I just ordered a burger from here through the drive through around 250pm I watched as the girl working out on lip gloss rubbed it in with her finger then proceeded to put my napkins in the bag with the burger I'm just thankful I didn't get fry's and the guy working the grill is the one who wrapped my burger. Not impressed with this place at all. I came in for breakfast a day tried ordering the Machaca and eggs. Apparently they are out of it, even though it is on their menu. Then I decided to go with their deluxe breakfast and ordered my eggs basted. Apparently their cooks don't know how to fry an egg and steam the top. I've always been a strong supporter of local business. This place is up the street from me and I regularly would pick up a chorizo breakfast burrito. Well now I won't be able to do that any longer. I went to grab a burrito only to be slapped with a $14.64 bill. Up from 12.12 just a few weeks ago. See attached receipts. This also included credit card fees which is ridiculous as well. This small restaurant has been in business for over 30 years! I've always enjoyed the cheeseburger combo - a single patty between two bun halves plus fries and a drink always satisfied my craving. The fries here are done so well and the seasoning they sprinkle on top is like crack, lol. I usually will eat all my fries first then peel off the buns to eat the burger by itself. Good place for breakfast combo : my mom got the pancakes, eggs and bacon. She ate almost all of it. Today the lady at the counter was very courteous and helpful. I needed help with taking the food to table and she did it without prompting. She even brought us waters when I asked for it. Woefully customer service at most other places has gone way south since Covid lockdowns. Having her do this was really unexpected and appreciated. It has shrimp and asada and crispy fries with avocado and get enough heat to make you sweat a little and gooey cheese to help offset the burn. I've been going here for over 10 years. I go buy my kids there bacon for the weekend and it's always perfect. They have awesome pastrami chili cheese fries that are to die for.
