I go to Imperial for all my oil changes. My truck is a 2015 and I love her but she's getting older and things always seem to pop up, understandably. The main reason I keep going back is Jarett Viens, he's simply the best. He knows his stuff, very friendly and is understanding when he might have to give some not so great news! I knew I needed new brakes and I waited until I knew Jarett was working to go in and talk about prices and scheduling. Imperial Toyota knows it's stuff and I trust their work. Thanks Jarett!!! read more

We walked in intending to buy, easy sale and customers no convincing needed. Sales rep knew less about the car than we did and would spout off wrong information if he didn't know. We tried to liven up the process with small talks and jokes because it's a stressful process and he gave us straight up nothing and was so boring. We didn't test dive another car that we initially planned bc of his awkwardness and crazy BO. We were told to make a wire which bounced 3 times because they gave us the wrong wire info. Finally, upon getting the car, turns out it's not ready for 4 days even though we did everything on our end. read more

I placed a holding deposit to reserve a car and waited patiently for 30 days for it to arrive. On Sunday, September 20th, I went to the dealership right after they told me the car was in. I waited 2.5 hours without anyone helping me, and they eventually told me to come back another day. They called me on Monday, and I let them know I couldn't make it during the week, so we scheduled for Friday at 6:00 PM. On Friday, they called me back and said I couldn't come in at 6:00 PM because that was when they closed. I was understanding about their schedule and agreed to reschedule for Saturday, September 26th at 3:00 PM. I arrived on Saturday right on time, and the car I had reserved was still parked on the lot. Even so, they made me wait another 2 hours and a half (until 5:30 PM) without assisting me, only to tell me at 5:30 PM that they had just sold my reserved car to a walk-in customer who showed up that same day! They deliberately kept me waiting while selling the exact vehicle I had put money down on and waited a full month for. When I asked the manager on duty for an explanation, he was completely disrespectful, refused to listen to me, and ordered me to leave the store. I have all the text messages and deposit receipts saved. This was completely unethical and a total lack of respect for customers. Avoid this place! read more

Terrible service department. Make false and misleading statements. I not only have not ever returned here, it cost them a sale at im pee ree al GMC. Ya, you did not think about that did you? When a multi vehicle owner gets WRONGED at Toyota, are you too stupid to realize that the customer will boycott all of your dealerships? Oh, I do and I did. My new GMC . . . purchased elsewhere. Trying to purchase from them is frustrating. I felt that my time was wasted by so many people. I can understand a dealership not being able to come to terms but we were asked to do market research to justify what we offered. I asked if it really mattered because you can either do the deal or not and they claimed they needed it for the acquisition managers. After I did all that, Samantha told us that if she could have done the deal at our price she would have already (showing it was just a waste of my time). Called back on a second car of the same type that they were offering at a higher price even though it was the same and had more miles. I figured they would be able to get to or below the price of the other one. I was informed they were not authorized to sell at that price. I asked how close they could get and they came back with a higher price. Tax free rebate of 2K offered on their site....NOPE... added 1K because we weren't going to trade. Got it. Don't want my business. I was hoping to use a local dealership for maintenance/service as we have always dealer maintained our Toyotas. I guess they really want us to go to Norwood or North Attleboro instead. read more

I purchased a 2023 4Runner here in March of 2026, and I have had a terrible experience since. This was a Gold Certified pre owned car for $40,700. I expected to have reliability, and instead, have had consistent issues. The biggest issue, water coming into the carpets of the vehicle, and one of the security lugnuts falling off within weeks of buying the vehicle. The Sales Manager Sabrina Hernandez ensured me that we would get the issue resolved and gave me her business card. The first 2 fixes the dealership tried did not resolve my issue, clearing AC drains and telling me to get a new windshild seal. I then tried to call, email, and text for weeks with no response from the sales manager. The water continued to come in, and now the vehicle has mold damage through the carpets. I now have to file an insurance claim to try to get the carpets replaced at another Toyota dealership because Imperial never would respond to me. I'm also going to be out the cost of my deductable. I cannot recommend more strongly to go elsewhere. The service manager was extremely rude, and the sales manager Sabrina that I sat with did not honor her word to work with me to get the issue resolved. They lied to get me out the door. I would never do business at any Imperial dealership again. I have serious doubts that they are thoroughly inspecting "Gold Certified Pre-Owned" cars before selling to another customer. Get a Toyota elsewhere. read more

