Norbert will text and call with updates. They were able to get my move in about 2 hours early, which was great! Norbert showed up to my current residence personally with a few documents to sign, and then let the team go to work on loading my items. I would say it took them less than 20 minutes, 4 men and a 1BR apartment. They are super efficient. They came prepared with extra packing materials and wrapped my couch, dresser, and large mirror in protective wrap. The movers showed up to my new address 20 miles away just shortly after I did. They moved everything upstairs and asked how I wanted things arranged to place them. Mind you, I was moving from 900 square feet to 450 square feet, but they did the best they could at arranging where everything should be and did a great job! They set up the bed and asked to set up anything else, but all was good. Total time= less than 2 hours for a 1 BR move to another city. $420 flat rate. Tips for the hard working gentlemen.
