I rented from this facility in 2019 while remodeling the house. It was during summer. It's was a great and clean community. Their pool area was fun for friends and gathering. I went back to the community here is 2026 for a tour. They had great options. And garages available. It was very easy tk schedule a tour and the staff was friendly. read more

Fair warning. My experience was from 2019-2023 staying there and continued until 2024. TLDR: Stay Away. Don't trust any Greystar property. They won't help you once you sign the lease. They will forge leases. Allow you to be harassed and threatened while not assisting in any way. Their executives are scum. Photo proof attached I was initially in building 13 which looked completely different from all other buildings. They looked amazing with extremely modern decor. They look this way because the building caught on fire previously because of a meth lab being run inside one of the units. Immediately you will notice you can hear absolutely everything in every apartment above you if staying on the second floor. Every step, light switch flick, conversation and everything else. Neighbors were constantly getting in arguments over the noise. After a few months AJ who worked there at the time was able to get me into another building on the third floor. The first few months were fine and a new tenant moved in below me. About 3 months later I heard multiple children running back and forth below me for hours one weekend. I travel for work and when I came back I would hear it more often until it became a daily occurrence including late at night. The noise became louder even after complaining to the office that this noise would continue until 2-3am including loud bangs which sounded like jumping and were coming mainly from the living room. Security consisted of a single 19 year old who would walk up to the unit and listen for about 20 seconds and go back to sitting in his car. Later it was discovered by myself and another employee (maintenance) that young children between 8-12 years old were being left unattended for up to 10 hours per day and up to 6 people were staying in a 1 bedroom unit for months. It was documented in an email by the employee and I was cc'd on the email with his findings Including that the Sheriff was called to do a wellness check on the "unattended children." The office did assist at first, but this is exactly when Greystar took over. Then Greystar stopped assisting in any way because the tenant claimed they were the only person in the unit and children were never there even after the employee stated he witnessed it multiple days in a row. The tenant and others in the until began harassing me relentlessly which I reported to the office and including a recording where they threatened to break into my unit with a weapon and "take care of me" because I was reporting them. The audio clearly also contained them racking the slide on a weapon. The office did absolutely nothing. The sheriff reviewed the audio and suggested I leave immediately and requested I contact them to make sure I can safely remove my belongings. I left and stayed elsewhere while my stuff stayed in the unit temporarily and continued to pay rent until I was capable of removing everything. At this time my lease was up and I had never re-signed a new lease. Once the noise and harassment started I purposely delayed signing a new lease until it stopped. Eventually I called the office and gave them 30 days notice. They replied that I would be breaking my lease and I would be subject to all the fees which I refuted and asked for a copy. They sent me the "signed lease." It was entirely e-signed and included the signature of my ex-gf who signed the original lease, but had moved out before the date the new lease was signed. I also had several emails up to 2 months after the date it was "signed" asking me to come into the office to sign my new lease. I sent the proof that this was forged and that I was leaving. They still billed me for the early termination of the lease even after proving to them it was forged. Lindsay and Jennifer were rude and worthless. Finally, after about 9 months I had never heard anything about the fees and assumed they realized they were wrong and couldn't do anything about it. I was having a conversation with another friend who lived there and that it was still a terrible property and management was garbage. I decided to email corporate about my previous experience at the property including Scott Berka the Senior Managing Director for Brand and Customer Experience and a few others. About 4 days later I received a phone call from a collection agency that they were calling to get an outstanding balance from Greystar for over $4000. I told them exactly what happened and they can sue me and I'll bring my forged contract to court and I'll wrap their company into my counter claim. Never heard from them again read more

Staff is dishonest, Stefanie in particular has quoted me the standard price when asked about low income pricing while another agent twice gave me their actual low income quote. When I brought up to this agent that Stefanie is calling standard pricing low income - she was annoyed at this as well. Your complex is now considered DATED and not luxury by any means. You still have white appliances and carpeting in these units, don't play with ppl and don't tell me what I heard and didn't. Tbh their "low income" pricing that was quoted to me isn't exactly low income either plus utilities and water and electricity as well as parking is not included. read more

Neighbor's car tires were taken off over Christmas. Renovated units were put together terribly. For $3100 a month before utilities not in a very good area and way overpriced. I honestly can't say enough good things about Tijunae. From day one, she has been incredibly responsive, professional, and fast-moving. Great apartments. They are safe and I love the little gym and pool that comes with. The pool looks like a resort, so beautifully landscaped as well. There's cabana style places and lots of chairs for sunbathing. They do have security that checks in on people, and they have an amazing taco truck on Tuesdays that all the neighbors eat at! There's limited parking, so look on the street or across the way in the Ralph's parking lot. read more