Imperial Toyota - Toyota 4Runner - Car Dealers Near Me - Milford, Massachusetts

First off we inquired about 2025 leftover rav4s and were told there were 4 on their lot. I asked about 1 and was told by Moises DaSilva from Imperial toyota that the car was available. We drove 1 hour to the dealership and were told they infact had none. We then looked at a used 2025 rav 4 with all the options we wanted. We spent 4 hours working with doug the sales men and the sales manager. to negotiate an out the door price. We asked to sit with the F and I person and were told that because they did not have the title for the car we could not. but they took $2500 as a down payment. I started working on my financing and needed car information. they Finally got the title and the F And I guy called me. Saying it would be easier to finance the car through him. He could match our rate. when I told him 4.49 percent he said he could not match it. so he sent me a purchase agreement with an added $570 fees 215 for protection plus that every car gets 595 for doc fees that the sales man said he would split with us and $2707.74 sales tax for ri on $37872.00 that should have been $2651.04. all together it was $570 more than it should have been. I tried to explain to them I was not going to pay for the protection plus i did not want it. I wanted the doc fees split and never even got to the sales tax. They would not budge. the sales manager went as far as telling me he paid those fees on the two cars he bought there. My opinion they should be investigated for fraud. Poor management or maybe they are trained to lie to customers. Either way Dont buy from them. read more

Warning to anyone considering buying a car here Here are the issues I experienced: 1. Hidden fees: They added extra charges that were not clearly explained. If you don't read every line of the contract carefully, you may end up paying for things you never agreed to. 2. Misleading financing: They told me that no bank was willing to approve my loan. Later, I found out they only applied to a few very uncommon banks -- ones I don't even have accounts with -- so the denials were expected. They used this to push me into financing with Toyota at a much higher interest rate. 3. Terrible customer service after the sale: When I tried calling to fix these issues, no one actually helped. They kept transferring my calls and repeatedly promised a callback, but no one ever called me back. Overall, a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Please be careful if you plan to buy a car here! read more

Bait and switch on prices. Recently took me (7) days to take ownership of a vehicle after being financially approved on the first day. Cost me (2) days of a rental vehicle. After being a Toyota owner of two vehicles I will never buy another Toyota. The Milford service center is horrendous. I have gotten all my service there for 10 years. The final straw was the fact they charged me twice for repairs within a month and still have not fixed the issue. They do not stand behind their work. I am out nearly $1,500 anx my check engine light still on. The corporate complaints wants me to give them a third shot at it. I expressed my dissatisfaction and treated with disrespect. This service center takes your money, lies about cause of issues, and does not stand behind their work. Stay far away. They take advantage of the long time customers. read more

Avoid Imperial Toyota of Milford's service department. This was on a 2025 Rav4 with less than 10,000 miles on it--clearly still under warranty. I brought it in for a legitimate issue and instead of properly diagnosing it, they immediately blamed "bad gas" and tried to make me pay out of pocket. No real testing. No real effort. Just a generic excuse to avoid doing warranty work. Completely dismissive and a waste of time. I then went to Route 44 Toyota for a second opinion, and the difference was unbelievable. They actually took the time to diagnose the REAL issue, confirmed it was covered, and fixed it under warranty (as it should have been from the start). On top of that, they provided a loaner vehicle immediately--something Imperial refused EVERY time I brought my car. So to sum it up: nearly brand new vehicle, under warranty, and Imperial still tried to push the cost onto me instead of doing their job. One dealership tried to charge me for a problem they didn't even diagnose correctly. The other fixed it properly and treated me like a customer. If you want excuses and unnecessary charges, go to Imperial. If you want honesty, competence, and real service, go to Route 44 Toyota. In fact Imperial Toyota of Milford don't even deserve the 1 star in my opinion. Do better Imperial read more

