone, no email contact is available either. These people work with shipping brokers and totally screw the customer for being in the middle. I DO NOT recommend. read more

IMovers just finished my move and did an outstanding job! This was my 3rd time using them in the past 2 years. This time I moved locally in palm beach. Had 3 pick up stops with everything being delivered to our new home in boynton beach. Enough stuff that it filled up the entire truck. 3 guys did the move. Javier and Mike were very respectful and easy to work with. I could tell they have years of experience doing moves. Not a single item broken and they put everything wherever I wanted at the new home. This people treated my stuff like TRASH.. 4660$ in lost (stolen?) items and damages and they only offer me to pay 186$ at first (0,6$ / Lb) and 500$ after arguing... STAY AWAY FROM THEM .. THEY ARE A DISARTER.. The storage was NOT with AC and mold and corrosion was all over the place read more

I used your moving company, iMovers LLC to move from Connecticut to Texas. Your company has made this process extremely difficult and stressful. There was absolutely zero transparency or correspondence with us the customer. Once our boxes and things were collected we were at the mercy of the iMovers. I was the one who called everyday to check on the status of our truck, to which the reply was "Call back later when I'm in the office." These phone calls were made at 10am EST. Never once did I receive a call stating our truck was on its way. Eventually the lady on the other end of the phone, who may not even work for iMovers in my opinion, gave me the number to the driver so I could call him. Upon further investigation the number she gave me wasn't the driver after all, it was the dispatcher who was more than gracious to allow me to call him several times to check up on our things. We were told our things were to be delivered on the 14th day out of the 14 days promised. Not only did our things arrive late, but as it turns out the original truck that came to our house was unpacked, repacked, unpacked, repacked and finally unpacked. We were unaware that this would be the case, no one ever mentioned that this would happen. Who would want their things handled that many times? We were very satisfied with how the truck was packed the first time and completely dissatisfied finding out it changed hands so many times. iMovers failed to mention any of this, there was zero transparency. When our things finally did show up I noticed a box that I had clearly marked as "Fragile" looked as though it had been airdropped without a parachute. The box was practically torn in two, needless to say glasses were shattered. After the movers left, I inspected the rest of our things and noticed not one but two pieces of furniture were damaged. One item in particular, a side table was destroyed; this table was my grandparents table and now it's completely broken. How in the world does something like this happen? You would think that "professional" movers would know how to properly pack a truck and ensure all furniture is secured. The second piece was a sideboard table that my grandfather had built, that too was cracked and chipped. Two family heirlooms destroyed by so-called "professionals." This is extremely unacceptable and I want compensation. On top of all the damage I noticed things were stolen. I use the word stolen and not lost because they were tools which were inside of my tool bag. Things like that do not just walk away. Someone blatantly opened my tool bag and helped themselves to what was inside. I make my living with my tools, I have invested a lot of money into my tools and to have them stolen from me is a kick in the face. You need to hire better "professionals," you have crooks in your outfit. The list so far is 2 pairs of ChannelLock Pliers, 1 Husky Flashlight and 1 Fluke Multimeter. The Fluke multimeter alone is worth about $200. I need to work 16 hours just to be able to afford a new one. What kind of people do you have working for you? If I would've known any of this beforehand I would have chosen a different and perhaps more reliable company to handle our things. "Rogue" movers according to the FMSCA. They lowball a quote and once they have your household goods force you to pay them or they won't give your goods back. After contacting the local police we had to pay since our entire house wasn't in state anymore. Horrible customer service. The mover seemed like he was on drugs and yelled at me that it was my fault that I lied about how much stuff we were moving. We are a military family snd have done this for 20 yrs. electronics were stolen out of my bag that I was going to give my daughter for her birthday. Furniture was broken and never fixed, or even offered to fix. Stay far away from this company they are a shame. read more
