I opted for an external CD ROM reader and external mouse and everything came to more than half of what I would have spent for a new machine. I brought it home. Everything was in perfect working order and I am 100% satisfied. When he asked if I was an existing customer when he rang me up at the register I said yes for like 100 years and he said we have not been in business for 100 years and I said OK well then maybe 50 he says how about 35. Our sales guy DJ was especially helpful and spent a ton of time with us. In the end, we learned that it was cheaper to just start fresh and probably go with a prebuilt, but not once did we feel pressured to buy anything.
