Everything was delicious and served in very generous portions. The bowl was deep and stuffed with rice and meat. Extra teriyaki sauce was given to flavor the meat. The tempura shrimp was crispy and fresh. The size of each sushi piece was large, each was a mouthful. The miso soup was tasty and satisfying. It's not that easy to find good quality tasting food with flavor in long beach /Lakewood area so finding this hidden Gem is a plus. It's not too sweet or thick. It's the perfect consistency. Everything we've ordered always appears to be fresh, healthy, and delicious. I had the washington roll today and was pretty pleased. It's a hearty size and made a good lunch on a hot day. Usually, I get the chicken seaweed salad with the chicken on the side and extra dressing. They were both delicious and VERY filling. You can order brown rice as well. The last time I went the brown rice wasn't fully cooked because I had some bites with hard pieces.
