    ABS light on

You were begging for your google review well here you go Carlos Campos! He is the WORST, most dishonest salesman you'll ever come across! Do not mistake his kindness as sincerity cause all he's doing is playing you like he did me! He says he has been doing this for 16 years and I believe it as he can easily just look you in the face smile and screw you! If you like being played and made a fool this is the place for you. Brought in a 2014 Ford F150 with 62,000 miles in excellent condition I've had since 2018 with 19,000 miles paying $15,500 for it in 2018. It has always been maintained but the ABS light just came on a week ago and it being a 2014 I was ready for a new ride with Apple play etc... Carlos asks me how much I'm looking to get for it I say $12,000 he says I don't think we can even sell it for that but let me ask my manager. He comes back with a $8000 offer. I say can you do better than that. Here comes the BS. he says "I'll tell my manager you're a good friend of mine", even though we have never met and then says $8500. I stupidly agree never checking the actual book value my bad for sure as now a day later and checking according to Kelly Blue Book the trade in value is $13,768. Now less than a week later and only doing a detail to it as that's all it really needed, they are asking $17,977 that's a $9,477 difference between what they gave me for it and what they want for it now after only cleaning it. YA that's fair! Then today I bring my new truck back in for the undercoating I paid extra for which is a total rip off. It's basically just a wet clear oil that was just dripping off it for $600 don't waste your money! And they scratched my truck. They were able to buff it out but come on! Avoid this dealership as I will never return! And BTW my old truck has the ABS light on and they didn't even fix it ??? See pics of the scratch they put in my new truck and the pic they posted of my old truck's dash with the ABS light still on! Don't waste your time or money here! Karma Carlos, it's coming for you! Update: They sold my truck in less than 2 weeks! TOTALLY SCREWED ME!!!

Fraudster basically accusing me of being a liar.

Their parts dept sells "OEM" parts on eBay and I made the mistake of buying some brake calipers from them, that they claimed to be OEM. Well, they sent me aftermarket parts. They looked similar to my OEM calipers but the stamping was different. I was watching a YouTube video from TRQ (who manufactures or distributes aftermarket parts) and low and behold through the install process, I noticed their aftermarket calipers had the same exact stamping as my so called "OEM" through Imperial Toyota. I contacted Imperial with photos and they told me I lacked knowledge and that my phony parts were OEM and continued to argue with me. What a jerk!!!

I'm leaving this review specifically for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT…read more On Monday (3/30), I received a call asking if I had completed a JD Power survey. I explained that I had received it, but it was about 15 minutes long and I wasn't planning to spend that much time on it. The representative then offered an incentive, my choice of a free car detail or a free oil change if I completed the survey. It felt like they were trying to hit an end-of-month or quarterly quota. Which is fine, we all have quotas to hit. I'm always skeptical of "free" offers, so I asked how I would redeem the oil change. Based on past experiences, this dealership hasn't been great at following through on promises. I also clarified that while the car is for my daughter, everything is under my name. The advisor assured me that once she saw the completed survey, she would email me with the details later that day. Since I was commuting home on the train, I went ahead and completed the survey. Free oil change, why not. The next day, I called and left a message saying I had completed it. The following day, I followed up again and sent an email with the same update. By Thursday, after no response, I called again and left a message expressing my frustration and telling them to keep the "free" oil change. At that point, it felt like I was chasing/begging for something that had been promised to me, which is unacceptable and just not cool To anyone considering this dealership: if they promise you anything, get it in writing. Based on my experience, I would not rely on verbal commitments. Also, I want to add. The last time I was there for an oil change was because they sent an email offer with the special price. It was difficult to get them to honor their own special from their website. Ridiculous I will say that Wassim Kafal, the General Manager, was great to work with. Very professional, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, as the GM, he's not someone you're likely to interact with unless you're closing a deal or escalating an issue. As he has a dealership to run which is understandable.

He was thrown into the mix last minute, but he gave us care, attention, and quality service. He was extremely open and candid about what we were looking for and looking at. He explained every detail, and even pointed out some items that might need attention in some vehicles we viewed. During the closing, he made sure we understood what was going on and helped us get the best possible deal. I should note that we were cash buyers and didn't have a trade. He outline the fine print before even talking about a deal so we understood what to expect, so there were no surprises. He made sure to call us with all the work being done to the vehicle and strongly advocated for us on certain things that they should cover (and did cover)! I'll update once I pick the vehicle up, but Uncle Mo, Marz, and Gabe made for a fantastic experience.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Before making the trip, we were told we qualified for a promotional incentive of up to $2,000 over five months. Also Bruno said he would send us coupons. These incentives along with our $6000 downpayment would have been tools to work out a reasonable figure. After arriving, we were told we did not qualify for the promos and the coupons did not arrive. We also discovered the vehicle was priced approximately $1,500 higher than the online listing, even after showing the advertised price. Throughout the process there appeared to be conflicting information regarding the vehicle's pricing, which created a great deal of confusion and we thought the figures initially quoted were too good to be true. We were ready to sign and then the correct numbers were presented. We were prepared to renegotiate as i said we thought the initial offer was too good to be true and we are reasonable but that was never an option that was explored or attempted. I do want to mention that our salesperson was friendly, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is not with him personally, but with the inconsistent information and the overall sales process. The dealership did offer us a very fair trade-in value, which we appreciated. However, they were unwilling to discuss the vehicle's price despite the discrepancies we encountered. After driving more than an hour based on the information we had been given, we left feeling disappointed. My hope is that the dealership and people who explain the promos can improve communication and ensure that online pricing and promotions accurately reflect what customers will actually receive. It would save customers from making long trips based on incorrect expectations and would also help the sales staff avoid being put in difficult situations because of inconsistent information and prevent wasting everyone's time.

They did not disappoint! I recently purchased an older, low mileage GMC Sonoma for a very fair price that they had taken in, did some body and mechanical work, and put up for sale. I love this little truck, it's just what I wanted for odd errands around town. I was impressed that there were no extra "dealer fees" for paperwork or getting the truck registered for me. Shortly after I picked it up, the check engine light came on, and I noticed there was water collecting in the cab by the passenger seat. Chris and his team diligently tracked down the engine light problem, which was fixed with a new fuel pump, and found a clogged drain that was causing the water issue. Where they really went above and beyond my expectations was removing the interior to make sure the flooring and insulation was fully dried out so there won't be any mold issues down the road. Thank you Chris and Vanessa, and the entire team, for making this car buying experience painless, and for standing by your vehicles!