We absolutely love our new community at Parc Chateaux! We moved here recently after selling our home. Mallory, in the leasing office have always been so kind, attentive and professional. The maintenance staff is awesome as well. Zach takes care of our building and is always so upbeat and motivated to fix whatever problem we might have. We only had two very minor repairs, but they were quickly attended to and repaired without delay. The grounds are lovely with a close, safe and convenient walking path around the property and into the surrounding neighborhoods. When we were looking, we did not have Parc Chateaux on our list, but we are so happy we wandered in to their leasing office and met with Mallory. Oh and big plus, they welcomed out dog too. If I could give this place zero stars then I would. The management team of twenty year olds are poorly trained and lack customer service. Every question I had could not be answered by Caitlyn which eventually lead me to losing out on the unit I wanted. She clearly knew that I was interested and I submitted my application and was denied because of her incompetence to comprehend what I wanted. Her supervisor gave me some excuse that I lost my place because I wanted a different unit, which wasn't the case and their manager didn't want to come out of their office to assist me. I knew nothing of the property walking in, but Jen dropped what she was doing and actually cared about sharing everything the property had to offer. I've been mortified by some of the "customer service" (AKA: formulaic sales/inquiry attempts) I have had over the last few months with other apartments in the area. I was at one earlier in the day for a *scheduled* tour and the leasing staff said "Oh, well, we need to go to lunch, so, could you come back later?" #LOL All that to say, well done to the PC leasing team. Parking is the worst - impossible to find and I love how after every complaint on here management says there are additional carports available...which is absolutely NOT true...First of all, it's not free and second of all, I have been on the "waitlist" to pay for a spot since I moved in over 2 years ago! The trash in never in the dumpsters - it is thrown all over the place because crackheads have taken over the complex and the noise level above me is out of control! The repairs were being done until just recently and for some reason they now are being "reviewed" so my bathroom sink that is backed up for days is still under review. Be very aware this place is not as it seems. There is very very very limited parking. All the people leaving 5 stars really confuses me. They violate renters rights by not providing a move out inspection providing estimates or quotes. They then charged me for a brand new carpet for $726! Said I would be charged for 10 hours of cleaning at $20/hour! My apartment was left in great condition with photos and videos to prove it. There have been numerous car part thefts as well as auto theft break ins. There are no cameras on the property. They are nice to you up until the day you move out and start demanding $1200 in move out fees. It is absolutely ridiculous! The equipment in the gym is very old and you are only allowed to change the channels on the TV during business hours. The water dispenser is usually empty in there too. Residents that have dogs do not clean up after them as well. If you choose to move here make sure you read all the reviews. Only good thing is that it is conveniently located close to the freeway as well as the grocery store, la fitness, and the huge shopping center across the street. You can walk your kids to school if they are in elementary through the walking path in the back which is a plus. read more

I've lived here TEN years and the parking situation has grown to be a nightmare. DO NOT move here if you have multiple cars! There is simply NO parking. I have to come home very late most nights and there is NEVER parking. I get multiple tow warnings because I either have no choice left but to park with my hazards on in fire lane areas or "RESERVED" spots. They claimed I vandalized their sign that said, "MAINTENANCE VEHICLE PARKING ONLY." When in fact it had been moved before I was left with no choice yet again to park there. They also park their golf carts in spots that residents could park in. You can't park in front of the leasing office from 9AM-6PM EVERY DAY (keep in mind these hold the most consecutive spots in the complex). You'd think with the lack of parking they'd be more considerate and leave your car alone. But no! As parking got worse the rules got even stricter. I cannot wait to move somewhere else where I don't have to get crucified for a parking dilemma that it residents did not create. read more

