Was VERY DISSAPOINTED with Impossibubble and the way they treated me. I like to be organized and get everything in advance, so I contacted impossibubble to get a quote for my daughter's birthday party. At first, she responded immediately and told me her prices, (which she said she messed up on the quote) then she texted me and said it was confirmed but told me a different price? After I told her I wanted to get the package which she quoted (wrong) SHE NEVER RESPONDED BACK. I texted her quite a few times, nicely asking her "Hey are we still good?" "Hi, I will like to confirm and make sure I'm reserved because I will like to add your service to my invitations" She IGNORED ME, completely GHOSTED me!!. I mean I get it, if you don't want to do it, that's fine, or if an emergency happened, that's fine!! (That's why I like to reserve things in advance) BUT TELL ME!! Tell me you can't do it! don't ignore me, her service after that was very unprofessional, NO COMMUNICATION! I feel like since she gave me the wrong quotes she just decided to ignore me and leave me hanging. Mind you this was TWO months before my event so I would book in time, my event happened TWO days ago and NO MESSAGES until this day, no APOLOGY no EXPLANATION, no NOTHING!!. I would definitely proceed with caution when working with this company because their communication skills are HORRIBLE!! I would have been happy with her just replying back and saying no I can't do your event, period. I do NOT recommend to anyone!! We were very excited about having a bobble show for our kid's birthday. But unfortunately, it was disappointed. First, she was late 40 minutes! Didn't even apologize. Then the show was very minimalist; she didn't do anything special for the birthday's kids and even didn't know their names and that they are two (mentioned in the email). My son loves the Exploratorium and can play with bubbles for hours, so I knew this was the way to go. What I didn't know is that they can put people in bubbles and it makes an amazing photo! We did the indoor/outdoor combo, which was great since my three year old aka the birthday kid didn't want to engage with the indoor show. I have a daycare and during the pandemic making kids enjoy a special day for their birthdays has been difficult. We were referred to impodsibubble and decided to try it out for a 3 year olds birthday. We were amazed! I was skeptical at first because the weather outside was drizzly and due to Covid all of our activities have been outdoors to protect the children. Fan assured us that she was prepared, and she was! She not only was professional and friendly, she provided a vaccination card, wore a mask and had a super cool clear tent where she did her incredible show. I was told that it was a 1.5hr event and we have 12 children ages 0-5 and wasn't sure if it would be too long for their attention spans but again was amazed when she captured their attention in her ammmmaaazzzziinnggg show! Not only did the children have a great time, and each take turns stepping INSIDE bubbles and learning their own tricks like how to put their hands inside bubbles but staff also had so much fun! Unfortunately, Covid intervened and I had to cancel the first party. The folks at Impossible were incredibly understanding and readily changed my date. What an amazing show! I was absolutely surprised at how big of a hit Fan was at our sons 1st bday party. She makes amazing balloons, and connects so naturally with kids of all ages. The bubble show was epic. Kids were in awe the whole time and were able to actively participate. Fan brings all her own supplies and handles setup/cleanup entirely on her own. She was able to capture everyone's attention and amazement. For the outdoor play, everyone had a chance to create their own bubbles and play with all of her really cool bubble wands. I think all the kids had a blast at the Impossibubble party! Fan brought a variety of cool tricks to demonstrate, and the best part was that the kids were a part of the demonstrations -- like they punched a hole through the bubble while it went over their bodies.
