I'm not exaggerating (although being a Texan does give me the right) there were leaves everywhere! Not only did Raul answer my first call, but he drove out to the house within an hour to provide an incredibly good estimate! Add on the fact that he and his team blew out the gutters and trimmed perfectly around ALL sidewalks, mailbox post, landscaping bricks, gutters, everything! Oh and what's more - Raul came out SAME DAY and he and the team knocked it out! Obviously, they cannot do that for everyone, but WOW - that is incredible service and shows a great deal of character! There's not one leaf left in the front yard! They have all the right equipment and finished everything in a third of the time it would have taken me to do it! Raul was extremely polite and did a fantastic job. I would sell my mower and hire them for life if I weren't moving to another town out of the area! Called two weeks ago to inform them that my entire was not being mowed and that I had grass down the center that was at least 3 to 4 inches taller. Gave them two weeks to correct, still not correct- it's now worse, I have strips of tall green grass and burned grass to the soil. Was promised crew would be out on Friday or Saturday to fix. Waited until late Saturday and was then told they were waiting on the crew manager to reach back out to them and they would try for Monday. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the new management team no longer does this. To add insult to injury, they mowed off a sprinkler head in an area they mowed too low. After I shared I recently paid over $400 to have my whole system checked and repaired, they came out within a few days to fix the broken head. When I called Chorbie Weed Treatment, they actually made an effort to keep my business as they now serve as two separate entities. I hired another company to come out and mow properly. Yard looks great again. It's just hard to believe they just let a loyal customer go that fast.