I took a photo of one of our trash area because I never seen it look so bad. A few hours later I seen one of the office staff come out in the rain to clean up the area. Aj I NEVER leave reviews but I had to let my Community know that I really appreciate you taken pride in your job and coming from your office Desk to clean up other residents trash who don't take the time to open the trash bin to put their trash in. Breaks ADA by not having handicap parking available for current residents. Was threatened with towing for parking in the handicap spot when checking my mail. The manager called & said that 10 minutes is okay & at 30 minutes they tow, which means handicap residents are barred from using the gym & pool if they need to use the handicap parking for accessibility. I was assured when I signed my lease that there would be handicap parking available & was told to use the handicap parking in front of the office. They got a new manager this week who has taken away that handicap parking for residents. She called me to threaten towing when I was still gathering mail. This experience is on par with the terrible management from the past year and a half I've lived here. For example, some maintenance problems: Feb 2016 - GFI not wired for both bathrooms in a 2 bedroom apartment, meaning my roommates hairdryer trips the braker. Maintenance said because they incorrectly wired the two bathrooms to be on the same supply, only one bathroom switch can be used at a time. Feb 2016 & ongoing - Microwave constantly malfunctions & turns off without being touched. Finally stopped working altogether & was repaired, but went right back to randomly turning on lights & blasting the fan. Jan/Feb 2016 - Ball bearings in washer went bad after 1 year, expected to take 4-6+ weeks for replacement parts. In the mean time the washer sounds loud as a raid siren when it runs & often locks clothes in the basin for hours. 2015 & ongoing - Management carts & old carpet trucks block sidewalks & walkways, making it hard to get into some apartments & impossible to enter for seniors & people who use wheelchairs. [pic provided] 2015 - Parc Chateaux posted on their Facebook an offer of payment in exchange for reviews. Surprise surprise when canned positive reviews showed up here without mentioning they got paid for them. Called PC out on it, they said it wasn't against Yelp policy, so they didn't care if it was unethical. August/September 2014 - 2 Catcalling hired paint crew members (including lead) joke about kidnapping & eating my black cat when I turn down more catcalling. My cat went missing for 3 weeks. August/September 2014 - Catcalling hired paint crew leader tells me he has a key to my apartment since he painted it. Reported to office, nothing done. August/September 2014 - PC's hired painting crew use the patio next to mine as a hang out spot & sexually harassed me when I went out on the patio to do laundry. They cat called & tried to bribe me into sex & wouldn't stop until I locked myself in my apartment. Ongoing since 2014 - raccoons destroy patio furniture [pic provided earlier] Ongoing since 2014 - groundskeeping is very poor except around office building [pics from other yelpers provided] Ongoing since 2014 - No accessible accommodations for handicap parking. There are 13 buildings & only 3 handicap spots. I know more than 3 handicap people living in the complex than that alone, myself included. Ongoing since 2014 - Garages are not handicap accessible. Even with a minicar like mine, you can only open one side door halfway in the garage. My ex-roommate's crossover SUV could barely open her door enough to squeeze out. Ongoing since 2014 - management vehicles (golf carts) and workers contracted by Parc Chateaux illegally park in the fire lane in front of the office. [pics provided] Ongoing since 2014 - On top of being illegal to park in a fire lane, they block the handicap parking as well, even when other parking spots in front of the office are open. [pics provided] Well, now the handicap parking for new leasers only, since Parc Chateaux thinks it's reasonable to have 2 handicap parking spots for visiting potential leasers & only 3 for the hundreds of residents that live here. I wonder if they tell new leasers they won't have handicap parking access? They sure lied to me straight up. Chris (the old manager promoted to another property last week) even lied about them doing a parking evaluation that would ensure more fairly distributed handicap parking spots. Specifically mentioning one in a strip of 3 surface spots near my building. It was all a lie. They never once added more handicap parking spots, only took half of them away from actual residents. Parc Chateaux tried to get my initial review deleted for lack of detail even though it was longer than several of their canned positive reviews, now this is the longest review they have & they can't pull that again to censor a negative review. read more

I have lived at Parc Chateaux for about two months. It has been a wonderful experience! The leasing staff - Both Mallory and Stephanie have been extremely courteous and helpful. They spent significant time and effort helping me find the unit which worked for me (I was somewhat particular in what I was looking for). Thank you, Mallory! They made the move in process as easy as possible. The maintenance staff has been fast, responsive and friendly in handling small things that have come up. Thank you Zack! The only positive review given on this complex must be a friend of an employee or the person is on drugs.. that's all I have to say about that. I deal with management in my career and let me just state again that the Management / Leasing office is HORRIBLE here - it is the worst customer service you will ever experience. If they promise you ANYTHING, get it in writing.. even then, you're going to have a battle on your hands if anything goes wrong in your unit or there is vandalism to your personal property here.... ** If a package gets delivered for you to the leasing office, don't expect them to let you know ** They are quite often away "at lunch" ... for hours... There is an obvious SECURITY ISSUE here: JAN 2015 a car was stolen right from out front of the Leasing office After moving in you will also find ** low water pressure ** cheap fixtures ** cheap, linoleum floors made to look like wood floors (don't be fooled at first glance!) ** zero cabinet/storage space ** sirens going off all hours of the day / night ** inconvenient, outdoor laundry facilities ** kids using profanity and giving each other the finger ** a huge parking problem ** The heated pool / hot tub were recently closed without Notice to the tenants. Not sure what the problem was, but it is never clean enough to enjoy anyway... The parking lot was repaved in January, which was both unnecessary and most certainly NOT a priority for the tenants... HOW ABOUT INSTALLATION OF SECURITY CAMERAS AND A GATE??!?!! THEFT and VANDALISM are serious and common PROBLEMS here. Read through the Yelp reviews and see for yourself how many bikes have been STOLEN... I don't care what Chris (the mgr) says about filing incident reports - (1) They don't care (2) They don't do anything about it (3) They will NOT provide information to assist the police in pressing charges.. questionable Management tactics in place, for sure. I am currently battling them for reimbursement of the cost of my tires that were slashed and my son's bike that was stolen... PROBLEMS I did not have before moving in here.. Save yourself the stress, financial loss and hassle with management/staff - find better quality living conditions. There are few things that I love more than Parc Chateaux. The location is great, the amenities are what sold me, but it was my "after move-in" that will make me stay for years to come. Justin is such an attentive manager. He maintains a well-kept property, he responds to my emails within 24 hours, and he communicates my needs to maintenance in a timely manner. The turnaround time for repairs, even minor ones, have been within 24 hours. I will re-sign my lease every year with Parc Chateaux because they truly value me as part of the community. read more

My husband and I recently moved into Parc Chateaux and we LOVE it! The quality of the apartment interior is excellent and the greatest thing is having a garage that is immediately accessible right off the kitchen. Also, all kinds of shopping, restaurants and grocery store is within walking distance (one short block away). Our leasing staff representative, Jen, has been extremely helpful in answering all our questions and especially helping me with issues I was having with my computer.