Hands down the worst dealership and salesman I've dealt with in my 40 years of buying cars. Fahwad the salesman is mentally checked out. An absolute space cadet. Just paces around. I arrived at Imperial Toyota for a 12:15 p.m. test drive and was told that was the first available appointment while they prepared the vehicle, but the car was not available until 12:40 p.m. because another salesperson had been using it for personal purposes despite claiming a customer was viewing it before me. I found personal items in the car (wallet, Apple CarPlay cable, paperwork), which the salesperson said belonged to the other staff member when I asked. Advertised features on their website, such as wheel locks, were not included. The online listing was misleading: the "Buy For" price effectively adds $1,000 if you do not have a trade‑in; in small print it states a $1,000 trade‑in bonus is included in the sale price while dealer fees are not. The salesperson sent the front‑desk receptionist I met earlier instead of a manager, saying they could not drop the price because another customer was ready to buy it with a trade‑in; I stood up to leave, then the manager came and said they would give me the advertised price. If you wonder why they sold me the vehicle instead of the other customer with a trade‑in (who would have generated more profit), it is because no one else was actually looking at the vehicle. During paperwork the finance manager added a $215 Protection Plus charge I never authorized or signed for and pressured me to purchase a $2,900 warranty, even making an unprofessional remark when I declined: "I will let you make that mistake." I made a second trip to the dealership and they removed that charge because it violates Chapter 93A of the Massachusetts General Laws. The overall lack of transparency and professionalism left me feeling scammed, deeply disappointed, and deceived. A few months ago I bought the same make and model from a Subaru dealership and the experience was the opposite: I was treated with respect, the online price matched the in‑person price (aside from disclosed dealer fees), and there were no hidden fees or games. Prospective buyers should verify advertised features and review every line of paperwork before signing. read more

I had my vehicle in for a recall related fix. They wanted to upsell me a cabin air filter. The service advisor came up to me and showed me a picture of a dirty cabin air filter. The problem was my cabin air filter had foam on the edges and was replaced in the last week or so. I told him. "How could my brand new cabin air filter look like that and that's the wrong air filter for my car" He said "so you are declining to replace" I told him yeah, that's not my cabin air filter. They probably scam countless people doing this. Very sketchy. I would never buy a car here or get my vehicle worked on here unless it was a free thing from Toyota. read more

