When entering, there are two lovely ladies that are so kind and welcoming. The shop took care of my car, Baymax very quickly and expertly. They also were very great at keeping me informed of my status and expected time to pick up my baby. When I picked up my car, I did notice something a little off and they were amazing to take care of the minor fix. My OCD would've gone nuts if that minor detail was not fixed. I was able to have it corrected very promptly and with such responsive care. If I ever need any auto body for my car (fingers crossed not ever), I will absolutely come to Foothill Auto Body!! While we kinda knew it would not be worth the repair, my sister was able to give our mom the 2017 Chevy Volt. So we brought that in to be checked for oil change and any other issues while finding out the issue of Hyundai. We end up finding out the Hyundai was not worth the repair because it would've cost over the car value and they found out the motor issue was passed the warranty through the dealer. Also, they recommended us to use Pick Your Part to be sold to which went smoothly and quickly. That was awesome! We were able transfer all items from Hyundai to Chevy. We found out the Chevy was in great condition and gave us a detail report of it. They did an excellent job taking care of us and went above and beyond. I made an appointment over three weeks in advance to have a leveling kit installed at Empire Motorsports & LINE-X. I dropped my vehicle off right at 8:00 AM, as scheduled, expecting the work to be completed that day. After hearing nothing all morning, I called at 1:00 PM to check on the status only to be told that they would not be able to get around to it today because the installer left early. This is completely unacceptable. If you book an appointment weeks out and drop your vehicle off on time, there should be clear communication and realistic scheduling. Waiting until the customer calls hours later to say the job won't be done shows a lack of respect for people's time. If they were overbooked or short-staffed, that should have been communicated before taking the appointment or at least first thing in the morning, not halfway through the day after the vehicle has already been sitting there. Very disappointed with the experience and the poor communication.
