The best thing that ever happened to me in a long time was finding Gary and his shop. I was having trouble getting my car smogged and I was getting very stressed out with quotes for $300 to $600 at some of these rip off artist smog shops. Gary saved me hundreds of dollars and had it fixed right away that the other shops didn't tell me would work. Gary hooked the car up to a computer and told me to drive it 50 miles. Well guess what? I came back the next day and he said take it to the smog and it passed! He didn't even want to charge me it was such a minor fix. I gave him all the cash I happened to have in my purse. Waste of time, money & energy! Despite the severe lack of customer service I still took my car in when it needed maintenance cuz after all they're their to fix cars not to "cater" to ppl. Right? Until I started noticing their inconsistency and lack of knowledge. Making over 4 trips to get a single issue fixed and having to wonder when you'll get the "it's ready" call isn't fun. Specially when they tell you give me half a day and keep it for 5 days and you're just commuting in a fancy uber. Even then no apology for the inconvenience. This is by far the best body shop I have ever went to. They are patient and professional. I've had to take already three cars to get fixed by them and they are perfect every time when I come pick them up. Coming here for years and have had no issues with them what so ever. Most shops In Las Vegas usually try to screw you over with "additional problems" and fees for no reason, while these guys are an ace to their word. So i stop by at this place yesterday. The signs that say "oil change $13" is what drew me in. I went around to the office and asked "is this where I schedule a service? The woman directed me around the corner to the shop side of the building which was fine. A heavy set white guy was sitting in his chair at his desk, no "hello, how can i help you, welcome" was stated at all. He just gets up and is looking at me as if I just broke in or I don't belong there. I mentioned the lady directed me to this side ..So I asked how much would an oil change be for my 2016 Kia Soul? He said it'll be "$60"!! I replied "well I was referring to your sign outside that says $13" this guy just tells me "not for your car, that's for old cars only" okay!! The 3 years that I've had the car, no one has quoted me $60 for JUST an oil change. I've gotten my tires rotated, spark plugs checked, filter changes & an oil change for $60. Hello. My name is George. Recently my van developed major problems due to water from my radiator. The water got into my transmission and engine creating a major repair job. Had the problem worked on somewhere else but the problem reappeared after 10 days. I took my van ( a Safari ) to Royal where there assured me that the van could be repaired. It took over a week but it was well worth it. My van now runs like it's brand new and the transmission shifts flawlesssly. I was happy with it before the disaster but now I am pleased because it runs better than before. Rudy and crew also fixed several other annoying problems.with the electrical and locks. only auto shop i will ever go to. my fiance got screwed over by discount tires and we lost over 800 because discount tires couldn't find out what was wrong with our car after it lost power 3 times in traffic. so we took it to royal auto and the same day our car was serviced and fixed with half the cost!!! our car did not shut down or lose power after royal auto repaired it. it was finally fixed!! i am so thankful we took our car to royal auto, too bad discount tires screwed us out of 800 bucks though, ow well lesson learned for me. anyway this company is trustworthy and knowledgeable. i highly recommend them!!! read more
