Had work done here on my car after an accident. The people were nice and my car looked repaired afterwards but months later when the cold season came in I started having leaks and mist/ mold started building up. I thought it must be something old cars start happening to. But when I took it to the dealer to inspect, they noted it looked like it's been in an accident before and that the body shop put the seals on incorrectly and didn't seal any holes and that there were too many areas for them to repair themselves. Ended up having to sell the car since it's been a couple years of it never crossing my mind it could be an auto body shop's fault. read more

My experience with Showcase Auto Rebuild was unacceptable. The initial phone conversation was professional, but it took over a week and a half for the parts to arrive. I called to explain that I had an upcoming trip and would need another shop to complete the work faster. I was told parts had already been ordered and that canceling would result in a 25% restocking fee, so I agreed to proceed. When I arrived at the shop, I brought my mechanic to inspect the parts. During the inspection, my mechanic pointed out blemishes on the parts. The salesperson immediately became aggressive, told him to "put it down," and insisted forcefully that the parts were OEM quality and "perfectly fine." He then pressured me by repeatedly asking, "Do you want it or not?" The interaction escalated further when the salesperson made comments about my size, stood very close to me, spoke aggressively while gesturing with his hands, and behaved in a confrontational and intimidating manner. At that point, the salesperson told me to leave the property. The situation had escalated enough that the owner came out and told his employee to go inside. Due to this behavior, I stated that I no longer wished to do business there and requested a refund. While the owner was calmer, he still refused to issue a refund, even after I explained that I had initially come to take the parts but changed my mind solely because of how I was treated. I also made it clear I would not agree to a restocking fee under these circumstances. No refund was provided. Customers should never feel pressured or intimidated. WON SMALL CLAIMS JUDGEMENT! Took Showcase to small claims court. Ricky the owner lied through his teeth on most everything. I ended up winning a 10,000 dollar judgement against him. See photos for judgement info and copy of check. This is only 40% of what it is costing me to fix their screw-ups. Avoid these guys at all costs if you have a classic - esp. a corvette. His most prolific comment in court was "we are not corvette experts" - well then why did you represent yourself as one??!!! read more

They were recommended by Mercedes Benz of Lynnwood. They took a look at my Van and said they would send me an estimate. I called them 4 times and each time was told that I'd have an estimate the next day or so. That was a month ago, still haven't received a call or email. Complete waste of my time, took the van to another body shop and got it repaired. You have to wonder what the after the sale customer service is going to be like. read more

My son hit the driver side quarter panel on a pillar and needed the Jeep Grand Cherokee back in two days for his trip to see his mom. They seemed genuinely sympathetic and said they would try but it may take an extra day, which we said we would have to accept bc he needed it fixed like right now due to time constraints. Well, they had it done in two days and it looked awesome. They matched the black paint perfectly. They weren't bothered by the rush request from us and were very professional. I have brought other cars to Showcase prior so went to them for a minor accident. I had some paint transfer and was concerned it was also scratched which could lead to rust. Tim inspected it and instead of charging me for a full paint job took some product and buffed it all off and sent me on way in less than 10 minutes. If you would like your vehicle repaired in a timely manner I suggest you find another body shop to do it. They will give you an estimated time that the repairs will take and it sounds picture perfect. Next thing you know you check back in after a week goes by and your vehicle still hasn't been touched. This has happened on a few of my vehicles. If you drive by their shop you will see that it is packed with cars and if you go by during the day they might have yours parked in the middle of the road with its hazards on. All in all they promise way too much and they can't even complete what is expected of a professional body shop. Poor service and poor performance. They're just taking on too much work and half a**ing things. read more

I took my van here after an ice caused collision. I got three quotes and these guys gave the best quote with the most in-depth detailed info. All the quotes were within a couple hundred bucks so money wise it was about the same. They were able to start working on the van pretty quickly after ordering the factory parts. There was a bit of a setback when a window broke. They then went above and beyond to get the issue fixed up at no additional cost to me. The way that they as a team worked to first fix the car and then to deal with the setback was absolutely perfect. I would recommend these guys and would not hesitate to go back. Was referred here by my insurance company. If it makes no difference to you, ALWAYS take an insurance referral because they are able to pay your body shop much faster. If you take it outside, the insurance company will probably take at least a week longer just to start repairs. In short, they were pretty good. The staff was always really nice and they kept my car longer than they had to and didn't charge me storage because I had a death in the family. Very courteous and professional. They failed, however, to properly notify me that the estimated completion date on repairs had moved back a few days (I had to call them the afternoon of the day they said it'd be done). They also tried to tell me when they gave me my car back that the "check engine" light that was on was maintenance related when I knew damn well it wasn't. Finally upon explaining to them that it was a throttle problem, they admitted it hadn't been rewired correctly and had to take it back for another day to correct it. Very professional but missing that extra "wow factor" you really need in a good body shop. read more

Unless insurance is paying the shop, don't go here. I had received payment from my insurance company in advance, and paid Showcase after the work was done. It took over 2 months to get may car back, and I had to pitch a fit to get it back at all. I was so relieved to have my car back I didn't bother to return to have them remove the overspray on my window glass, or to peel off the tint that was on the window they replaced. The quality of the work was good enough for me, but under the bright lights of another shop the repainted areas were visible to a trained eye. My real complaint was they made my car the lowest priority because they didn't think it would impact future business - they probably behave themselves when Insurance Companies are handling the repairs. Two factors that may mitigate this - this happened several years ago, so things could have changed for the better. Also, a lot of work was done, including the replacement of one subframe piece. The subframe issues were actually fixed in the first couple weeks - after that was fixed they put my car outside and let it sit. read more

