Party of 4 stop by In-n-out burger for late lunch. We each order a cheese burger and with different customizations respectively. Service is friendly and they did not mess up our order and we also added fries. I am really glad they redesigned the parking and drive thru experience and the speed is noticeable better. Some of older location like Azusa can use some redesign. The vibe is typical efficient, drive thru, good quality hamburger. There is probably not a chain that does your own customization of hamburger better in my opinion!

Great! It's the only one in the area so this one gets busy! I went on a Saturday morning and the car line was long but not bad. It's in and out so it's always good! The ambiance of the whole Things, nice workers and service, even though it was all a drive through experience, everyone I met was friendly! The food of course was really tasty! I got the double double with grilled onion and fries. I will go again when I am in the area!

So glad they're finally open again! Can't afford the wheel and undercarriage scrapes from the Foothill location's tiny weird driveway lmao. The drive-thru setup changed and is now completely closed from Atlantic--you have to go around the back to line up which is fine. It starts as two lines and merges back into one for payment and food pickup. Last time we went, the line was almost out to Huntington anyway but there's plenty of space to maneuver around. Line moves relatively fast, probably took about 30 minutes to get through. Ordered a couple of whole grilled onion wrapped Flying Dutchmans with chopped chilis. Messy and delicious! INO's quality is super consistent and never misses. Less than $30 for a hearty meal for two in this economy truly cannot be beat.

I never knew burgers can be crispy until I came here. It's definitely an experience if you aren't from CA. Flame broiled burger that's way better than BK Perfectly toasted bun Add fresh onions and lettuce and just full of orgasmic crunch. You can get regular or animal style. Good shakes. Fries would be better if fresh fresh but still better than not so fresh fries anywhere else. Limited seating and parking at peak hours. They are otherwise very organized. Service is friendly. Indoor seating and outdoor seating. Some people take up parking spaces to eat in their car. I was very glad to try this place ! Forgive the bad pictures. It was very bright and sunny for this dreary midwesterner ha.

Seeing as how this In-N-Out location finally reopened after a much-needed renovation to get all the cars off the street due to the insane drive-thru lines here, it's a good time to actually review it. Ordered my usual 3x3 animal style and protein style. The quality of the food is as to be expected from all In-N-Outs. The one thing that I added as an extra was the animal fries with raw chopped onion, whole grilled onion, and whole raw onion. Wish I had remembered to order the fries light well, but aside from that they got this right. Staff here are super friendly. As noted, they had to close this location for a bit because the cars were spilling into the street due to the long drive-thru lines. They made it better by creating two drive-thru lanes that merge into one. Good enough, I guess. Not surprised this In-N-Out is slammed all the time as it serves a very large area. But they deliver the typical In-N-Out experience, which is all you can hope for!

Finally got to visit after their remodel and the drive through line seems to move a little quicker than before; now having 2 lanes that merge to back to one. My double doubles and fries taste as good as they used to. There appears to be a few more outdoor dining tables outside too. The parking lot is brighter and improved for flow of traffic. Still highly recommend!

Something about in-n-out that I just right after a trip. It could be just the classic American style fast food that I need after an international trip. My first time here after their newly renovated parking lot. They took over Twoheys and expanded the lot. Now you need to enter through Stoneman Ave to get into their drive thru. The drive thru line splits into 2 and merges back for the pay and food windows. My usual orders are double double (protein style if I want to be healthy), with whole grilled onions, chopped chilies and pickles. Fries are always extra well done and if I want to be bad, I'll get it animal style. Side of spread and chilies. Always hits the spot for me.

Not much to say. In n out is always consistent. My go to order is a double single with raw onion, chopped chili and order of fries with spread packets on the side. This Atlantic blvd location recently got a parking lot and drive thru lane upgrade. While it's more organized, it's still very packed and the line feels it takes just as long if not longer. That just goes to show how popular in n out still is.

My Double Meat burger was delish quality per usual, no complaints there. I didn't pay attention to the name of the employee taking our order, but it was a little awkward getting my order taken by her: she kept on correcting me when I said Double Double no cheese to Double Meat instead. Like chill it's not that serious lol. I always say Double Double no cheese at the In-N-Out near where I live and they never correct me. It's probably just this particular employee that's uptight about terminology lol. She wasn't rude and it wasn't a downright bad experience ordering, but she made it awkward and she seemed to get annoyed so easily, so minus 1 star.

