The IMT Team at Stevenson Ranch is fantastic. I moved in late May 2023, in large part to Patrick. He is fantastic with customer service. I placed a service request in July 2023: my AC could not cool the apartment below 80 degrees. This issue caused great concern because hot temperatures can negatively impact my 7-year-old daughter's nose bleeds. Domonick (service technician) was fantastic. I ran into him at the leasing office, and he confirmed that the AC needed an update. He also gave me some tips to keep the apartment cool. Domonick even showed me how to use the Nest App to remotely control the temperature in my apartment. (You mean I can cool the apartment before I get there? My grandma will not believe this technology.) Patrick and the team in the office were very kind as they gave me a timeline for the repair, which was three days. IMT brought in an outside vendor to fix the issue on a Monday. Since I was out of town on the day of the repair, the staff sent me an email to follow up. I won't go into more details, but I can only say that it is NICE to sleep under cool temperatures again. My daughter and I slept like babies the first night back at home. With all the uncontrollable things happening in my life with work and balancing summer camp schedules for my daughter, I feel great about relying on the team at IMT Stevenson Ranch to take care of my home. It's only been two months, but the team has been incredible. I hope you have the same experience. I'm looking to move in a few months. I know I'm early, but I toured with Eva and she is the best thing this complex has to brag about. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about her, but I will certainly try. I know I'm on the younger side and that often gets me sideways glances and at times, disrespect, when looking to rent at other places of comparable price. Eva treated me with respect and kindness from moment one and if I do live here, it'll be because of the quality of staff that is reflected through someone like her. You can tell that she is strikingly competent and hard working, but also more importantly, genuinely cares about making sure people have a good living experience. I am absolutely confident that she will find any potential renter the absolute best unit for their personalized needs, as she attends to detail incredibly well and remembers even the most minute things in discussion that are barely even significant. Thank you for such a great experience and for your wealth of knowledge, Eva. I'll grant that the amenities are nice and the location is incredible, but those are not the things that most impressed me. IMT is lucky to have her! I'm hopeful that when time comes for me to pull the trigger on my move, there is something available for me here because I'd love to live in a community where work of this level is the standard and expectation from the leasing office, even down to anticipating the most granular of my needs. Do yourself a favor and tour with Eva; I am certain she will do everything in her power to do right by you :) I cannot give a fair resident's point of view of what it's like to live here yet, but I can confidently encourage everyone to at least take a shot at a tour. read more

So I have been living at this Stevenson Ranch Apartment for 10 going on 11 years. I really like this management company IMT alot. I especially love the maintenance team. Mario L is the maintenance guy that worked with my husband and I concerning our washing machine that nobody from the former managements could fix. We went years and years having maintenance people coming to fix this thing that kept sending water down to our neighbors apartment. Mario L took the time out to explain what needed to be done and will take the time to fix it so water wouldn't be spilling all over the place and he did. He nearly rebuilt the machine. Point is, he care enough and he took the time that was needed to make sure everything was good. That's all I ask for. Just for things to be working right. I really really appreciated his work. The other maintenance guys are very pleasant and the office staff are incredible. They show you nothing but warmth and it's true blue. Take it from me, when I make a comment. Because I do complain. Not this time and so far not at all with IMTStevenson Ranch. This Property is absolutely Beautiful. Everyone cares. Again Thank you so very much Mario L. I cannot recommend IMT Stevenson Ranch highly enough. From when we first went on a tour with Ashley I knew that this was where we wanted to live. The application process was so easy, and was made even easier and more low-stress by Ashley, Michelle, and honestly everyone else in the office. Every time we walk into the office everyone is so sweet and accommodating, and not in that normal "we're trained to be this way" fake way. They generally are just a great group of women. Having applied to several other apartment complexes, it was an insane relief how personal everyone is and how easy they made everything, especially considering the complex is huge. Now that we've lived here for a minute, I can say that the apartment is absolutely beautiful, I love it so much. It's a nice clean canvas to make our own without seeming like an insane asylum, and the views from the giant patio are amazing. The complex is quiet, I've never felt like I wasn't safe, parking is easy, the amenities are great, and there is honestly nothing more I could want from this place. Definitely schedule a tour, because there is absolutely no way anyone wouldn't fall in love with this place after seeing it and meeting everyone in the office. read more

I would like to recognize Daniel Real for his excellent assistance with two separate maintenance requests. The first involved a sink issue. Other maintenance workers initially came to unclog the sink, but they did not fully address the leak underneath. Even after a follow-up visit, the problem remained unresolved, which was frustrating and caused additional inconvenience. When Daniel was assigned, he quickly identified the issue and fixed it properly. The second request involved my refrigerator, which stopped working and caused water to collect in the freezer, resulting in spoiled food. I specifically requested Daniel because I trust his work and know he is thorough. He responded promptly, attempted to repair the refrigerator, and when it became clear the issue could not be resolved, he replaced with a new refrigerator. Daniel is always professional, reliable, and efficient, and I truly appreciate the quality of his work. Please make sure he sees this review. Everyone at IMT Stevenson Ranch is always on point and looking out for the people who live here! Kirsten, Jessica, Hannah, Chelsea, Talia, Annie, Manuel, Domonick, Brandon, & Arthur are all spectacular at what they do and I am super pleased with the service I received. I put in a service request the other day and there was little to no turnaround time. They were able to do the routine things I requested (drain issues in the bathroom) and then address long-term things like a broken cord on my window shade and a broken turning wand of the patio door blinds. They were unable to fix the blinds because they did not have the materials in stock but ordered the same day and instructed me on how to get them put in in the near future. This is not the first instance of speedy service and I am at ease knowing every time I make a service request things will get done, quickly and efficiently! Oh, and I asked them in the memo to bring shoe covers and they brought shoe covers. Might seem like a small detail but I have lived in other places and have gotten attitude or reluctance, so even the small details are not overlooked! Thanks again to everyone who helped! read more

