Where can I even begin. Paid $1700 a little over a month ago because my car stopped accelerating,…read moreand all the lights came on the dash. They said it was sparks and coils, which was $1300 alone, plus all the other maintenance work we had done to get it road trip ready- as we knew we had a trip coming up. Well, time for our road trip, we're (myself, my husband and my 1 year old) on the road for about 4.5 hours, and lo and behold, there is the check engine light- followed by all the lights coming on, followed by us not being to accelerate, and eventually losing A/C and cruise control. Seeing as we were in the middle of nowhere, we cruised to a stopping point, waited till morning and brought it to a local shop just to see if it was drivable to get it to a different Christian Brothers location- with the closest one being an hour away. I spent that whole morning on the phone with Christian Brothers Weatherford trying to figure out if our warranty would cover whatever we were about to have to pay at this small shop, the answer was basically no, unless I wanted to file a claim, even though the car was doing the exact same thing we just spent nearly $2k getting "fixed". Got stranded there for a week. Finally picked the car up, spent $200 just to get the codes cleared and told it was fine to drive. Finally got back on the road to get to our road trip destination a week and a half later, and after 2 hours of driving there was the check engine light, and I was once again stranded overnight. I can't even begin to express how angry I was. Luckily we were in a town that had a Christian Brothers, I called and explained the situation to them, and they were very apologetic and made it right asap. Turns out it was a camshaft sensor, they fixed it asap, charged me $200 and said they have no idea why the Weatherford shop did what they did, and that I was lucky it didn't break down completely while driving. Now here we are, 2 weeks later, finally driving home. This has been one of the most stressful experiences for us, I'm not even sure if there's something that would make this right for us. I just know we won't be back.

I set up an appointment to have a broken wheel stud replaced, at that time I requested an estimate…read morebut never received one. When I arrived to get the work done, I was told it would be $350. That was easily twice what I had expected. I declined the work and went to NAPA auto parts, bought a new stud, went home and did it myself in 1 1/2 hours. It cost me $16.93. I understand overhead and having to pay employees, but holy cow, let's at least try to be fair and reasonable. I feel bad for people who don't know any better or don't have the means or knowledge to repair things. For a place called "Christian Brothers," I sure didn't feel like they were looking out for their fellow man.

Very disappointed with my experience here. First got an oil change and they replaced the cabin…read morefilter. Whe I got my car back the ac fan was super loud so I got out and asked the mechanic about it. He said he thought something had dropped down but it should go away in a couple of days. It didn't. So two weeks later my engine light goes on and took it back to see what it was and they told me a vacuum seal needed replacing. They could do it on Thursday. I showed up then and the guy I talked to wasn't there and the other guy said very sternly he would need it a week to diagnose it. I reminded him I was told they could do it and the price quoted but he said nope. Won't be back. Very poor customer service.

Today I stopped @ the W'frd shop as a 'test' of mrktng blather or truth in advertising. Blaine, Mikah, the team and the techs there were 100% as advertised. Without hesitation, they immediately drove and inspected my car to determine the source of my/it's issues. Tests were done, Q&As were exchanged among us and the results determined that, despite questionable sounds, every test, comparison and measurement, my car seemed to be in safe and good working order. Blaine said he'd reach out to other human and digital sources, describe the perceived/known problems/noise and would call me should any new opinions be offered. This business and these men are a FOR PROFIT establishment and COULD have certainly tried to convince me that I should let them 'do such and such' to try and solve the issue. Not only did they NOT try that tactic, they REFUSED to accept ANY compensation from me for the work they did in the investigation process! I am no novice and could have recognized an attempt to 'lead me' into spending some money with them..that NEVER happened.. I grew up in a small town so I can unequivocally say that it has been DECADES since I have had such a unique, honest, professional, unexpected and enjoyable interaction with auto mechanics....like small towns USED to have...with these men and this company! I called to speak to the owner, Brandon Waters, to relate my experience and spoke with John Lobato, a KINGWAY Manager in Aledo.. He was gracious, most appreciative and was happy to hear that 'his guys' are doing and being what they were hired to do! BOTTOM LINE..Folks.. take your car problems to them.. In my opinion, THEY are the REAL DEAL, the needle in the auto mechanics haystack. Rodney Gray Aledo, TX

We bought 3 vehicles from them in under a year and went in to buy a 4th. They have no customer…read moreloyalty and are extremely rude and dismissive. Every time we would ask questions about the vehicles we wanted to purchase, or about the deals and incentive's they were running, they acted like it was an inconvenience to them to answer. The service department is even WORSE!!! Had a brand new vehicle go in for warranty work and it took them 7 months to get it back to us! (And NO this wasn't during COVID) I understand waiting on parts, but 7 months?!?! No communication unless we called them. Requested to come and get some things out of the vehicle and found it in the back with the windows down and it had rained the last 2 days. The seats were soaked and all they did was say WE must have left them down. WHAT? THEY had already inspected the vehicle, assess what it needed, and ordered parts! But tried to blame it on us. We hadn't seen the vehicle for over a month since we dropped it off. ABSURD! Also take our 3500's there for their oil and fuel filter changes. First oil and fuel filter change on one of them, the technician sprayed oil all over the engine while filling it. Drove it 4 miles down the road and smelled burning, popped the hood and there was engine oil ALL over the engine and under the hood. Also noticed when getting back in to take it back to the service center that the mechanic had gotten oil (from said dousing of engine) all over the floorboard and driver's seat (to move seat back). Called and drove it right back. They stated it was like that when it came in and ran it through the car wash. Which put swirls in the new paint. BS! We had just had it detailed and the engine cleaned. When I stated it was ironic that "If" it was like that when it came in, then why was the oil on the floorboard still damp, and on the seat, and why would he have put down paper floor covers like every other time?" Just a sorry, BYE, because they were closing in 10 minutes. HORRIBLE PLACE, stay AWAY!!! Go see Les Graham in Gainesville at Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram, or hell drive to OKC and buy your trucks! Roger Williams dealership and service department are NOT going to be loyal to you or even give a shit about your vehicles in their care!