They expanded the size of the parking lot. The staff have great customer service. The wait time was quite long for us though despite it not being super packed (late afternoon on a Wednesday). We got a hamburger, a grilled cheese animal style, animal fries, and a vanilla milkshake. The fries are saltier than what I remember them to be. The Spread sauce still slaps though.

this location is like the only one in. a 5 mile radius (or even more) and it is alwaysss packed! came here on wednesday afternoon around 3pm and it was chill ~

On a Friday late afternoon in late October, I noticed the short line at the drive thru reopening of In and Out. They reconstructed the 2 driveways. I noticed signs of drive thru which went thru the parking lot and another security guard pointing which of 2 lanes to go. Then the employee took my order and lined up back to single line. Next I got a ticket of my order from another employee and I used it to pay at the cashier. The new system is much better than previous drive thru. My cheeseburger and fries tasted so good.

    Rosa R.

In the mood for a great burger, my order is cheeseburger with grilled and raw onions, extra tomato, cut in half with light-fry french fries and a diet coke. Love the upgrade on drive-through at this location. Unfortunately additional seating was only added outside, not good on cold chilly nights! Please provide some outside heaters!

We were spending the day with her in the City of Angels to run some errands and help her out and as a treat for our hard work, she wanted to treat us and to see if we concur with her lofty assertion. HR lived up to her hype and I can't wait to eat the leftovers we brought home after dining at this chicken sando institution. For me, it's definitely THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH I'VE EVER EATEN. Besides the spectacular grub, what I truly was impressed with was the GREAT customer service from Rico and his coworkers. There are two Howlin' Ray's in Los Angeles. The one we visited was located in Pasadena and their first location can be found in Chinatown. Both locations are popular with diners, so I recommended you visiting when the doors open. The Pasadena HR is next to Sidecar Doughnuts & Coffee, it's across the street from Petco and Turner's Outdoorsman, and it's just down the road from WaBa Grill and a Starbucks. This was my wife and my first visit to HR and our daughter brought us here before 5pm. Please don't be discouraged by the long line of diners waiting to enter the restaurant. The staff do a great job getting the diners through the ordering counter and finding seats for customers wanting to dine in. You'll wait in line, order your food from the register, and then wait until a table opens up. The tables consists of booths inside and tables and chairs outside under a covered patio. The customer service from the young lady at the order counter, Rico and the team ensuring that diners are seated and taken care of, and the employees expediting the food was customer friendly and customer focused. The employees were so kind, hard working, and I was really impressed by their top notch customer service. Major props to the owners for making customer service a priority. Delicious food will make customers gravitate towards a restaurant, but when combined with impeccable customer service, I understand why customers like my daughter swear by Howlin' Ray's. Yo HR ownership group, San Diego needs one of your restaurants and I can assure you that customers will inundate your restaurant. I wanted to order as much as I could from their menu, so that I could verify if the hype was real. The hype is real folks!! I ordered The Sando, Shake Fries, Collard Greens, Potato Salad, and Sweet Peach Tea. We also ordered the following dipping sauces, which are must orders: Comeback Sauce, Tennessee Tang, and Sweet Money Mustard. Their Sando comes with a boneless breast, slaw, comeback sauce, and pickles encapsulated in a butter bun. I'm a fan of spicy chicken sandwiches, so for my spice level, I chose Medium. I wanted to enjoy my food, which is why I went with medium. Rico gave me a sample of a Medium Plus piece of chicken and I'm so glad I chose medium. Medium Plus was really hot, so imagine what the high spice levels taste. The Sando was huge, the chicken was tender and flavorful, and the components all ate really well together. Their collard greens were juicy and satisfying. Arguably some of the best I've eaten. The potato salad was creamy and dill infused. So yummy!! Loved their seasoned shake fries, which were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing after dipping them in the variety of sauces. I am definitely a Howlin' Ray's convert and wholeheartedly concur with my daughter's positive accolades of this chicken sandwich institution. Not only was their food memorable, but the customer service from their staff matched the greatness of the grub. If you're in Los Angeles, visit Howlin' Ray's.

At approximately 8:00 p.m., I personally saw an employee come out of the bathroom wearing gloves and carrying two bags of trash, which appeared to be from the bathroom. Without changing his gloves, he then picked up two of the towels used to wipe down the tables and proceeded to wipe down almost all of the dining tables. He also wiped down the counter area where customers pick up their food. The employee was wearing a hat and black glasses. I was sitting there watching this happen, and I honestly could not believe what I was seeing. Handling bathroom trash and then immediately cleaning dining tables and a food pickup area with the same gloves is an extremely serious sanitation concern. I am writing this review because management needs to be aware of what happened and address it immediately. Proper glove changing and sanitation procedures are essential in any restaurant, especially when employees are moving between bathroom cleaning and areas where customers eat and pick up their food. After witnessing this, my family and I will not be returning. Someone in management needs to take this seriously and make sure employees are properly trained on sanitation and food safety procedures.