You were begging for your google review well here you go Carlos Campos! He is the WORST, most dishonest salesman you'll ever come across! Do not mistake his kindness as sincerity cause all he's doing is playing you like he did me! He says he has been doing this for 16 years and I believe it as he can easily just look you in the face smile and screw you! If you like being played and made a fool this is the place for you. Brought in a 2014 Ford F150 with 62,000 miles in excellent condition I've had since 2018 with 19,000 miles paying $15,500 for it in 2018. It has always been maintained but the ABS light just came on a week ago and it being a 2014 I was ready for a new ride with Apple play etc... Carlos asks me how much I'm looking to get for it I say $12,000 he says I don't think we can even sell it for that but let me ask my manager. He comes back with a $8000 offer. I say can you do better than that. Here comes the BS. he says "I'll tell my manager you're a good friend of mine", even though we have never met and then says $8500. I stupidly agree never checking the actual book value my bad for sure as now a day later and checking according to Kelly Blue Book the trade in value is $13,768. Now less than a week later and only doing a detail to it as that's all it really needed, they are asking $17,977 that's a $9,477 difference between what they gave me for it and what they want for it now after only cleaning it. YA that's fair! Then today I bring my new truck back in for the undercoating I paid extra for which is a total rip off. It's basically just a wet clear oil that was just dripping off it for $600 don't waste your money! And they scratched my truck. They were able to buff it out but come on! Avoid this dealership as I will never return! And BTW my old truck has the ABS light on and they didn't even fix it ??? See pics of the scratch they put in my new truck and the pic they posted of my old truck's dash with the ABS light still on! Don't waste your time or money here! Karma Carlos, it's coming for you! I had a service appointment and I was advised by a service advisor that if I completed a survey, I would get a free oil change. That a coupon would be emailed to me in about a week. I called the service advisor after 2 months. He said it will take a little longer. Now, it's been four months, not only did I not get a coupon, they started sending me junk mail. The reality of it is, I don't need their oil change. I did the survey to see what their response would be.And it was what I thought it would be. They never sent the coupon. Think about this for a second . . . When I buy my next Toyota or GMC, or any other vehicle . . . I i am not going to even consider going to any of their dealerships. AWFUL experience from start to finish. Car price wasn't as advertised (because of small print BS around trade in value), then I was told there was no wiggle room until I was about to walk, and suddenly they found the "room" and they honored the price. Every time I called with a question, I seemed to get different answers. When I called to ask about the amount that can be charged to a card for a down payment, my husband and I were given three different answers by three different people. When I picked up the car, the fuel was almost totally empty (great service), there were belongings from the previous owner in the center console(gives so much confidence in their detailing and cleanliness), the back wipers don't work and need to be replaced (there isn't even blade on it - are you kidding me?), and now, only two weeks later, the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON and I am being told they will only repair it at a FARTHER Imperial location from me - DESPITE THE FACT that they will have to ship it to the closer one to repair it anyway!! I wish I was making this up - it is RIDICULOUS. This is AFTER selling me a $3000+ warranty and telling me that this covered me for EVERYTHING and that I could repair it ANYWHERE I WANTED with NO LIMITATIONS - but suddenly this expensive warranty doesn't "kick in" until after the used car dealership warranty ends - a fact that no one bothered to mention at the time and no one seems to be able to answer for what length of time this is dealership policy even lasts. The woman I spoke with on the phone to confirm all of this was very rude and kept repeatedly talking over me and was completely unhelpful as well. 100% will NOT return - avoid buying your car here if at all possible. It is NOT worth it. read more

My car originally had a massive water leak from a Safelite windshield installation gone wrong, which caused serious electrical and module issues. Safelite admitted fault and set me up with Toyota in Milford to fully inspect the car, dry out the carpets, and check all electrical systems. They were supposed to lift the carpet, dry the car, and properly scan for issues. Instead, they didn't took out the carpet I could tell, claimed they scanned the modules, and told me everything was fine. I know for a fact they cleared the codes instead of addressing them. I got the car back and immediately still had problems alarms going off randomly, dashboard glitches, and the seatbelt alarm on the driver side still not working. I brought it back, but the service department acted like they weren't listening and seemed more focused on finding ways to bill me than actually fixing what was wrong. Eventually, they brought in a "special tech" who decided my battery needed replacing even though months ago I had been told my issues were electrical, not battery related. Sure enough, after replacing it, the dashboard lit up with new error messages and my AC suddenly stopped working an issue I never had before. When I brought it back the next day, they tried to charge me $1,400 just to "inspect" it, plus more for a replacement AC system. My personal mechanic later told me the truth Toyota's tech forgot to refill my AC after draining it during their battery/alternator work. Something so basic caused a completely avoidable new problem. Between poor communication, lack of accountability, and careless mistakes, Toyota Milford made my car worse and wasted my time. I do not trust them with my car and I strongly advise others to take their car somewhere that values honesty, competence, and actual customer service. read more

