As a result, the buyer was forced to obtain a second inspection, which uncovered approximately $20,000 in foundation damage and repairs. Due to the inspector's negligence, Huggs Inspection Company agreed to a settlement. However, after making only a few payments, the company stopped honoring the agreement. Mr. Huggs then stated, "Good luck collecting." Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
