A few weeks ago I reached out to request quotes through Yelp, and we ended up going with Impeccable Clean Services based on availability and cost. We were moving out of a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2100 sq ft rental that we really stopped caring about about 6 months before move out because we bought our own home that we were in the process of remodeling. Angelita and Silvia did such a wonderful job that the landlord didn't even know we ever had a dog. Needless to say they did a great job and we were impressed. Our landlord didn't charge us for cleaning anything and we got our full deposit back. They were very communicative on the day of the cleaning and cleaned everything really well. I really don't like leaving bad reviews. The crew was nice, also, left my house with me still cleaning it lol. 1. Soap streaks all over my wood floor. 2. Soap streaks on all my windows. 3. Communication was okie. I had to contact to check ETA. (hour late, also, i do understand that they are coming from far away) 4. The rug was vacuumed, also, left with some tissues on the floor. So, did they vacuum? Not sure. 5. Dust everywhere plus the counters weren't really wiped down. I could clean my home much better than this, just work a lot so I didn't have time. I spent $360 on a job that I have to clean up myself. Again, sweet crew members. I definitely feel robbed. I couldn't comment back so I will add my response here. I'm not sure what happened in their quality of service. We had schedule a deep cleaning on Monday 11/7 and they text to say they had to car issues, so we rescheduled for Friday. Friday comes around and I texted an hour before our appointment to confirm and no response. 5 min before our appointment time, no response. Do not let these people clean your home. Worst experience I've ever had. Paid $400 for a deep clean before hosting Thanksgiving and didn't even get a basic clean. Showed up an hour late with no cleaning supplies or equipment. Shutters, floors, sinks, ceiling fans and light fixtures were not even lightly dusted let alone cleaned. Barely wiped down the stove and mirrors and didn't bother to vacuum all of the rugs or empty the trash cans. I was at work when they were cleaning (husband was here) otherwise I definitely would have said something but for that much money, I wouldn't have expected to have to supervise. On top of all of that they broke my shower head and didn't say anything and also broke my hard floor cleaner because they used it on carpet. Now I have to pay to have a plumber to fix my shower head and replace my floor cleaner. She offered to come back and "correct the mistakes" but the next day was thanksgiving and I don't have time to supervise a cleaning crew to make sure their work is done properly. Horrible. UPDATE- Angie - we didn't write a bad check. I put a stop payment on it and rightfully so since you literally did nothing and caused me hundreds of dollars in repairs. Since Angie wants to lie and say I called and texted multiple times. Here is what I requested and the 1 text message I sent her. I asked if she was going to address those areas when she comes back but instead of simply saying yes she will fix it when she returns she decided on her own to send a partial refund and just not come back. Hopefully she will use that $100 into investing into a vacuum. Since you cannot provide a deep cleaning service without one. I really feel bad for the owner of this company. Update: I tried to make this a continuous monthly cleaning, and was ok to overlook the communication issues previously because they do a great job cleaning. However, I tried to schedule and she cancelled on me twice - I was understanding of her situation with her son who was sick. We pushed it out a week and she was the only who suggested the date and time. The day came around and I sent her a text asking if she was on her way and she never responded. I waited 2 weeks before updating this to give her some time to respond. The pricing is weird as well. I was told it's a flat rate fee but when I asked about having them organize a bit the response was "if they go over on time there's an extra cost" so I asked what the time limit is and never got a response so I had them do minimal things so I don't get charged extra... If you can get a hold of them, and only need cleaning once. I say go for it. She was great on the intake call and seemed really professional, but it was basically downhill from there. read more

She did a very good job - cleaned the kitchen (sinks, stove) hard floors, carpet, 2 bathrooms, and dusted windows. She was very efficient and thorough. I would recommend them again! Good on communication and really working with you to ensure the place gets cleaned. They gave a flat rate to work with. Got quote for $250. They did not show up at the appointment time 1:30pm and I have to message them and asked. They told me they can't get my contact number. They can text me on Yelp but they didn't. Gave them another chance they came 30 mins late. Got quote $250 and they tried charge $360 as total. Such ripped off service. If I know I have to pay $360 total I would not call them. We have regular housekeepers but needed a major project done, a large house full of natural wood cabinets, closets, and walls, original from 1961, badly needed to be cleaned and oiled. Angelita, Sylvia, and Christina did amazing work. I have lived here for decades, used to do all the wood cleaning myself, and I have never seen the wood look so good. The crew was friendly, responsive, sincerely interested in our needs and incredibly thorough. They even offered on their own to return the next day at no extra charge to go over the whole thing again! When they returned, they even did the INSIDES of the cabinet doors. Very nice people. They did a great job on my house. I hired them to do a "deep" clean and they did a great job. The only thing I noticed was a few spots on the floor that they'd missed (or maybe didn't scrub hard enough), and some slats on the blinds weren't dusted BUT I didn't feel it was anything big enough to point out to them to have them return. It also doesn't help that my husband was the one home and probably didn't check before they left. My house was otherwise very clean and organized. I've never been able to get my kitchen counters that clean, idk what they used but it was magic. It was worth the $$ to me to have them come in and do the deep work that was needed.
