Good Fresh Burger, Maybe one of the Best Fast Food Burger Joints around Compared to a McDonalds, or Burger King or even a Jack in the box... these burgers are the bomb! Very good, made fresh with fresh never frozen meat. As a California import to Texas they have done a great job of sticking to the original design, and you can get a double double almost made any way you want it... they offer fresh cut french fries, and very good lemonade. They have a secret menu where at one time you could even order a burger with 100 patties and 100 slices of cheese (this is no longer available), but if you want 3 patties and 3 cheeses, go ahead and order a 3 by 3... want something bigger try the 4 by 4... they will go even larger but it wont fit in your mouth. Get the burger done Animal style and you will have a delicious mess on your hands, with mustard cooked onto the patty, and extra toppings... you can not go wrong. What I don't think people realize is that In n Out is the only fast food burger chain that uses patties that are never frozen and are super fresh. The taste alone of the burger should keep you coming back. Additionally, if you want more meat get a triple (3 meat patties) or a quadruple (4 meat patties), problem solved. The (no-so) secret menu is also a big hit animal style is the way to go on the burger. I got animal style on m fries, but think next time I will just get the regular fries only because the melted cheese sticks the fries together a little too much for me. Delicious! Cheap! Sometimes I think people need to be reminded that this place costs about the same as McDonalds and is MUCH, MUCH better. I have read some reviews where people think if God doesn't come down and pay them a personal visit while here it isn't all "it was made out to be" ... relax and enjoy the great, fresh food and great service! read more

This is a piece of my childhood growing up in Los Angeles until I was 9 and moved to Texas. Really cool that we have In n out Burger in Dallas area. One of my mom's most favorite places too. She grew up in California and this food is so nostalgic for her. We have come to this location several times and it's been great every time. Living in Tyler, so it's a drive but that's okay. The young people who work here are just so friendly and eager to please. I say young because most of them are half my age. No matter they seem to be well trained and that's a plus. The place was packed when we got there and we were lucky to find a table for four. Literally there was one table open and it was for four people, so we grabbed it after ordering. A nice young girl came over and wiped the table down for us. Super nice of her to notice us and do that. Matthew took our order and he was too nice, I mean accommodating and helpful. I explained I saw a secret menu online that said I could order a burger to go called a fly away burger, condiments separate so as to get the full flavor of their burger to take home to my mom in Tyler. He said sure we can do that, just come let me know when you are ready to leave and I will get that made fresh for you to take home. Awesome!! So we ate our fantastic burgers and fries and then got my mom's to go before leaving. I had the Double Double! It was very tasty and it really hit the spot. My husband and son had the 3 by 3 and my daughter had the cheeseburger. We all loved it! No complaints at all. They have diet lemonade in the drink machine, Yay! My mom really enjoyed the burger we took home to her and really could not believe how great it was after being in our car for an hour and 40 mins. The restrooms were clean, no funky restroom smell. I always appreciate that. The dining room was busy but still pretty clean. We will keep returning to this In n out. My aunt from Arkansas drove 4 hours to Tyler and then we drove her and my mom to this location, just to get a burger. read more

I have no complaints about any In-N-Out Burger, they are always nice and the food is always amazing! I grew up with them and I'm glad they are in Texas now and while it's not close to where I live yet, it's still closer than it was. I always get a double double and get extra sauce for my fries. I got the double double and an order of fries. The burger was good but definately not worth all of the hype this place gets. The fries were the worst that I ever had in my life. They were dehydrated and had no flavor. Ketchup could not save them. The absolute worst. If you must go here get two burgers and skip the fries. I repeat, do not get the fries. If you want to try the fries your friend will have plenty left over. I feel cheated. I watch what I eat during the week and eat what I want on the weekends. This place really let me down. read more

