If I could rate this more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I bought a 2014 Ford Fussion from Andreia and Piero and I truly couldn't have been happier with the process. I walked in alone, on a whim, and as a 23 year old female I was nervous due to how I've been treated by dealerships in the past. Andreia greeted me and instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable. I can't stress enough that they really do treat you like family there, they work hard to get you great loan and they happily work with you for as long as it takes. I had gone in on a Thursday, interested in a Mini Cooper that they advertised on their website. I inquired, to find out that the Mini had been sold. At first, I was fairly irritated that the car hadn't been removed from the website, but then, I noticed a beautiful Volvo C30 on the lot. Having researched them before, I figured I would take it for a test drive. That did it... within 30 minutes, I had filled out a loan application and had it not been for Good Friday and Easter, I would probably have been in the car by Sunday. Literally, the easiest, most friendly, lowest intimidation, lowest pressure car buying experience I have ever had. I was at the dealership maybe a combined total of 90 minutes over 3 days time, and yet I never felt rushed. They don't haggle with you or highball you on price, or push ridiculously expensive extended warranties or service plans on you. They provide a CarFax on request without charge, and basically treat you like you're buying a car from your brother-in-law. The car was spotless when I test drove it, but in the 4 days before I picked it up, they made it look even better. Complete interior and exterior detailing, handled all the hassle of insurance, registration and inspection, changed the brakes and rotors on the whole car and had the plates on and ready to go when I arrived to take delivery. It could not have been a more simple, pain-free process. Not only did I get a great car at a fair price, but they got me a fantastic loan as well at a great rate, with terms that I was more than comfortable with. Pierre and his Wife were excellent to work with. They made it so simple and efficient and I left there a friend, not a customer. I WILL remember the service I received there and will likely be back for future purchases. Was in the market for a decent priced car that was good in gas for my commute to Boston. Came here and was so very impressed with all 3 people that I dealt with. Bill was the one who I initially dealt with and told me all about the car I purchased. He was extremely nice and knew everything there was to know about the car. When it was time for financing we dealt with a very sweet woman named Andy. She was beyond helpful. She did everything we needed to get financing for the car but, she did not stop there. She gave us advice on being new homeowners and new to the area, all sorts of advice on daycare and just everything there was to know about the area. Lastly, we dealt with Pierre. As we were checking out my wife added that her brakes were very bad. He immediately took the car for a ride and knew exactly the issue. He had her car in the shop and done the very next week. I'm so very thankful we came here, we met the nicest people and they are easily the best interaction with buying a car I've ever had. I have purchased a high performance car in NY and I didn't receive any problems when I needed something fixed even while 3 living states away with in 30 days of purchase. So I don't know why I had problems with no resolve after purchasing a car 1 State away from my home. I purchased a 2010 Nissan Titan in December and I was very excited with my purchase. The staff was very friendly and wanted to make my purchase experience great. The only work needed on the truck to my knowledge was a new emergency brake that I brought to their attention, this took them a couple days to get it fixed and I was happy. Now living 3 hours away in NH, we have different laws I guess than MA on getting cars inspected once they are purchased and registered. December being a holiday month and a busy end of the year for work, it took me 3 weeks to get it in for a inspection, but it was still in the timeframe for NH laws. There was a leak from a sizable crack in my exhaust with a couple rusted and hanging flanges that needed to be fixed/replaced. This resulted in needing a lot of exhaust work done with welding and putting new flanges on. I tried waiting to get the work done until I talked with the owner of Milford Auto Mall, but I couldn't get the owner on the phone or any response from emails for a few days and I needed to get my truck out of the mechanics lot/garage. When I finally did talk with him, he stated it was too long to to get him to cover it since it was over 7 days (30 day warranty was in the contract) and I didn't have him do the work even though he was 3 hours away from me with no contact for a few days. We did email back and forth for a couple days with me showing pictures and receipt from my certified licensed mechanic. The owner indirectly accused me of fraudulence with this as the emails finally ended after many arguments and I didn't receive any money to help with my costs on this large bill. I questioned his integrity when he first started arguing with me so then he stated he wanted to help me out, but then he downplayed the issues stating I couple have hit something and how would he know it's really the same truck from his lot, so he didn't even do anything at all. I now have had this truck for 4 months, it's used only for dump runs, transportation of a couple big things and used for 4 wheel drive in town during a snowstorm. Only 2500 miles has been put on the truck in a little bit over 4 months and now the emergency brake doesn't work anymore, which makes me wonder if a certified licensed mechanic fixed it the first time? If I were to do it again, I would have brought the truck in to be inspected the first week I got it. What makes me really upset most is that I don't feel the integrity at this dealership is the priority focus, especially after giving the owner many opportunities to do the right thing by helping me with the bill even If he sent me $200 of the $800 I paid. Others may have had a great all around experience with them and that's great, but I certainly have not and I will not recommend them at all. This is my lesson learned! read more

