I totally understand that things happen but considering the price I paid for the service, I was hoping that the pick-up and delivery would be smoother. Update: After checking the clothes I am extremely disappointed, some of my clothes came back with stains that weren't there before and I am also missing some items. I immediately tried hand cleaning and scrubbing feverishly and then machine washing it twice but the paint residue was still clearly visible. I texted Stephanie the same day asking if she could pick it up ASAP to avoid it setting in more. Sue sent a special pickup the next day. And I prayed. I am thrilled to share that I've gotten my jacket back and there is not even a hint of paint stain left. It's 100% gone! Recently, I dropped off items and picked up 2 times, just to be told it still wasn't ready. There was an equipment problem that required maintenance, which created a big backlog. The girl asked me if I had a credit card because according to her system, it would take 5 minutes to give me my change which made absolutely no sense at all. So I gave her a credit card. Each time I went to tap, she said it didn't take it even though it said approved on my end. I had to tap it 3 times before she said it went through. She then started walking away. I had to ask in a stern voice for a receipt. She turned around, came back & gave me a receipt. When I got to my car, I checked my bank app to check the charge. I was charged $8.61 three separate times. All charges are still pending so I'm going to wait & see if the other 2 charges fall off. If not, they will definitely hear from me.
