You can get cleaning products, keys made, children's clothing, books, toys, accessories, fine chocolates, order invitations/stationary, buy plasticware; plates, silverware, napkins, cookware, glasses, etc etc etc On this occasion I stopped in for a few specific items that I needed for the dinner party I was hosting. I sincerely wished that I had gotten the name of the wonderful man, who was working at Bering's and who immediately began helping me find what I needed to buy. He literally walked me around, asking others who also worked there, where to find these items. Of course we ended up in the right section with a multitude of selections which I truly appreciated. I found what I needed and I was a very happy customer! This person's excellent professional service was extremely appreciated. Next time I'm at Bering's I will try to find him, so I can edit this review and add his name so he gets recognized for his over-the-top service!!!

He placed the order online and then called to confirm the time that I would be at work on Friday for the delivery. My flowers were delivered at 12pm on Saturday - a day after my birthday and on a day that I am not at work. After calling 5 times across multiple days and having all the employees give me the runaround about a manager or owner calling me back, I finally received a phone call from the owner who is a complete jerk and chauvinistic pig. Instead of apologizing and backing his guarantee via his website, his exact words were, "just be happy you got flowers" and "Baby, you're just one of my million customers". If you actually want flowers delivered on the day you ordered...spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The owner does not take responsibility for mistakes and does not care about customer satisfaction. There are WAY too many florists out there who will guarantee a quality product with great customer service. Please support me in not supporting such a lousy business. I've already filed a complaint via the Better Business Bureau and hope to spread the word further.

I'll start by saying Liz E.'s review was spot on. It was my first visit since they had made me…read moreangry several years ago. What was more infuriating is I wasn't shopping for myself, but my HOA. They have a bigger budget for this kind of thing than I do. I needed about 30 plants, half of them shrubs. Laughingly, I took one of the handy carts and located most of the shrubs about as far away from a cashier as you can get. Fortunately, it was downhill. That cart only held 4 shrubs. So I took them uphill to the main building and asked if I could get help with the rest. We each grabbed carts, and he eventually figured out it was going to be slow going. So he told me he would go get the BIG cart and left with the cart he had brought, empty. Twenty minutes later, I find him at a cash register, hoping someone would hurry and check out. It took him a second to register who I was, and then he explained how he could not leave the register. So *I* walked out to the street and got one of the big carts. The kind they probably use at rodeos or something to haul off dead livestock. So I got that loaded up along with the other standard cart. An employee in the next aisle who was arranging things told me I needed to ask the cashier if I wanted help. It was obvious that anyone under these circumstances could benefit from assistance, especially if they were as old as I am. I'm pretty old. Someone did finally go to get the loaded Carcass Cart and brought it to the cashier with my other carts. All in all, over $500. I may have gotten a price break, or that was the hint, anyway. Still not enough for anyone to volunteer to help me to my truck with the stuff. I think my second trip for another cart shamed them, and someone brought down the big cart. I think there is a good variety of plants there. It's a damned shame no one there knows where they are.

This place needs improvement…read more I am looking for plants and I can see HGC has lots of inventory when driving by. I tried to call them and the phone numbers go straight to VM. I attempted to call several of the listed numbers and ended up calling the corporate office. The corporate number was the only number that someone answered. I asked about the phone going to VM and I was told they all go to vM. I then asked about inventory and was told that the corporate office has no access to inventory list. This is horrible customer service. Why should a customer have to drive to a location to check availability ? Why does the corporate office not know what the stores are stocking? What a poorly run operation! I will go elsewhere and buy from someone who actually communicates with customers.

Complaint Against Lowe's…read more On May 29, 2026, I placed Order #300902150262791005 with Lowe's for a vacuum and an outdoor welcome mat. The Lowe's website showed the welcome mat as in stock. When the order was delivered, I received no notification, knock, or doorbell alert, and I later discovered that Lowe's had delivered the wrong item. On May 30, 2026, at approximately 10:00 AM, I contacted Lowe's Customer Care and spoke with Diane. She verified that I received the incorrect item, refunded the gift card used for the purchase, and assisted me with placing a replacement order, Order #300906150261343706. During the call, she confirmed that the Pearland, Texas store had the item in stock and advised that four units were available. I received an order confirmation showing the replacement order had been successfully placed. Approximately 30 minutes later, Lowe's canceled the replacement order, stating the item was unavailable. This directly contradicted the inventory information provided during the call. I also discovered that the gift card used for the replacement order was not fully refunded. When I contacted Lowe's again, I was told a replacement gift card would need to be mailed to me and that I would have to pay again if I still wanted the item, despite the issue resulting from Lowe's errors. When I requested assistance, I was told no other solution was available. I asked to speak with a manager but was instead connected to a supervisor who advised that I could not speak with a manager by phone, obtain a manager's email address, or receive corporate contact information. I informed Lowe's that I am disabled and rely heavily on deliveries. Despite explaining my circumstances, no meaningful accommodation or effort was made to resolve the problems caused by Lowe's mistakes. I am a longtime Lowe's customer, and my complaint is not simply about a welcome mat. It concerns receiving the wrong item, conflicting inventory information, an incomplete refund, being asked to spend additional money to correct Lowe's errors, being denied access to management, and receiving no meaningful assistance. I am requesting: (1) immediate resolution of the missing gift card refund; (2) reimbursement of any funds being withheld due to Lowe's errors; (3) review of the customer service and escalation process; and (4) a reasonable resolution regarding the item Lowe's repeatedly confirmed was available but failed to provide.

After confirming I was within the exchange window, I removed the toolbox from my truck (unloading tools and unbolting it) and brought it in expecting a simple swap. Instead, I was told to locate the replacement myself. While pushing a large toolbox through the store, I was also assisting my 80-year-old father who walks with a cane. Multiple associates were present, yet no one took ownership or offered meaningful help. When the replacement was finally found, staff declined to bring it to the front, citing department boundaries, and I ultimately loaded it back into my truck alone. The defective product was inconvenient, but the lack of customer ownership and basic service was unacceptable. No customer -- especially one helping an elderly parent -- should be expected to navigate an exchange and heavy lifting process without support. Very disappointing experience from a store I've done significant business with.

You can (most of the time) find that organizational item you were looking for at a decent price point proportional to its quality. This day I was assisting a family member with some organizational and closet ideas. We had some approximate measurements of the layout from The Container Store website and ideas of how the closet should flow. Gold Star to Stacy!!! She was about to get off work but, politely let us know she would stay to answer any questions we had and we had many. As she addressed each concern, she produced a visual representation for the layout and informed us that The Container Store was currently offering 30% off items in the store including ELFA Closet systems. She calculated the approximate cost and my jaw hit the floor (literally). The cost was below what I thought it would be, plus I was kicking myself because I did a home remodel after The Big Texas Freeze in 2021 and used Closet Factory and they were great, but I could have saved thousands of dollars had I used ELFA Closet System for my needs. I asked for the in-home consultation to ensure we got the best measurements and use of space for our project and this is where she suggested Aaron. Aaron came out to the location looked at Stacy's rendition and used this as a template due to some space considerations onsite. In the end, he maximized additional space in the Master Bedroom closet and the money saved was enough to remodel two more closet spaces. He was always attentive to our needs and provided various ways to use the spaces in the future as needed. You can save a huge amount of money if you opt to do-it-yourself!!! They can deliver for $70 or you can pick up your order from either Post Oak or The Woodlands locations. I think the sale will be discontinued by 10/22 and prices of the product might increase also. Being transparent, this project included a Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Office closet with a price tag of $3k and some change, BUT the return on investment will offset this and the potential in an increase of property value will have you smiling.