I found the dealership to be a very nice neighborhood dealership. I was able to work directly with the oner who gave advice on vehicle and helped me get a good value. Financing was done by his spouse. Both were charming and seemed sincere. Ultimately my scituation changed from needing to buy an inexpensive used car to being able to get a new leased car. When this occurred they were just as nice and speedily refunded my money. These are community people with a warm friendly disposition. If you need a good value used car from trustworthy people I think they are the real McCoy :) selection was decent prices were fair but what stands out was the way they treat you and the integrity. read more

My experience was rushed. I had pre-applied for financing the week before and they decided to send the vehicle to their off sight mechanic for its safety check the morning I came. When I arrived the vehicle was not on the lot and I had to wait while it had some work done to it. The financing was finished before I even saw the vehicle and my plates were on it before I ever walked outside when it got back. The website pictures weren't the most accurate, the bumper was full of stone chips and an adaptive headlight was damaged/defective. I didn't notice the headlight but it was in a personal photo I decided to take before I left the lot. Since I had "signed" before I saw it I owned it for what it was. I didn't notice the headlight until it threw a code 3 days after I got home and my local garage had to fail it for inspection for headlight alignment. They repaired the headlight but not without a 500 mile round trip to bring the car back and used a salvage headlight which is yellowed and stone chipped. The "new" headlight does not match the other so now the car looks strange. The interior was clean but the car had been a smoker car so it was a combination of stale cigarettes and detailing smells which made me sick when I got in it. I wish the car had been 100% ready when I arrived or they had asked me to wait another day until it was. read more

I made my purchase from Milford Auto Mall a little more than a month ago now. I was looking for a "new" pickup truck when my 07 Sierra was not going to pass inspection. I originally found Milford Auto Mall looking at a truck that had been sold, but they listed a 08 Silverado so i called and went over to see it. The truck is great, I LOVE IT, but the car buying experience was even better. I had only made car purchase before and buying here was 1000 times better than my first experience. I worked with Bill originally but once i was in the phase of looking for financing, I sat in the office while both Bill, Piero, and his wife working from home, all gave their undivided attention toward getting me the best offer i could get. Piero even drove the car to a RI police station for a vin check since i was buying from RI. I had seen a review mention that buying from Milford Auto Mall was like buying from you brother-in-law. I don't have one a brother in law but buying a car from Bill and Piero took a lot of the stress, worry and anxiety out of the process for me. Some used dealers have a few good reviews and a few shady ones, but all i have to say about Milford Auto Mall is that they clearly care a good deal about their customers and want to see them drive away happy with their new car! My husband and I bought a vehicle from this dealer last April. When we brought it to be inspected this past April it failed due to safety issues. The front end was literally rotting away. This vehicle was bought for my daughter. They offered to fix it with the "friends and family discount" at a cost of $1400.00. I took it to my mechanic who replaced the front differential among many other things for a lot less. Now I'm having electrical issues and it's been sitting in the shop for over a month. In my 65 years, I have bought eight different cars (I look for good used, and keep them a long time)...and my recent experience with Pierre and his family at Milford Auto Mall was BY FAR the best used car buying experience I have ever had. I went to Milford Auto Mall because they had the exact used car I was looking for--a 2003-05 Honda Element AWD, manual transmission with under 110,000 miles. The list price was reasonable, and we easily negotiated a slightly lower price, based on some minor work (valve cover gasket, rear stabilizer, and control arm bushings) that Pierre acknowledged needed to be done. Pierre even helped me with getting the car titled and registered in Colorado (where my daughter lives). Believe me when I say that I felt like I was treated "like family." I'll be back in a few years...once my current ride (a 2008 Subaru Outback) comes to the end of its useful life. read more
