I do not recommend Oil Changers in Lemon Grove. After an oil change at their shop, my classic truck began leaking oil all over my driveway. They stripped the oil pan drain plug and then attempted to blame the previous shop (Jiffy Lube), even though that oil change was over six months earlier. After the Jiffy Lube service, I had zero leaks or issues. I took my truck back to Jiffy Lube, and they inspected it. They determined they were not responsible, explaining they use hand tools for drain plugs. In contrast, Oil Changers used an impact tool on my classic truck, which damaged the threads. Instead of properly addressing the issue, they applied sealant in an attempt to stop the leak. As a result, I'm now paying $1,300 out of pocket for a new oil pan, gasket, hardware kit, and labor to repair damage that should never have happened. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very disappointed with how this was handled.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you value your vehicle--especially a classic--I'd think twice before trusting it here. read more

I came by on a Wednesday morning (today in fact), and Jorge had me pull right in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I got a first time discount which was awesome, and in 15 minutes they did my oil change, checked all my fluids, checked my lights, added air to my tires, and even showed me the oil dipstick to show what level it was out and how clear the oil was. I came in here after I messed up my own differential oil change. Spoke with Kevin the manager. I had stripped my drain plug and could not get my plug out. After getting my socket welded to my plug, they changed my front diff fluid, transfer case and transmission oil. Very friendly and professional, honest. I highly recommend them. Brough my car in Sunday march 5th 2023 to get the oil changed. Not sure what happened but when I got the car home and into my garage it was dripping oil. (Never EVER has it leaked oil!) I panicked and took it back down, they looked it over and said nothing was leaking!?? Okay even if the old oil while draining it spilled then they should have cleaned it off! It shouldn't have been allowed to spill inside the components of my engine to begin with. Still don't know if everything is snug but I guess time will tell!
