I heard of Heidi during one of my google searches for a used car months back and I knew how time consuming and stressful it could be having to go through a dealership or private seller. After a few days of really not finding anything that matched what I was looking for both car and financial wise, I decided to contact Heidi through email. I am not joking when I say that the whole process of me contacting her and having my car parked in front of my house took 48 hours. I contacted her on Monday afternoon, and by Wednesday afternoon everything was done. From price negotiation, financing, paperwork, and taking the car home. I'd like to highlight Heidi's connections within the industry when it comes to price negotiation and financing. I got approved for less than desirable terms or outright declined unless I did a huge down payment with other places before coming to her. The financing terms through Heidi were amazing. I opted to just go to the dealership myself and since I was there already I figured I might as well bring it home at the same time. The whole process was sorted and approved before I arrived at the dealership, and signing the paperwork took no time at all. Heidi does offer to handle all the paperwork to sign and bring the car to you as part of her services if you opt to do so. Overall, her fee was 110% worth it for the great financing I received and the ease of the entire process.

Twenty Plus Years of Incredible Service and Friendship…read more We met Brent Wells at Michael's Toyota more than 20 years ago, and on that very first day, we bought two cars from him! Over the years, we have purchased at least 10 cars from Brent, honestly, I've lost track! That alone says so much about the trust and relationship he has built with our family. Brent has always been more than just our car guy. He has been someone who has had our backs, looked out for us, and treated us like family for more than two decades. Once our children were old enough to drive, we had the privilege of working with Brent and salesperson Bob Kostenbauder. We have now worked with Bob for the past two years, and both times he spent hours and LOTS of patience with our family, making sure to find the perfect car for each of our kids. His dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Most recently, my husband and I were on a road trip dropping our two kids off at college. While we were on the road, our daughter needed to have the car we had recently purchased from Michael's Toyota serviced. Once again, Brent went above and beyond for our family. He stepped in and took care of the maintenance bill for the car when he absolutely did not have to. We were blown away by his generosity and thoughtfulness. It wasn't really about the bill, it was about what it represented. Brent genuinely cares about his customers and the families he works with. After all these years, we know that when we call Brent, he will always do everything he can to help. That kind of trust and friendship is incredibly rare. We are so grateful for Brent, Bob and everyone at Michael's Toyota, not just for the many cars they have helped us purchase over the years, but for the friendship, honesty, and genuine care they have shown our family every step of the way. If you are looking for people you can truly trust, we cannot recommend Brent Wells and Bob Kostenbauder at Michael's Toyota highly enough.

When I took out my side mirror a few years ago, they were able to get it fixed within a week. Logan in the service department is our go-to, and he always takes really good care of any services or repairs to my car. He is super friendly and whenever I have questions or concerns about my car, he makes me feel heard and validated and answers them thoroughly. Their service team always goes above and beyond to make my car look and run like brand new. I just wish they would plug my dash cam back in when they're done so I'm not driving around with it not recording... Yesterday, when I needed advice on how to remove paint transfer from my car, I called the store first to see if I could get a recommendation over the phone. A sales department rep told me I could text the service department pictures, and they would be able to help me. When I texted the service department however, I was shocked at how abrasive and unhelpful the employee, Sophia, was. She even gave me the name and phone number of a different place to go. When I explained that I had never taken my car to anyone other than Toyota and that I was worried about a third party damaging my paint, she continued to tell me she couldn't offer me any help. So I ended up driving all the way to Toyota from where I live in Issaquah because y'all have literally never let me down, and I knew that if I went there, I would be able to find some help. The greeter outside was so kind. He actively listened to me before directing me to the parts department, telling me they could definitely help me. Everyone in the parts department was so nice and welcoming, and told me exactly what to do for my car and where to get what I needed. All I wanted was a recommendation that wouldn't damage my paint, and I was so grateful to get to talk to people who were so friendly and empowering. Scott even went above and beyond, going to double-check with the detailers to see if they had any advice on clay bars or anything to help me with the paint transfer. He even came out to look at my car with a microfibre cloth to see if he could help out. After being so frustrated at not getting help, I appreciated how he reassured me about how to get the paint transfer off and made sure that I was confident in my next steps.

The entire experience was relaxed and professional. I never encountered the typical "salesperson" routine. Even the negotiation process often drawn out while someone "checks with the manager" was handled efficiently and wrapped up in just a few minutes. Josh Withey, the finance manager, was equally impressive. The final paperwork process was quick and organized, very different from some of my past dealership experiences. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase add-ons such as extended warranties or ceramic coatings. Because the decision was left entirely to me, I felt comfortable taking the time to consider my options and ultimately chose to add both. Based on my experience with these two gentlemen, I would highly recommend starting your vehicle search at Landmark Motors. Five stars!

You'll get a competitive offer -- more than other dealers will offer -- and have a fair negotiation and an effortless sales process. ASK FOR DEVON!! I'd been taking my Rogue to Bellevue Nissan for maintenance for several years and always had great service. Yesterday, my husband and I were in the market to sell both our cars -- we went to Bellevue Nissan primarily for my car but we figured, why not see if they were interested in my husband's car too? They absolutely were, even though it wasn't a Nissan. We had worked with Eijaz to set up the appointment, and when we arrived, Eijaz had arranged for us to work with Devon on his behalf since Eijaz was busy with other customers and didn't want us to have to wait. Devon was AMAZING. (Can't emphasize that enough!!) He really advocated for us to get the best deal. We'd gotten our cars appraised at a few other places, and Bellevue Nissan had the best starting offer. They even check around with all the dealerships they own to make sure they're offering the best price any of them can propose. Devon negotiated with us from there to land where we had wanted. It was the smoothest, most satisfying experience I've ever had at a dealership! Plus, because my husband and I BOTH ended up selling our cars that day, they provided us a temporary loaner for a week while we transitioned to the new cars we were purchasing elsewhere. And no, there was ZERO pressure from Devon or any of the staff to trade in our vehicles or buy something new from them instead of what we'd planned -- they were perfectly OK with a direct sale to them and nothing more. (Although if we were interested in a Nissan, we 100% would have given them our business!) Thank you to Devon, Eijaz, and the whole Nissan Bellevue team for setting the GOLD STANDARD for what a dealership experience should be like! It truly is "Better in Bellevue!"

When I bought my car, I was pressured into getting a bumper to bumper warranty. I didn't want it and my BIL and dad told me not to get it. But, as I'm sure everyone knows, these people are out to get your money and they will do it however they see fit. That warranty has done me zero good. It hasn't applied to anything that has gone wrong with my car. I had a problem with the Bluetooth starting over every time I got in the car. It would stop what it was doing and just start over multiple times, to the point where I couldn't even listen to music or make calls. Well, guess what? The warranty didn't cover getting that fixed. I had to remove the little disk inside and now, I can't get directions through the car. I have to use my phone. I bought this car in September 2025. It is May 2026 and the battery is dead. I have bought many cars in my life. Never have I had a battery die less than a year after I bought the car. When I called them about this, I get the smarmy, used car salesman voice talking to me like I'm stupid. Anyway, that being said, go somewhere else. If not, stick to your guns and don't let them talk you into buying a useless product. I am so frustrated right now because that's extra money that I should not have to put out for something I shouldn't need right now. I drive my car to work Monday through Thursday. I work six miles from my home. This simply should not be. But, I've learned my lesson. Don't be like me and let them talk you into something that does nothing but line their pockets.
