The wait though was well worth it! The tofu was crispy and really well-seasoned/packed with flavor. The collard greens were soft and well-seasoned as well. And the yams were so tasty! For me, sometimes yams are too sweet but I felt these yams perfectly balanced the jerk seasoning on the tofu. This meal lasted me ~3 meals because it was very filling with the rice and sides. I highly recommend Sheba's and I am excited to go back to try more food options there soon!
