Although small and with a limited buffet (about 30 or so items) the food is expertly cooked with the vegetables cooked to a crisp doneness and the meat to perfection. The kitchen is constantly delivering small portions to the buffet so all the offerings are fresh and hot. Because food is cooked in small portions it is never left standing to become a less than delicious fair. Highly recommend after eating there two different days at different times. We shall return, I'm sure. In talking to one of the owners I found that since they took the restaurant over they have been getting old customers back, and they come back again.
