DO NOT USE AAGCab Service!!! I booked a travel appointment nearly a week in advance for pickup…read moreservice for my mother who uses a wheelchair. I booked the pickup time 1.45 minutes ahead of when my mother needed to arrive for her activity. I talked to the scheduler to express emphatically that the appointment was very important to my mother, and she needed to arrive on time. I was assured that the driver would arrive timely. I paid in advance for Roundtrip Service. I received a call from the Driver, 2.1/2 hours before the scheduled pickup to confirm that he would arrive on time. At the appointed pickup time NO DRIVER! I called AAGCab dispatch to be informed that the driver would arrive "in about 15-20 minutes." What!? The dispatch representative stated the driver was stuck in N/B traffic. Drivers in this area have been warned for OVER 3-MONTHS that N/B traffic for, 5-MONTHS would be difficult because of lane closures. Why is the Driver stuck in N/B traffic, when the Main Office is only 15 mins from our pickup location??!!!! Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by AAGCab Services. I am fortunate to have a car - I cancelled the pickup and return appointments and drove my mother to and from her event. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get my mother - who uses a wheelchair and has limited movement into my car. I was excited to possibly have a service that could be relied on to use for her future travel needs, AAGCab Service is not that company! It is not acceptable to inform the waiting paid customer, who received a call confirmation 2.1/2 hours before the appointment that the driver is stuck in traffic for a well-known congested traffic area! AAGCab Service must understand that individuals with disabilities and their families need to be respected. INDIVIDUALS WITH a DISABILTY DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF CHOICES. They TRUST THAT PAID services will arrive ON TIME!! I will be filing complaints with the BBB and the Washington State Taxi Licensing entity about the failure of AAGCab Service Group to meet their obligation to a person with a disability and a paid customer who paid in advance for services. I will be requesting a FULL REFUND! It is NOT OKAY to treat people with a disability in this manner. EVERYONE deserves respect that AAGCab did not afford my mother or my family. I am very, very concerned about this company and business practices. This is not the first review to reflect this concern. I should have paid attention to earlier reviews, while they are several years old, know that AAGCab Service continues to provide poor customer service in 2026!

By the end of the phone call, we had a plan for an intake evaluation, and just a couple of days later, a new care team was in place...and just like that, the stress and worry that had been accumulating over many months lifted. They are local, owner run, and some of the most caring people I've met in a long time. Kacie and Paul, the owners, worked with us to find the caregivers that are the best fit for our situation. The caregivers are highly skilled, professional, and compassionate. All of them have giant hearts. I need help with bathing, dressing, meal prep, light housekeeping, and completion of some errands. Their staff anticipate your needs, and check in with you to make certain that the job that they have done meets your expectations. In addition to being excellent at the tasks, they did, the two primary nurses assigned to me were exceptional people. They were bright, kind hearts, and were clearly in the right field.

I received inadequate home health care from a person this company sent me to assist in my care for…read more72 hours after a hospital discharge. She'd recently completed a CNA course but this was only her second assignment anywhere. She arrived 45 minutes earlier than requested. Then she left to go to Walgreens when I wasn't home yet. So basically she started late. Things steadily went downhill from there. A relative of hers brought her a largebag of various fast food. By the next morning, 3 more grocerybags of food were delivered to her. Her actions were very unprofessional including making personal calls on her cell phone, snooping through my personal property, shutting the door to her room for hours, not being available to help me. She was not able to even assist me to stand up from a seated position without difficulty so I wasn't comfortable to have her help me shower. After she left I discovered items missing. I contacted Reliance and she ended up coming over and finding some of them which she had moved. All my toilet paper was gone but she claimed she'd brought her own. This company should definitely review her performance and suitability for a home health care assistant. The company won't return my phone calls
