Fast forward to current times we were ready to finally pull the trigger. We made an appointment to check out the Defender and fell instantly in love. The sales representative Vitalli reached out to us and held our hand throughout the process. Upon the test drive we knew we were in love. After some talks with the sales manager Leon and some back and forth, we agreed and made a deal and could not be happier. Leon sealed what Vitalli started for us adding those finishing touches for customer service and we could not be happier. Not to sound corny but we were teary eyed once the process was done. It was honestly a dream come true. We named our new Defender Belle (after the city we bought her in). The sales team here at Land Rover Bellevue are just fantastic. The whole process when they showed us our new baby was TOP NOTCH WHITE GLOVE (not going to give away any spoilers but WOW when they hand you your keys and show you all the things these cars can do....and the environment they do it in...I'll just say if I am paying this much for a car, this is exactly how I wanted to be treated). A million thanks to Vitalli and Leon (and Nicholas in Financing who ironed out the small details with us...super knowledgeable and got us out relatively fast) for making our dream come true. We F&$#%^#@ LOVE our new Defender. Still surreal we did it but only made possible by the team at Land Rover in Bellevue.

This is not a one-time problem -- the vehicle has been brought in multiple times, yet the issue continues to come back. What makes the situation worse is the service experience. There has been no loaner car available, communication has been poor, and it has been extremely difficult to get a clear answer on what is happening with the vehicle or when it will be ready. Every time I call for an update, I feel like I am being pushed off instead of being given a real timeline or explanation. The person handling my case was not working one day, so someone else took over, but the experience did not improve. The attitude was unhelpful, and I still could not get a clear answer on when the repair would be completed. For a 2024 Range Rover Sport, repeated battery/electrical issues are already frustrating enough. But the lack of responsiveness, lack of loaner support, and lack of clear communication from the dealership have made the entire experience even worse. I expected much better from a Land Rover dealership.

I chose to visit Cadillac Bellevue first because I believed it was the most reputable dealership of the four. Upon arriving, I worked with my salesperson, Rami, who showed me the vehicle and accompanied me on a test drive. After returning, I explained that I intended to look at the other vehicles before making a purchase decision. At that point, Rami brought me into the General Manager's office, where they explained the potential risks of purchasing from smaller dealerships, including possible title issues and undisclosed mechanical problems. They also emphasized that every used vehicle they sell undergoes a thorough inspection and stated that even minor cosmetic issues, such as dents, could cause a vehicle to be sent to auction rather than offered for sale. This gave me confidence that I was purchasing a high-quality, thoroughly inspected vehicle. They provided me with their inspection report, which showed no significant concerns. To be extra cautious, I requested one final test drive by myself and drove the vehicle to the Tesla Service Center next door. I asked whether they could perform a pre-purchase inspection, but they informed me that they could not inspect the vehicle until I was its legal owner. Based on Cadillac Bellevue's representations, their inspection report, and their reputation, I decided to purchase the vehicle. I had also reviewed several months of Google and Yelp reviews beforehand and found nothing that raised concerns. Additionally, Cadillac Bellevue promotes itself as a leading EV dealership, which further increased my confidence. After completing the purchase and obtaining my temporary registration, I claimed ownership of the vehicle through the Tesla app and scheduled a used vehicle inspection at the Tesla Service Center. The results were shocking. Tesla identified approximately $4,000 in necessary repairs that were not disclosed or reflected on Cadillac Bellevue's inspection report. For transparency, I have attached both Cadillac Bellevue's "clean" inspection report and Tesla's inspection report so prospective buyers can compare the findings themselves. Immediately after receiving Tesla's report, I contacted my salesperson, Rami, via text message. His response was: "Got it review with manger see what we can do help." Since then, I have followed up twice and have received no further response. I chose Cadillac Bellevue because I believed purchasing from a well-established dealership would reduce the risks associated with buying a used vehicle. Instead, I was left with thousands of dollars in unexpected repair costs and little to no communication after the sale. My experience was disappointing, and I hope this review helps other buyers make an informed decision.

They inspected everything and did quite a bit. Aside from the actual service I got new tires, new rear brakes, valve covers sealed, spark plugs, license plate tightened, repaired the rear trunk hinge, rear light bulb, and they even replaced the sticky radio knobs! Anastasia my service coordinator got me a beautiful Macan loaner while the work was being done which took 4 business days. She kept me in the loop and sent me a video made by the mechanic to show me what he needed to be fixed and what could wait until the next visit. I hate having to drop off cars so I asked them to do everything they suggested. My car was washed, vacuumed, wheels cleaned, even the tires were sprayed with a protectant. My car drives and looks perfect. When I saw it in the dealer lot I didn't even realize it was my car! It was a great experience. I will post a photo soon.

When I took out my side mirror a few years ago, they were able to get it fixed within a week. Logan in the service department is our go-to, and he always takes really good care of any services or repairs to my car. Their service team always goes above and beyond to make my car look and run like brand new. I just wish they would plug my dash cam back in when they're done so I'm not driving around with it not recording... Yesterday, when I needed advice on how to remove paint transfer from my car, I called the store first to see if I could get a recommendation over the phone. A sales department rep told me I could text the service department pictures, and they would be able to help me. When I texted the service department however, I was shocked at how abrasive and unhelpful the employee, Sophia, was. She even gave me the name and phone number of a different place to go. When I explained that I had never taken my car to anyone other than Toyota and that I was worried about a third party damaging my paint, she continued to tell me she couldn't offer me any help. So I ended up driving all the way to Toyota from where I live in Issaquah because y'all have literally never let me down, and I knew that if I went there, I would be able to find some help. The greeter outside was so kind. He actively listened to me before directing me to the parts department, telling me they could definitely help me. Everyone in the parts department was so nice and welcoming, and told me exactly what to do for my car and where to get what I needed. All I wanted was a recommendation that wouldn't damage my paint, and I was so grateful to get to talk to people who were so friendly and empowering. Scott even went above and beyond, going to double-check with the detailers to see if they had any advice on clay bars or anything to help me with the paint transfer. He even came out to look at my car with a microfibre cloth to see if he could help out. After being so frustrated at not getting help, I appreciated how he reassured me about how to get the paint transfer off and made sure that I was confident in my next steps.
