I had a very disappointing experience at this alignment shop. The prices were extremely high compared to other places in the area, yet the quality of service did not match what I paid for. The alignment itself didn't feel properly done -- my car still pulls slightly, which makes me question whether they actually completed the job carefully. On top of that, the staff was not very professional. One of the employees, a bald guy, he was trying to charge me as much as possible, adding unnecessary costs instead of being honest about what was actually needed. Overall, I expected much better for the amount I was charged. I would not recommend this shop if you're looking for fair pricing! I had to pay 2300 dollars for the damage done to my car by this horrible shop. I only agreed to pay half because he was trying and make me pay for the entire repair. His shop caused 5500 dollars in damage, and even the California Bureau of Automotive Repair agrees. He didn't pay for the diagnostics, he made me pay half. All that comes out of this man's mouth are lies. You still owe me 2330 dollars, you scam artist. Carlo, is very thorough and a great communicator when it comes to diagnosis, his opinion, and his prices. He has always been very transparent with me even, sending my pictures, and videos of everything he does. If you're looking for someone to slap your car together with duct tape, then this isn't the shop for you. He cares about everything that goes into our vehicle and all of his recommendations that he ever made for our cars were necessary. Some people don't like to take care of their cars and that's on them. He has recommended even on one of my vehicles that shouldn't put any more money into it. Many would still do the repair without hesitation. I know that when I leave my car with him that he uses good parts and not the cheap stuff from China. 8:30 in the morning I called, spoke to Carlos. Was asking ruff prices in a wheel bearing replacement. He Told me he really could give an accurate amount , because it could be a couple of different things. Like a cap or a seal. I ask if I could bring it in after work around 1:30. He said yes. I brought it in he tool on look a the wheel popped the hubcap off and said it was a bent cap, when the wheel was spinning the grease would spew out. He then inspected the shocks, they were spent. Witch I kind of knew any way. Gave me a estimate that knocked my socks off. It was so low. My truck was done by 3:45. The same day. He could have replaced the wheel bearing and scammed me. Came here on a Saturday morning when they opened for an alignment and an oil change. I didn't have an appointment and they were already busy for the whole day. Carlo took me in anyways so I left my car there. After inspection, he called me and said I needed a camber kit to fix an alignment issue. He also recommended a tune up (which I already knew I needed but was putting off) and fuel system cleaning. He gave me a price over the phone which I thought was fair so I went ahead with the repairs. Got my car done at the time frame he told me and she's running smoothly again.
