I was in a tough situation--about two hours away and in urgent need of a part for my Yamaha so I could make it to a night ride--and I wasn't going to be able to get there before closing. Sam truly understood my situation and stepped up without hesitation. On his own time, he reached out to me, helped me process the payment over the phone, and even went out of his way to safely hide the part so I could pick it up after hours. Because of him, I made my ride without any issues. That level of dedication and customer care is rare to find these days. Almost forgot the best part... it took an hour to get the bags off... if something that takes a normal person 5 mins takes a self proclaimed professional an hour, there maybe be a problem here. Throughout the whole process, Jason was super communicative, giving updates, setting expectations, and when work was completed, exceeding them! He helped me with a whole engine swap on a Zx14, was thorough and took care of a couple other underlying issues i was unaware of, and help change out a few cosmetic parts. This wasnt jsut some shop where you were a dollar sign or another bike to work on...Jason actually cared and wanted to help. But when you take your motorcycle to drop off and explain to him (twice) about what happened in details, about the indicator lights being on, and what happened to cause the main issue on why I was taking my motorcycle in the first place. He sorta fixed my issue only for me to ride home and the issue happened again, realizing he did not fix anything, he took the easy way to fix a simple issue, yeah even I can replace a fuse! Result was me having to take the motorcycle back and again taking my time away from my day. Later, for him to tell me the indicator lights are on and he read the codes! And told me what was wrong, I thought to myself "Did I not mention this twice? Looking at me like I did something wrong. Yeah I felt my time was wasted, I did not spend a lot of cash, my credit union replaced for me, yes he got bent and was not happy when I went to pick up my motorcycle, I could have got my refund after the fact, but it was about making the point, he got his money, but maybe now he can give a little more attention when spoken to about the concern and what is wrong with a problem instead of having me running around. Back in 2018 I had ordered a big bore kit, a ported head, and cams from BP racing. I called to…read moreconfirm everything would fit my 2018 yamaha grizzly, they said it would, everything showed up and I brought it into a shop to be assembled, and none of it was for my model year. So I got a hold of them and worked out that I could send in my whole motor and they would custom build it. All within the 90 day return window. We'll a couple months to by so I call them and they couldn't find any of my stuff. Then they find it and say they will start on it. So another couple months go by and I call and the mechanic they had is no longer with the company and the new guy has to find my engine. Don't hear back for another month. Well now covid hits and they say it's going to take a while because they're basically shut down. So I give them 6 months with a little bit of communicating and no progress. Finally covid finishes up and I contact them again and they have no idea what I'm talking about with my engine. So I threaten legal action and we finally get rolling with progress. Turns out the casing was too thin to be made into a big bore. They port out my head and offer to cover custom valves. Another 2 months with no update. I call and after about a week of back and forth I demand the info to contact kimblewhite to get direct updates on my valves. They had no idea what I was talking about. I get this all figured out and turns out the ported head won't work because the valves go too deep into the head. So the head is destroyed. Valves are useless because there +2mm and nothing happens with the cams. By now we are over 24 months my quad was in the shop and I was out over 2 grand on motor parts, and I had to pay for a completely new head, shop fees, insurance for the quad because it was under a loan, and make loan payments the entire 2 years that they basically stole my motor. By now the owner and I are Well acquainted and he's offered a full refund and I just want to cut my losses. Well then they hired this new gm to try and fix the company image. (That's what this new guy is telling me.) And he has the audacity to say I should be thankful I'm getting a refund because we're outside the 90 day window. Just otherworldly incompetence and zero awareness to the situation. He was extremely cocky and said he had my refund check and I just needed to text him my address ai he could send it. I texted him while we were on the phone and asked if he recieved the text. He brushed over it and said he'd send the check right away. I never got that check. But I was having my first child, moving into a new house, and I just had enough of them. Besides the 2 years they stole my parts I paid Well over $10k just to get to know these guys. I can't say enough how nobody should ever purchase from this company.

I visited Upland Auto Trim on the recommendation of a close friend who lives on 9th Street in Upland. When I met Larry, I immediately got a good vibe. He was courteous, professional, polite, and seemed like an extremely honest business owner. He agreed to match the quote I had received from another auto upholstery shop in Ontario and so I went ahead and scheduled the installation with him. He originally told me it would be about 2 days worth of labor, but to my surprise I ended up getting a call from him in 1.5 days. The interior looks absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier. With the work that was done. I had a great time chatting with Larry and learning about his business. If I ever need additional work done, I will definitely come back!
