The customer service was exceptional. The best we've ever experienced in a mall, the team of three was exceptional and service with a smile! Shift Manager Melody allowed me to try each (see photo). The flavors are strawberry, peach & blueberry. No regrets. I did the peach and it was amazing with chunks of peach in every sip! My experience is as follows: This place really disappoints me. To be honest with you, I would've expected better from Mall food. But the quality here isn't that great. This is the type of food that you go to get when you're in a hurry. What really pisses me off is that they charge extra for the sauce as well at some places they don't. I don't like blueberries but the blueberry lemonade is so BOMB . The other ones are good too but the blueberry captured me the most. The service is always great! They always complete my order accurately and without any issues unlike the Signal Hill/Long Beach location. I used a free fries and drink coupon, I never have problems. If they do get too busy, I can a slight decrease in service. You are talking to a very small mall location with limited space to fit enough employees to accommodate a large crowd of mall shoppers. My mom and I have always been a fan of Charley's and we usually go as far as Brea or the commissary just to get it. My mom and I were in the area and was looking for a place nearby to grub. I suggested that we go to the Stonewood Mall to eat and pass time, because I have never been there. I have heard so many bad things about Stonewood from my friends claiming it wasn't nice. Service: Friendly service, but the cashier messed up on my order by charging me for 2 fries when I asked for only one combo. I didn't realize it until I got 2 fries and double checked my receipt. Food: My mom got the original philly cheese steak and I got the bacon philly cheese steak. We agreed that the quality of their philly cheese steak was not up to par with the other Charley's. The bread tasted old and they put more vegetables than meat compared to other Charley's where they had a good portion of meat/vegetable ratio. If anything the fries we ordered tasted the best.