MANAGER/OWNER YELLING AT CUSTOMER, AVOID AT ALL COST. I stopped by with my wife today to inquire about a new tundra. When we got to the dealership, the salesperson Carlos didn't show us any of those three cars and told us we can put down a deposit without knowing which car we're getting, and then they could find a similar car for us. We then asked about the specific one we heard on the phone and they had to show us. When talking about price we told the salesperson honestly the offer was incomparable to the offers we got from other dealerships and asked what's the best they can do. My car was bricked by a Toyota Over the Air update that failed for 2 days and left me with a non functioning vehicle. I had the car towed to Imperial because my mechanic uses them for parts. First issue with them is they blamed me for updating the car software, saying that i tried to update it. I was actually working and in a meeting. Car was in the garage. Not possible. So I went to Corporate. They were no help. Imperial sends their estimates of work via pdf text link for you to sign. The work order is not clear. They use non descript buckets to describe the work. Diagnostics for 10 hours. Meaningless. I asked what that entails and was told it is what it says. Per Corporate that is for 10 hours labor. I told them I wanted a copy of the log, and all the parts, except for the battery, which the software update failure drained after attempting to install for 2 days. What I got is a large 2k bill. And a car with windows that didn't open correctly. And lots of excuses. I did get a small baggy with some chewed wires . I don't dispute the wires being chewed and that the ABS Actuator needed to be replaced. However, the software update was not done by me. These people are not trustworthy. Go to Wellesley Toyota. They are honest. Imperial is not. As a follow up when I finally spoke to the corporate office for Toyota they informed me what Imperial told them. Which was the same order of events I told them. Weirdly both my Toyotas had the same issue. Imperial cannot be trusted. They will abuse your trust and take you for an expensive ride. They violated the Massachusetts laws about description of work, providing the log from the car, and the old ABS Actuator. read more

TURN AROUND. Horrible customer service at this dealership, I would avoid purchasing any vehicles from them. It's impossible to get anyone you need to talk to on the phone, you get passed from one receptionist to another and then get sent to VM. Yet, you walk into the dealership and there's so many people working in this place you wonder what everyone could possibly be doing. Also, if you trade a vehicle in make sure they send payoff in for your vehicle in a timely matter! Bought our car a month ago and previous loan still hasn't been paid. Yes, you'll get any principle back on the loan but all the interest it earned over the last month doesn't come back. You buy a car and get back car mats but no front mats! You get one key because they say that's what they got when they got the car!! This was a 2024 with 1,624 miles but had one owner who had the car for 3 months. Standard is receiving 2 keys. Why back seat car mats and not front seats? If they only got one key, they should have another programmed and made for the customer! They treated me below standards! After going back and forth about this, they off $100.00 off another key! When picking up the car, I noticed no front mats and when they went to look found nothing. Too bad for me, the buyer! You spend lots of money on a car and this is how they treat you! I will NEVER purchase a car from them again. Beware, they nickel and dime you! They keep you there and wear you down and you just want to get out of there so you just sign away all the paperwork. Service Department is an absolute disgrace, Curtis Jones is a liar and can't be trusted, we have used imperial Toyota Milford since 2022 and everything was fine until this time, we left our car overnight (11/20/25) to get serviced the next day, Curtis called and asked if we would like the 100,000 service, once he said the cost would be $1550 we said no thanks just the oil change please, later that day we got the call the car was all set, so I was going to make the payment over the phone until I heard the total cost, I told the lady on the phone there must be a mix up we just wanted an oil change, she said the manager had left and she would leave a message for him to call tomorrow morning, the next day (11/22/25) we didn't receive a call so I called them, talked to Curtis who said that I was lying and I approved the work, he said he took his time to go over every service the car needed and that he was told go ahead and do the work, that was not the case, once we heard the total we said no thanks, plus the phone call was only a minute long so his story doesn't add up. 11/25/25 i got a call from Sean the service manager, he said I was wrong, that snow was coming and I need to come pay my bill, get my car or they will charge me storage, it's 12/2/25 they still have my car, we have asked for the phone recording to prove what was said but apparently only incoming calls are recorded. Hard to decide if incompetent or just greedy pigs... probably both. I feel like I got ripped off when I brought my car in for coolant consumption. I explained that I had to add an excessive amount of coolant to refill to level and no sign of any leakage, and lot of white smoke/steam out the exhaust the other day when accelerating on the highway. When Gene asked if it ever overheated I said yes, once saw the light come on. Seemed fair enough to pay $150 to "have it checked out". However, with everything said and verified: Yep - we see no leaks; yep, we see white smoke, therefore you need a new engine. WHHAAAATTT??!!! I figured at worst case I'd be out $1000-2000 for a head gasket replacement but noooooo..... if you have an aluminum block and aluminum head (all Toyotas now?), then overheat + consume coolant = new engine time, period.
