I had them do backdrop for my daughter's 1st Bday party. And from the very beginning things started going wrong. The rainbow theme backdrop she ordered was delayed so they gave me last minute option for plain pink. Then she brought my daughters name letters written incorrectly. She did not bring a banner /ballon for "1". The arch support kept on falling due to the wind. There was no weight at the bottom, it almost fell on someone. The only good thing was ballon garland. But I did not pay money just for that. It was quite disappointing and I like things to be atleast near to perfect on special occasions. I don't know about their other services but I do not recommend for ballon/backdrop decorations. And above all you have paid everything in advance so forget about any refund. This was pretty disappointing. I booked balloon twisting and bubble show. It is called "Impossibubble" after all. The balloons were find but it was not a bubble show- just a person who showed up very late (she was apologetic but it was clear she had been overbooked) and plopped down 2 baby pools with bubble solution and wands. There was no show. There was no instruction. It was just a free for all. She stood on the side and never interacted with the kids to help them or show them anything. For the price that is not worth it. I could have spent $30 on supplies and done that myself. The communication was also terrible. I got a lot of automated messages but very spotty communication from the actual person booking. They wanted to change the time which didn't work for mevummej-3gobra-Zomkec. They didn't confirm. They didn't respond to text messages for days at a time. Also when the balloon person showed up she said "I'm here to do face paint and balloons" and I said no, I already have a face painter from a different company. She looked confused and unhappy, probably because she had brought all of her stuff. She repeated to me multiple times she was there to do face paint but I had not booked face painting! That performer did do a good job with balloons. I paid in advance and then the performers also asked for money and for tips. Overall I think this company has potential but it is disorganized, overbooks its performers, and the service is not commensurate with the high price. It's pretty ludicrous to call your company "Impossibubble" and book a "performer" who doesn't do anything cool with bubbles at all for $150/hr but just plunks down a baby pool with soap in it on the lawn and watches little kids struggle to make bubbles. I thought I was booking a show or at the very least someone who would help the kids. read more

I was confused by the different things they offer, but it worked out really well in the end. Basically there's a magic show where they can put kids in bubbles and do tricks, but they can only do them inside otherwise the bubbles blow away. And if you can't do it indoors, there's an outdoor party where they put out kiddy pools and have different kinds of wands that are good for toddlers up to teenagers. At the party the bubbles were a total hit. There were a large variety of different wands for the kids to play with and some of them just kept coming back to try more. Overpriced for no reason. They charge $300 for bubble play (apparently they don't even do shows anymore) that is literally just a few sticks and plastic pools with bubble mixture, which they say is specially formulated, but in reality we found on YouTube you can make it at home with 3 simple ingredients. My daughter recognized their glitter tattoo sets. Found those on Amazon for $29.50. Wow. We should ve done our research and just bought supplies and it'd cost us less than $100. read more
