STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, if you value your hard-earned money, have self-respect for yourself and family, and value your life because driving without a way to signal is dangerous and illegal. I had SO many complications with the initial installation they made, and not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but their mistake caused me to be fined. The issues pursued on and off for MONTHS before I finally took my car to a more reputable mechanic. He said it was a "very crappy installment" and removed and replaced all the parts H&H worked on. I have had zero issues since. I also now go to Caton Auto in Laurel for recalibrations, which are MUCH cheaper there and the staff is incredibly helpful. This shop is closest to me, but I drive all the way to College Park now because I can actually trust the service there. Fortunately, I will never have to go to this shop again.

I have been to this place twice and both times the staff was rude, indifferent, and gave me rubbish…read moreanswers. The first time, I needed a tire fixed and they wouldn't give me a quote. The second time, I needed a tire replaced. The staff person there told me I would need to order a matching tire even though I told him I didn't care about matching tires. When I asked him how long it would take, his answer was "it depends". I told him I would have to wait since I wasn't dropping it off so if I made an appointment, I would expect to know how long I should plan to wait. He just shrugged and said "it depends on how much work we have on that day". That is not what an appointment means. Anyways, Discount tire next door changed it in an hour, cost less, and provided great customer service. I would not recommend anyone, especially women to go here. This place is run by misogynists. The staff person just kept smirking at me while saying "it depends" and "we have other work to do".
