Upon unloading, I see that numerous issues were at hand (pictures attached): * Marble table placed on top of TV (Stored on top of an upside down table / legs). * Multiple items stores in position never intended. * Large pieces of furniture resting (bouncing) against Living Room TV. * Christmas boxes placed on bottom of stack (crushed). * Fragile antiques placed on bottom on stack of heavy boxes. * Multiple items not wrapped (despite having left over moving blankets now have dings & scratched that could have been avoided). * Wood able that had so much weight on it, screws stripped out and wobbles. * Broken Kitchen Chair. * Workbench (loaded) placed sideways and belongs inside just bouncing all over. * NOTHING tied down. They were in such a hurry to finish the job that they loaded in such a shoddy way, there was no way that this could arrive without significant damage (in hindsight). After I removed my review, the owner contacted me asking if I had an issue with their work. I sent him pictures and no response. If they respond to this, please don't let them sweet talk you into using them. These guys are shoddy. To add insult, to injury - I tipped these guys quite well. I thought I was hiring pro's to handle my move. I got a bunch of guys throwing stuff into a PODS that simply did not care what kind of shape it was in once it arrived to it's end location. I'm now out of state with scratched & broken stuff and little I can do about it. Learn from my mistake - DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! Job happened on 10/13/23.

He asked some great…read moreclarifying questions and immediately provided a quote which was far more reasonable than any of the other submissions we had in Yelp projects. Mike, and his colleague Scott, showed up in a nice large truck and loaded up quickly within an hour. They were efficient and took great care to make sure that none of our items were damaged. The move was from Rocky River to Vermilion and within 3 1/2 hours, everything was deposited in the new location with care and attention. I was really pleased with all of the communication I had with Mike in person and electronic. They were repeatedly willing to move things around in the new location to suit our needs and that was really nice to see. It was a full service move and I cannot recommend accurate moves by Mike enough!

We hired them last minute after we had an issue with the moving company we had. They got back to us in 20 mins after my initial text close to midnight. They showed up on time and they arrived to Buffalo on the o'clock as they promised. We moved out at least 7 times in the last 10 yrs and advanced company by far was THE BEST. However after trying to reach him numerous times he finally just ignored me even 3 months later. I did have two additional family members assisting me. Once things got damaged the company defense was that they don't know who actually damaged it. (Never add your own help). I also had a mirror that went missing. I asked him to check the truck he rented to move me and he ignored that as well. He adjusted the price but my move was still over $300.00. Even after he ignored me, I never disputed the charges. But this company is amateur and unprofessional. I would not recommend.

When I say hours, he was supposed to have his crew at our place at 10 am. He kept telling us that they were on their way. Two day process: packing team of two then moving team of 4, including initial packing duo. Arrived on time both days, very attentive to fragile furniture and art objects, never stopped working until process completed.
