Overpriced junk! save your money! Company has ZERO customer service or support. Purchased a crate and my dog broke through the door even when locked twice. Contacted company by text and zero response. Company only allows email or text customer service and never responds. Also order one of the overpriced custom crate pads and it only lasted for 1 hour. dog chewed it up. I was able to make contact with the company this time via text and the response was the pad isn't completely indestructible and they recommend a $50 rubber horse mat. the company even knows there product is garbage. I ordered my collapsible dog crate March 2023. Upon arrival I noticed the box it was shipped in was basically destroyed (un usable) so I took it and threw it out. The crate itself was perfect condition wise BUT was slightly too small for my year old american bully. I reach out for an exchange and am informed I CAN NOT exchange it because the packaging that was destroyed (not my fault) so not I have a 1,000 dollar crate and literally cant use it... Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from these guys... pretty clear they are all about a buck. very disappointed. read more

DO NOT BUY IMPACT Crates!!  Poor customer service.  I want to pass on my experience with this company in the hopes that no one else has to go through the same thing I did.  I spent more than $1800 with them in the hope of having a safe crate with easy access to the airport I bought a 500 series crate from impact creates with a bunch of accessories totaling $1800 for the crate and accessories.  I specifically told them I was purchasing the crate for the plane and they reassured me that it would work.  They did not tell me that the wheel kit would put it over the  Height limit. So, the wheel kit ended up staying at home as it made it almost 6" too tall to fit on the plane.  I feel they present a friendly exterior, but all they really want to do is sell crates and don't care about their clients and the animals. I called impact creates. They were only willing to buy back the crate at 50% off what I paid and give nothing for the accessories. The accessories were $800 over the $1000 I spent on the crate. They sold me something that I cannot use for intended purpose (Flying my dog). I asked if I could trade it in to get a smaller crate with the wheel kit so that I could wheel the dog on the plane.    I knew I wasn't going to get 100% back. They offered to apply 50% towards a smaller crate roughly $400- 500. Then add the accessories like the door kit that the airplanes want, the bracket to help support the collapse part of the create,  the wheel kit and the difference of the new crate (around $300-400).    So out of my pocket after everything was said and done I would have to put another $1100 to $1300  Plus another $300 for shipping the old crate back.   I am frustrated.  I am trying to do the right thing and provide a safe and comfortable crate for my dog.  I would expect at the prices they charge they would be somewhat helpful when they provided the incorrect information to me. read more

Who is crazy enough to spend $1200 on DOG CRATES for their dogs? ME. I decided to make an investment in my dogs by buying them Impact Case Dog Crates. I was on the search for a durable dog crate after my youngest German Shepherd Dog destroyed his last two crates. They were literally held together by zip ties. He gets over excited when the dog walker comes/leaves that he tries to break out of his crate (which he has successfully done by breaking the door) and whenever I take my other German Shepherd Dog on a walk without him (he will try to break out of the crate again). With all the wires bent and broken, I didn't want to risk him injuring himself with the poking wires so I went on a search for a sturdy durable dog crate. I stumbled upon Impact Case & Container. I ordered two XL collapsible crates at $629.99 each. I kept asking myself, are you crazy for spending this much money on dog crates? But when I thought about the possibility of a vet bill for my dog injuring himself, or the endless purchases of black wire dog crates, I said screw it, I'm going for it. At purchasing, it tells you there is a 10-15 day delay in shipping due to backorders. I ordered on August 1 and my crates weren't shipped until September. After numerous back and forth emails and almost cancelling my order, they finally shipped it. Minus 1 star. Please change your 10-15 delay in shipping to 20-25 days. Be transparent in your shipping policies. This would've been a 5 star review had it not been the shipping issue. Upon receiving the crates, I quickly set them up in 4-5 minutes. It was so easy and quick that it put a big grin on my face. I also love how they collapse into a neat little box making transporting them in a vehicle or move almost seamless. Overall, my dogs lay comfortably in them. They look nice and clean compared to bulky wire crates. I recommend these crates if you have dogs like mines who destroy wire crates and who aren't trained yet to walk around the house alone without chewing anything up AND if you're ready to make the investment. I purchased 4 series 450 crates in 2016 (Black Friday). The Sale: Pretty easy but hard to get my questions answered. Some went unanswered but for the price I thought it will be worth it. One of the things I remember is I wanted to add another crate to the order. By the time the sales team got back to me the black Friday sale was over, I never bought the 5th crate. About two months ago someone from impact crate called looking for the other half of their money. I guess no one recorded one of my payments in their accounting software. Lucky for me I save all my receipts so their threats of being sued could be laughed away. Lesson from this - NEVER GIVE THEM CASH! The Pick Up It took about 2 months to get my crates, I had paid 50% down with my credit card and the balance due on pick up. I did not have a truck (I live about 30 miles away) so I had to make several trips. Since we live in Redneck country I asked them if they had an employee that could deliver them for me and I would be more than happy to pay the employee for their time and gas, $100.00 $150 should cover it. Instead they gave me a $250 estimate for shipping UPS. I decided to make several trips. I paid the balance in cash when I picked up the first of four crates. It was odd, as when I handed my cash to the lady at the front desk who was working on my receipt it seemed to fluster her so much she called someone else to count it for her. The Crate Thin aluminum with rivets holding most of it together. If a medium to large dog wanted to get out they could rip through it pretty easy. Most likely hurting themselves along the way. The bottom is also only held in place by rivets and the flooring does flex with a large dog. Almost to the point the rivets could pop. It is not sealed at all so if you have water in the crate for travel it will leak. If your dog relieves themselves during the flight it will go all over your dog and the cargo area. The Company With a semi-bad taste in my mouth about the sale I still wanted to give these crates / company an honest chance. Nothing over the last year has impressed me. During the Hurricane in Texas this year Impact Dog Crates posted on their Facebook page and sent out a newsletter that they were willing to send 1 crate for every 50 likes they receive up to 50 crates. I could not believe that a company I did business with was so small minded that they wanted to receive Facebook likes before helping anyone through a natural disaster in the time of need. I sent them an email reply to their newsletter and I also replied to their post on Facebook that it would be better to give then receive. Better marketing and PR even if you do not make your money back. Email went unanswered and Facebook post was deleted. I should have spent my money with another company. Even on sale these crates were not worth it. read more

If this company would like to do business with your company...DON'T!!! They do not pay their bills and they will ignore you when you call and email. Terrible company, surprised they are still in business.....then again, I guess you would be when you constantly burn other companies to get ahead! read more