TREVOR! Our recent visit to In-N-Out Burger in Arlington, TX was made awesome by Trevor. Our church youth group came in from Corpus Christi, TX, where there are no In-N-Outs and a local burger chain dominates. We were really looking forward to it, since our Worship Minister had been telling the students about In-N-Out Burgers since January. There were 23 of us, and Trevor didn't flinch at the register. We lined up to be all on his register, and he never missed a beat. He said ours was his biggest order he'd ever taken, and every order came out right! It was fantastic service. Now the rest of the crew need to be given credit for that, also, so to be fair to them, it was Sunday, June 10, 2012, at about 12:20...very busy after-church crowd, which makes the crew's and Trevor's accuracy and service even more remarkable. The burgers were outstanding. Personally, I had the double double and my first bite of the grilled buns sold me immediately. I had regular fries, but stole a few animal fries from another sponser...they were so good. Since there were so many of us we sat outside in the picnic area. Trevor came out the back door with a tray full of ice waters for any of us who were thirsty...many of us had ordered shakes, so he knew we'd need water. We were very impressed by his hospitality. Fast food that should be enjoyed slowly. Unlike others, menu is a simple arrangement of beef patty and cheese. And the fries which I eat without salt. Go to MD or others and ask for no-salt fries and you'll be in for a surprise. These folks pump their fries with unspeakable chemicals. And to be as healthy as possible, ask for water on the rocks. It's great to pull up to an In N Out and not have to wait in line at the drive thru or even inside. Every time I go to an In N Out in California or Las Vegas it's ALWAYS packed! I ordered a double double animal style with a side of animal style fries as well. I'm not sure if I liked the animal style fries...it's something you probably have to devour almost instantaneously because once that melted cheese cools, it just binds the top later of your fries together leaving the bottom completely plain. Also there seemed to be something just off about my burger...just didn't taste like an In N Out burger. read more

I ordered the Double-Double, Animal Style, with Fries well done and a small Neopolitan Milk Shake. Fries had all the crispness and moisture sucked out of them, the burger was decent and flavorful but nothing unique or special. I did really enjoy the shake. read more

I ordered the #1 double-double meal but it was a total disappointment. Fries were too small/short, most of them were over cooked, and very, very salty. The meat was dry and very salty. This place takes foreverrrr. I know they make it when your order it, but the drive thru is so slow!!!! I liked the cheeseburger but it was small and not very filling. The fries are skinny, wimpy fries that get cold in seconds. The strawberry shake was good, and I like that you can get your burger lettuce wrapped. So for my first time eating at this popular chain restaurant i went through the drive thru. That place was so crowded they had somebody taking orders for you instead of the speaker box. I was like "DAMMN, this place must be amazing"..And to tell ya the truth, the burger is pretty good.. I got a burger with everything on it including their special sauce,and except lettuce. I like that I was able to get grilled onions on my burger..and their strawberry milkshakes are pretty good. I particularly like the strawberry milkshakes with the flavor and not actual strawberries in it, and thats how they serve theirs. Now the fries on the other hand...oh man.. i felt so disrespected when I tasted those plain ass fries....like C'mon, could I get some seasoning please?!?! In-N-Out Burger if you are reading this, please know that I really think you have some tasty burgers..but please..just please put some seasoning on those fries of yours.. I am a burger aficionado. I know good burgers. I know when a burger is mediocre or knock your socks off. Today I visited In-N-Out Burger and actually walked inside to sit amongst the people and revel in the smells of that fast food burger chain, and boy, was I in for a treat! Now, I first fell in love with this chain when a friend and I got the chance to travel to San Diego for business. It became our go-to spot the minute the plane landed, and when In-N-Out landed here, I thought that I would go nuts. But honestly, this is only the fourth time that I have had the burger treat since they came to town. All of my visits besides this one had been through the drive-thru, and I finally decided that going inside and being a part of the In-N-Out experience is what makes all the difference. Today I ordered my mom and me the double-double burger--animal style. I can't believe how stupid I've been to never have ordered my burger that way until now. I don't know if I can do it justice in a description, but I'll try. Imagine a burger so big that you can barely put half in your mouth, but the half that gets in there is made up of meat covered in tiny sauteed onions swimming in cheese. Shut up! After you come up for air, you take one of the 30 napkins that you have piled up on your table and clean off your mouth and your hands and your nose because you realize that you actually said, "Diver down!" before you went in for the bite. My mom and I barely spoke after the burgers arrived in front of us. The only time anyone said anything was when we both took a bite of our little yellow peppers and said, "Woah! That little sucker packs a punch!" The fries were the same as I remember from my original San Diego experience--Hot and tiny little potato strings that when covered with salt and pepper that you control, make great little bombs to dunk into a ketchup bath. The only part of the experience that I would assign a mediocre score would be the Dr. Pepper from the fountain drink machine.
