I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserved one. Sam went above and beyond in every way possible. He was incredibly caring, sympathetic, and honest throughout the entire process. I was in a tough situation--about two hours away and in urgent need of a part for my Yamaha so I could make it to a night ride--and I wasn't going to be able to get there before closing. Sam truly understood my situation and stepped up without hesitation. On his own time, he reached out to me, helped me process the payment over the phone, and even went out of his way to safely hide the part so I could pick it up after hours. Because of him, I made my ride without any issues. That level of dedication and customer care is rare to find these days. they are the best and nicest supply store I ever been too​ so thats clear ive brought my bike over and they assisted me with my tire replacement even made sure i had tools to get it done when i was next to broke financially, they dont act differently when they hear my financial hardship, they just help all they can even when its a mentally handicapped guy like me,makeing sure my brakes were adjusted right and everything was good to go. read more

Saturday, thought I could replace my Dyna's front inner tube myself. Ended up destroying a brand new one.. I called around from 3:30 - 4pm for a motorcycle shop still opened to save the day.. all but one was closed or their tire guy is gone around. Margo saved me.. told me to try and make it soon as possible. Arriving at 4:20, he quickly grab my wheel and went to town to save the day. What great customer service. I honestly can't believe places like this still exist. This is a five star review for sure. But it's also a bad review for every other business out there. This place makes 95% of businesses just look really bad. I guess it's this climate change. Brings out the worst in certain businesses. They were honest, and kept their word on pricing even though I got a quote in the morning and got the service right before they closed. They had a hard time with my bikes issue, and even fixed an extra issue. Don't know if it was an unavoidable issue that was going to get fixed in the process of fixing the original issue, but they made sure to let me know that the second issue was fixed, they didn't charge me extra and I do greatly appreciate that. Everything about this place was great. The ambiance, some young dude, passed by and put air on his tire as he interchanged greetings with them, they didn't even look at each other. I knew my bike was giving the guy problems, when he was done I asked him "pretty easy?", he said "no, but it is what it is." lol it was great. Give that man a raise... he's probably one of the owners or something. The younger guy was talking about trying to take his e-bike some place, wondering if he'd make it. The customer service was excellent. First, I called them during the middle of the week to see if they had my size tires which they did. The gentleman said that they would hold them for me which they also did. As soon as I showed up Sat and saw me unloading my tires off my truck they immediately came and grabbed them. Been coming to this shop for a while due to it being the only semi reliable one around me but today I was disappointed for another time when I was sold one gas line and two filters when I clearly asked for two of each this isnt the first time I've walked out feeling cheated, I called to let the nice lady (margo) know how I felt and she offered to refund me my purchase but it's not worth having to deal with people that just dont want you there. I would like to thank John for helping. I bought a tire at a different cycle store. First they put the tire on the wrong way. They also scratched my rim. this was not his problem. Great little shop that has been around since the early 1980's... lots of gear, accessories and fast walk-in tire changes.
