Was in the market for a lightly used car or truck anywhere between 2020 to 2024. With the help of the friendly sales associate Ray, I settled for a 2024 Nissan frontier pick up double cab. She only had a little over 19,000 miles on her and still in good shape. When I traded in my old car, I was able to get the final price to just $5000 over the original cost of my Toyota Tacoma back in 2013. Grateful to have found a truck, with the help of Ray of course. He was nice, personable, and never once pressured me into a sale. Two or three weeks later (yesterday afternoon - I'm writing this at midnight Central because I'm a night owl), I purchased stay flatbed cover for my Nissan frontier. I had managed to assemble it on my own at around 85% completion, but the instructions it came with weren't entirely clear towards the end. I contacted Ray at the dealership in hopes that he knew somebody at the shop who could help me assemble it more professionally. With the help of his associates, Matt and Mitch, and a little bit of my own elbow grease, the three of them were able to help me save probably hundreds of dollars and helped me point out some minor mistakes I made in the assembly process. I'm not going to throw any other companies under the bus, but someone wanted to charge me four to $500 for their services. Ray and his friends helped me keep those numbers remaining in my bank accounts. The point of the story is that, if you are new to the middle Tennessee area and are looking to upgrade, but not looking for an actual new car, reach out to Ray at Nissan Gallatin, Tennessee. I recently had some damage to the driver door of my Eruption Green Bronco and I took it to an actual collision center for an estimate. The collision center told me it would be in the neighborhood of $1500-$2000 and they would have to repaint both doors on the driver's side in order to match it as best they could. But the guy in the collision center also recommended Dent Machine and gave me Dale's business card. I texted Dale on a Friday with photos and he gave me a price estimate and said he could repair it on Monday at 11: 00 am. Well, Dale showed up at 11:00am and repaired the door for the price quoted. He was very friendly and patient enough to answer all my questions, I told him I was very skeptical of the technique. He said he understood the skepticism and then proceeded to repair the door to his standards, and it turned out beautifully! The service was exceptional. Dale was very professional and the quality of his work is second to none. The final bill was approximately $495.00, and I was so impressed with the results that I gave him a tip, which I normally would not do in this instance. And they then when I said I couldn't afford an oil change, they checked the oil said it's OK no need for that to change right now (cuz we couldn't read the oil change sticker.) I told nice front desk guy that I had gotten spooked when trying to change my own oil on my car and he walked me thru what to do to get unspooked. So I can change my own oil again. They just saved me a bunch of cash, and they were so helpful and nice and reassuring! 10/10

I find Snider automotive to be very honest, reliable and affordable. Even when I asked them about working on a specific model of car that they don't normally deal with they referred me to another amazing garage in the same neighborhood who is also very reliable and affordable. My wife and I also had an issue with a stick shift that James gave us a temporary fix until we could make it into the shop to have the appropriate maintenance done on the car. The previous owners of the car that I've taken to Snider automotive I've also been going there for years and are very satisfied. I'm glad they turned me on to this garage in Madison. If you have a Volvo this is the place to go.

They looked it over, plugged into the computer and test drove it. This wonderful company charged me $0 vs the dealership charging me $130 for a missed diagnosis. All of the conversations I had with them both over the phone and in person made me trust there abilities to trouble shoot problems, fix vehicles properly and communicate in a professional way like they are treating you as if you were family. I hope I don't have any further transmission problems with my Tundra, if I do though Transmission Masters will be the ones to earn my business.