The maintenance crew at IMT Apartments is solid--they're reliable and do their job well. However, I do have some ongoing concerns with the leasing office staff. While some improvements have been made as a few incompetent staff members have left, there are still a few individuals who seem to lack basic communication and people skills. Whenever an issue needs to be addressed, the leasing office consultants often avoid providing direct answers or instead question the situation in ways that feel unhelpful. It's frustrating to have to chase down clear solutions when all you're asking for is straightforward assistance. I understand that the maintenance crew follows directives, and they are not the source of the problem. My frustration lies more with how things are handled (or not handled) at the office level. It's important for a residential community to have staff that communicates openly and effectively, and unfortunately, this is where IMT still falls short. I hope they take steps to improve the communication and service from the leasing office, as that is truly the area that needs attention. read more

Upon arriving at this beautiful apartment complex in search of a new home, I was warmly welcomed by an exceptional team, including Chelsea, Annie, Hannah and others. In the midst of a vulnerable period following my divorce, finding a place where I could truly feel at home seemed daunting. However, the staff, particularly Chelsea, showed a remarkable level of understanding and care. During our tour of the units, I found myself overcome with emotions and Chelsea's compassion immediately put me at ease. Her kindness, professionalism, and approachability were truly comforting. Despite my unique circumstances, Chelsea took the time to ensure that my children and I found the perfect home, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I have lived here for 2 years and been here through the transition from Greystar to IMT. I didn't even notice the change, things have gone pretty smooth. This is a Beautiful place to live and the people at the leasing office are very helpful and patient. I have gotten to know the people there and they are pretty incredible despite all the backlash they have gotten from residents. Valerie is very hardworking and puts her all into this community. Kristen is the sweetest person ever who has outstanding people skills. Jessica is extremely helpful and is always positive and in a good mood. Ashley is very good and getting things done and making sure people are happy Jeff is new but it seems like he is picking up fast. Overall Totally worth living here. I called many times to ask questions and was greeted with fantastic and very informative reviews! patrick and Kirsten were the ones to answer my phone calls and Patrick was very welcoming and gave a very thorough explanation of the community and opportunities there are at IMT! Kirsten was very nice too questions and being very patient with my questions that I had. The views of Stevenson ranch from the apartments are amazing! And the layout is very easy to understand as to my previous apartment you would have to walk through a maze to get to your room. We just helped our son move into this community. Everything went so smoothly in every aspect of the move, and the staff in the leasing office were on top of everything, and were so nice and easy to work with! They were on top of every detail! We had one small issue with the shower (turns out it was our mistake!) but the maintenance person was there within 15 minutes on the weekend! Property is beautifully kept up, landscaping, pools, etc.. the apartment was in beautiful, spotless condition for us on move in day! Chelsea was our main contact and she was amazing, but truly everyone we worked with was wonderful. Would highly recommend this community! read more

The residents in building 10-106 as shown in the photo leave up to 6 trash bags full of food and contaminants every day. Supposedly this building gave each resident a black trash bin to dispose of any trash. And there would be someone to pick it up. But this unit doesn't have a trash bin, and just let trash pile up. Beware of this building, cars are broken into, people have sex in their car, and weird looking people always roaming around. And what does the building do about it, nothing as expected. They say the issue will be fixed but as expected it doesn't. This building has truly gone downhill from a beautiful building to a disgusted dump. read more

Ms Eve Contreras was the one who helped and assisted Ms. Susan B. She is very professional, courteous, friendly, patient, helpful, and accommodating to all our inquiries. She toured us to see three different units and explained well on how to go about applying on line. She was always there to guide on certain matters that got too technical. Hello fellow residents, I just recently moved in here and I'm noticing it was a huge mistake. This place is so dirty, the hallways are filthy, no one sweeps them. I called the leasing office on Tuesday and spoke to Andrew about the mattresses and couches I still see sitting there. He told me it would be taken care of but as of today it's still there. I spoke to a waste management and they informed me the bulky itecould be picked up the following day. I've seen rodents lingering around in that area which is sickening. I have kids who don't even feel comfortable going outside to play and have fun. read more

I have lived here just over 2 years and, whenever I have had a problem or question, the friendly and helpful staff have always been there to help. Recently, I needed to have some bedroom blinds replaced. My service request was answered promptly and before I knew it, Anthony was at the door to replace the damaged blinds. I took a couple of trips to the maintenance area to finally get replacement blinds that worked (problem with the blinds themselves). He was very professional as well as courteous and friendly - really appears to enjoy his work. We're lucky to have him on staff. read more

this place is seriously beautiful. i love sitting outside on my patio and having a cup of coffee in the morning so this is the perfect place for that. the views are amazing! it is also so great to be able to live so close to so much shopping. the maintenance guys are so sweet and always answer the questions that i have when they are fixing my apartment. the office staff is amazing. its a bummer that there are other reviews that think the girls are not helpful because that certainly was not my experience. they were beyond helpful and friendly. read more

Woke up this morning to find my AC not working on the hottest day of the year so far. Hopped on IMT residential and placed a service request, by 11am Danny calls me at work to inform me that the AC is back up and running and what temp I would want it set at so my apartment is cool when I get home.