Excellent Experience!! I had a problem with my hood and took it to a competitor nearby. The competitor said it would take about a week and cost 2x as much as I ended up paying! These guys will not rip you off! I brought the car in on Wednesday morning and got it back Friday morning! That was fast and the work was amazing. If you don't get a quote from these guys, especially if its your own money, you are just crazy! The best part, they washed the car and i mean they WASHED the car. It looked brand new! My daughter pretty much destroyed the passenger-side side view mirror on her 2017 Toyota Yaris iA recently and the whole unit needed to be replaced. I had found the parts online on eBay to save myself some money and then called Showcase for help with installing it and I was asked to bring the car and the parts in the next morning and I did. After my Yukon was involved in a hit and run, I had a huge white crease along the side of my drivers door. Every day I had to look at it as I entered and exited, so once the insurance company gave me the go to have repairs, I quickly made my appointment with Showcase. They were referred to me by numerous people whose opinions I trust. My anxiety dissipated the minute I walked in, being greeted by a warm smile and helpful reassuring employees. During the estimate they were able to remove some of the white paint so the dent was less visible for the days in between estimate and drop off for repairs. Their work was perfect. Having a black vehicles paint worked on is always tricky and usually very hard to match. Showcase knocked it out of the park! I cannot even tell there was any work done. I have used Showcase for work on our cars on several occasions over the years. I couldn't be happier with their courtesy, professionalism, service and friendly and helpful staff. Prices are honest and fair. They have allowed us to keep our totaled car in their lot that until we could arrange for disposal for a very reasonable cost. I just had to have another car towed to the shop after a collision. The accident occurred during rush hour on I90, so the tow truck wasn't able to get the car to the shop until 7:30 PM. I had some work that I needed done for a car, my insurance recommended me to go here. While I was waiting for an estimate, one of their employees moving a bus hit the car. At first their employee looked me in the eye and told me that no one had moved any cars in there, when I had just watched the bus re-park. Which was impossible considering I had just checked the car out before I went in so that I could explain where the damage was. After I explained that to them, they told me that they would take care of it IF I got the work done through them. I looked around to see if it was caught on camera, but all of their parking lot cameras seem to be facing to the up to the sky instead of the parking lot. My boyfriend mentioned the cameras pointing up to the woman inside, and she told us that it was because they kept dealing with theft, but the police didn't care to do anything with their security footage. read more

They did perfect job for far less than any other company quoted me. My colleague referred me to this place after I backed my car into a post at City Center underground parking lot. The back bumper and trunk were seriously damaged with the incident. I was really impressed by the friendly staff of the body shop during my first visit. Ricky (the shop owner) greeted me and explained how they would fix it. I can tell from the first conversation with him that he is a very nice, professional and honest man. The repairs they did were adequate but honestly these body shops are a dime a dozen so it goes down to whoever provides a better experience. I recently took a vintage muscle car to Showcase for some paint touch ups on a Friday. I was going to enter the car into a big show on the following Wednesday. Pedro always makes little scratches and dents disappear like magic. They came in about $600 cheaper than 2 other places I received estimates from and Aleka the estimator was very gracious and helpful in explaining the details around the work to be performed and even though it took a couple of days more than originally estimated, the cost was right on estimate and the quality of the work was excellent. Took my beloved Lincoln in after getting rearended. Could not be happier with the quality of the work and the customer service is outstanding. When Enterprise Car Rental left me waiting in their parking lot for over 30 minutes (the time was scheduled previously) Alika came out several times and offered me a ride to work, as I was seriously late. These guys are great. I hit a deer and the did a fantastic job fixing it. But that's not the whole story. They showed me how to reduce my deductible. When I got the car back then had not only fixed the car, but they also cleaned up a few other spots not related to the accident for free. The car was clean and looked great. My 2016 GMC Denali was rear-ended. Took it in for repair and they seemed very thorough. Discovered later that the spare tire winch tube was left disconnected. I could not bring down my spare tire. Took it in and they repaired no charge. Took them several hours because they had to loosen the bed and remove the bumper again just to fix the winch tube. Good service right??? Next, I connect my boat trailer at home and discover no running lights or left brake light. I discovered that during the repair of the tire winch tube, they broke my wire loom for my trailer brakes! Spent the better part of an hour under my truck fixing it so I could head out. Bottom line, I thought this was a decent shop but the attention to detail is really bad. I would not recommend if you want it done RIGHT! read more

We have done two minor projects with Showcase auto and have been very pleased with both the quality of work and timeliness. A few years back, we had a custom spoiler put together for our Porsche - which looks awesome - and more recently, we had to have the back fender flare for our SUV repainted after some nasty scrapes and scratches that occurred in a parking garage. We were originally concerned we would have to replace the entire part but the Showcase team was able to take the part, remove the existing paint and/or buff out the scratches where necessary, and then the matched the color and repainted. The part is back on the car and it looks like the incident never occurred! Friendly folks as well and we will continue to go back to them for future projects. read more
