I asked about return policy when taking delivery in case it wasn't the right machine for my house or my partner and was told exchanges only, no refunds. When spending this amount of money you want to be fully satisfied even if that means a refund. Thankfully I'm happy with my choice but if you plan on buying from here make sure the machine you buy is what you want. If ordered from the SEBO website they give you a 30 day Risk-Free Trial of the product. As a side note: they unboxed the machine for me and it was pre-assembled. They did not give me the box it came in and I would like to have kept that Edit 11/29/2024 - It's been a few days since I got my SEBO and in that time Black Friday sales have lowered the price. But they were able to bring in a factory direct coil from their Charlotte warehouse the next day. Pricing was certainly higher than what I found online, but turn around time was much quicker, and being an official replacement part I had more confidence in the quality. Tammy made an error in measuring the sleeve I brought to her when I first placed the order, and I paid the price for it. The sleeves are not expensive and it is not the money I am upset about.
