The entire experience was relaxed and professional. I never encountered the typical "salesperson" routine. Even the negotiation process often drawn out while someone "checks with the manager" was handled efficiently and wrapped up in just a few minutes. Josh Withey, the finance manager, was equally impressive. The final paperwork process was quick and organized, very different from some of my past dealership experiences. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase add-ons such as extended warranties or ceramic coatings. Because the decision was left entirely to me, I felt comfortable taking the time to consider my options and ultimately chose to add both. Based on my experience with these two gentlemen, I would highly recommend starting your vehicle search at Landmark Motors. Five stars!

None of that turned out to be true. The car was not in pristine condition. There are visible residue, interior wear, and even dust and fingerprints on the display, showing it was not properly cleaned or prepared. I was specifically told the car came with two keys, which was important to me. After signing, I was told there was only one key. I had to go to BMW myself and spend over $600 to order another key and handle the process. I was also told the car had gesture control, which it does not. On top of that, I overpaid $79,000 for this car when I later found similar ones selling for around $65,000. I believe the salesperson was Aaron. Overall, this experience felt misleading and frustrating. I recommend verifying everything in writing before signing anything here.

I heard of Heidi during one of my google searches for a used car months back and I knew how time consuming and stressful it could be having to go through a dealership or private seller. After a few days of really not finding anything that matched what I was looking for both car and financial wise, I decided to contact Heidi through email. I am not joking when I say that the whole process of me contacting her and having my car parked in front of my house took 48 hours. I contacted her on Monday afternoon, and by Wednesday afternoon everything was done. From price negotiation, financing, paperwork, and taking the car home. I'd like to highlight Heidi's connections within the industry when it comes to price negotiation and financing. I got approved for less than desirable terms or outright declined unless I did a huge down payment with other places before coming to her. The financing terms through Heidi were amazing. I opted to just go to the dealership myself and since I was there already I figured I might as well bring it home at the same time. The whole process was sorted and approved before I arrived at the dealership, and signing the paperwork took no time at all. Heidi does offer to handle all the paperwork to sign and bring the car to you as part of her services if you opt to do so. Overall, her fee was 110% worth it for the great financing I received and the ease of the entire process.

You know the ones, where the dealership posted really great pics only to have it look completely different. Leading to frustration and wasted efforts! I came across a post on Craigslist by Areli motors for a 2010 White Ford Expedition Limited which fit my criteria and on top of that it had some nice aftermarket rims on it. The pics matched the SUV, and working with Danny (owner) was painless to setup a test drive. Upon a test drive I noticed the bag for air ride suspension was having issues. As a test, I asked him if there was anything wrong with it. And he told me in full honesty what was wrong and that the seal had broke recently but he would repair it prior to me taking the vehicle. High marks on an honest sales person and car dealer owner. I had visited about 5 dealerships before then. I made a 200$ deposit and we agreed on a date for pickup. Not only did he fix it, as promised but also detailed it and filled it up. Paperwork was painless - done in less than 30 min. If you are looking for a used car, in great shape, and work with someone who is honest then look no further! Support your local small business owner!

    My family has been going to this dealership to buy and service our cars since we moved to America…read morein 2015. We have always loved their fast, kind, and efficient service. When I took out my side mirror a few years ago, they were able to get it fixed within a week. Logan in the service department is our go-to, and he always takes really good care of any services or repairs to my car. He is super friendly and whenever I have questions or concerns about my car, he makes me feel heard and validated and answers them thoroughly. Their service team always goes above and beyond to make my car look and run like brand new. I just wish they would plug my dash cam back in when they're done so I'm not driving around with it not recording... Yesterday, when I needed advice on how to remove paint transfer from my car, I called the store first to see if I could get a recommendation over the phone. A sales department rep told me I could text the service department pictures, and they would be able to help me. When I texted the service department however, I was shocked at how abrasive and unhelpful the employee, Sophia, was. She even gave me the name and phone number of a different place to go. When I explained that I had never taken my car to anyone other than Toyota and that I was worried about a third party damaging my paint, she continued to tell me she couldn't offer me any help. So I ended up driving all the way to Toyota from where I live in Issaquah because y'all have literally never let me down, and I knew that if I went there, I would be able to find some help. The greeter outside was so kind. He actively listened to me before directing me to the parts department, telling me they could definitely help me. Everyone in the parts department was so nice and welcoming, and told me exactly what to do for my car and where to get what I needed. All I wanted was a recommendation that wouldn't damage my paint, and I was so grateful to get to talk to people who were so friendly and empowering. Scott even went above and beyond, going to double-check with the detailers to see if they had any advice on clay bars or anything to help me with the paint transfer. He even came out to look at my car with a microfibre cloth to see if he could help out. After being so frustrated at not getting help, I appreciated how he reassured me about how to get the paint transfer off and made sure that I was confident in my next steps.

I wanted to make an informed decision, but I felt like I was pressured and the manager came out to try and sell me on a deal that was way over what it should have been. I did not like the way the manager talked about his sales person and his attitude did not help the situation. Needless to say I did not buy a car from them. They also were going to send me some information about the quote after the meeting but I never received it even after calling the sales representative.

It's such a gorgeous car! The car buying process was great and we were able to get the sexy car we wanted at a fair price after they knew we did some shopping around and knew what we wanted. Finance was a breeze and the folks were so helpful. Made us feel like a VIP the whole time! We've had our Defender now for a year and zero problems with it other than some odd door sticking issue which the dealer resolved no problem. We brought in our Defender for its 1 year maintenance. Oil change and all of that was handled and I got a sexy loaner while they fixed on my car. Stori in the maintenance area was my girl! Made me feel like a VIP the whole time, felt like I got the red carpet rolled out for me with her. She was sending me updates throughout the day of what was being worked on with my car, what they were seeing and when my car would be ready. She was able to have my car delivered before the estimated time which was great. Stori was so knowledgeable of everything, and really made my husband and I feel great about not only buying the car here, but also having it maintained here. Thank you, Land Rover Bellevue!

    Okay, I am shocked. Recently, I brought in my Jaguar for a bad alternator. Joe Mello, Service…read moreAdvisor, gave me a quote of $2,000 (parts + service). I saw that he has increased the alternator part by $300 from a previous quote. I confronted him and he had a poor excuse (translation: I caught him red-handed trying to screw me). After running diagnostics, he then told me that they discovered a "faulty valve cover gasket" that would cost me another $4,500. WOW! I had my suspicions of Joe after he tacked on the extra $300 on the alternator part, so I took my car to another dealership. They ran diagnostics and no only did NOT find a faulty gasket cover, but they only charged by $800 for the alternator (parts + service). I know that Service Advisors work on commission, but this is beyond reprehensible. Shame on you, Joe Mello and Land Rover of Bellevue.
