It's In- N-Out, so you know it's good! This location is one of the old school locations, where it's mainly a drive through with minimal seating outside. It's old school charm. That being said, the lines for the drive through can get very long during lunch time. It's does move along relatively quickly though. Service here is excellent, as are all In-N-Outs. Staff is super friendly and efficient. You can tell each person is well trained in customer service. Burger, fries and drinks are of high standard - not surprising. It's a simple menu, but it's all done the right way. In-N-Out is a place you can count on to deliver good food and service. read more

I love this in-n-out. All of them are good honestly, they NEVER mess up your order. I've been coming since I was a kid and I have never had a messed up order. Also just a shout out tonight I went and obviously it's a Friday night so everyone and their mama is here and Branco is out taking orders on the hand held and getting through the line quickly but effectively and doing it with a smile on his face. The service was good for a good group of us and food quality is still good in comparison to others. Tips: There's 2 restrooms on the side and a more obscure way to get from the ordering side of In N Out to the tables. I ordered a cheese burger, no onion, milk shake and fries this afternoon for my son. The guy asked me whether I wanted it in the box I said no. The guy even confirmed my order. But I still got everything in the box. After got home I checked it, it did have the onion, and no bread. For my last more than 20 years with in & out,I've never experienced this before. I've been waiting for dinner for over 30 minutes and the line has barely moved. We're hungry, tired, and the drive-thru line is overflowing into the street. I genuinely don't understand who thought making this location drive-thru only was a good idea, especially with only a tiny sign mentioning walk-ups. If I had known earlier, I would've gone somewhere else instead of being stuck in this line with no easy way to leave or find parking. Really frustrating experience. Went there 3 times, and all 3 times my order was incorrectly made. I called into to In n Out corporate all 3 times and they generously sent gift cards and advised they would follow up with the store. I went today hoping for a change, considering corporate told me they would address it, and it was even worse than the last 3 times. I ordered a grilled cheese plain, just like corporate asked me to request during my prior calls to them, and the rep gave me a protein style cheeseburger instead. I don't know about you, but I have never heard of a grilled cheese plain with lettuce instead of a bun. She asked me twice "you want a grilled cheese protein style". And I told her twice "no, I need a grilled cheeseburger plain combo with a lemonade". And guess what? I got a protein style grilled cheese lol. What a surprise, merry Christmas to me I guess. I also ordered a hamburger plain, like the previous 3 times, and I got a hamburger with grilled onions. Fyi these are for my kids, so they're very picky. I know that I can easily go to a different in n out but it you live in my area, you know this in n out is the only one within 10 miles that is not busy. All of the other in n outs have lines accross the neighborhoods. I should have checked the bag this time around, but I was there on my lunch break while on a teams meeting. It was just a mess and I hope that their staff can understands the basics of just making a simple GRILLED CHEESE PLAIN. I usually love coming here, but when I came today, it was such a mess. I pulled up, they got my order wrong. When they read it back to me on the intercom it was right. I ordered a lemon up, I got a lemonade and when they handed me the lemonade, the straw cover was completely soaked and the person handing it to me started messing with it and was rubbing off the wet paper on it. I asked for everything in a bag and they handed me a box. I previously asked for 3 spreads and they only gave one and when I asked again, they looked so mad about it. I ordered a double double with chopped chili and grilled onions and they gave me a whole onion and no chilis. They took so long giving me my order when I was at the window, and yet, everything was cold when I got it. If you think Costco gas lines and DMV lines are long, then you have no idea how long the lines can really be. This In N Out is more like In Stuck Forever and NEVER Out! You have to wait in your car so long that you eventually turn into a mummy getting baked in the hot sun while waiting for a burger. Also just burned half a tank of gas while waiting so that $6 burger now costs $30. Seriously bad! read more

Just a PSA, check your order and receipt. I never had problems with INO before so today was a surprise. Food was incorrectly made (never happened before!). Also, said "no" to the donation but found out they added in a donation without my consent. Not sure what happened to this location. This is kind of a unique in n out. This is mostly a drive thru as the location is smaller than the usual ones. There is a small outdoor eating area and small parking lot so take care in parking. I did knock it down a star due to the longer wait time I experienced when I ordered at the window. If you want in n out and just want a drive thru this is the spot. read more

In n out is the best, haters gonna hate. Best price and quality. Whateverburger, Smashwallet etc all just can't compare. You get a fresh burger that doesn't make you feel like you've eaten at a Shack and you didn't break bank doing it. We came to In N Out before a day outing and it was the perfect start to our day. This location doesn't have indoor seating.. Just two fast drive throughs and some outdoor seating. Having driven home in about an hour, I was finally ready to get a quick snack, and I visited this location. Of all the In-N-Outs available, this one easily ranks as one of the best in terms of service. I went through the drive-thru line, and I have to admit that the reviews are correct at the snail paced wait times, but with only 4-6 people working in a small kitchen, they really are working as fast as they can. While waiting, the staff were open to quick conversation and also enjoying their work inside, which warmed my heart. Although I was 3rd in line, the wait for my food was may be 10 minutes, but I didn't expect the wait to really be worth it until I arrived home. I ordered my classic double double with a side fries. Lo and behold upon opening the bag, I found that they really stuffed my fries, and from this experience, I'm definitely going to make it a regular for me after finding out when the least popular times are, of course. ------ I visited a second time the following week, and the food was lukewarm. I really enjoyed this location! I had never seen an In N Out set up like this. There is no indoor restaurant/way to order. It's mainly for drive through, and there are two drive through lines. There is also an option to park and do walk up ordering and eat at their patio tables outside, which is what I did. There are two unisex bathrooms outside, which you need a code for. The bathrooms are very clean. There are two driveways. One to park, and one for drive through. They are separate and do not connect. I love the double double with onion. My friend loves the cheeseburger, animal style. The fries are nice and not greasy. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back to this location. I haven't been In & Out burger for a long time. When I went in this evening, I was surprised that there was no line at all. About 60% of people dine in the restaurant. I ordered one hamburger, one cheeseburger, and one cheeseburger in protein style for myself and my parents. After the first bite, I felt something was different. I looked inside the burger and saw a super thin, tiny beef inside and it was kind of dry (maybe it's too thin compared to the past and overcooked a bit). This is not the In & Out I used to go to. Sometimes a good American style burger and fries is all you need to make it through the day. I love In N Out and have been a fan of their establishment since my college years. My favorite is just a simple hamburger protein style which is without a bun and lettuce wrapped instead. Also, I like their spread that is inside the burgers and if you want to get an animal style fries it's also on top of the fries. The lines here are long and expected since so many other people love this place too! If you want some more spread on your burger or fries you can ask them to give you a packet of that instead of ketchup, that's what I usually do. Enjoy! read more

Always gets our food right! Customer service is great! I would say one negative aspect is they need to put a sign not to block the driveway of the parking lot. Surprised that I have never written a review for this In-N-Out location! This location has been here since I can even remember, even before the strip malls were built on Valley and Grand - especially with the newer In-N-Out location there near the Michaels. This location is a drive-thru location with a walk-up order window, and a few patio tables on the side with a small parking lot. One can never go wrong with In-N-Out! Our go-to is an original Hamburger. I like the raw onions and my family member loves the grilled onions. The lettuce, tomatoes, and other ingredients are so fresh and a perfect balance to the patty. Sometimes if we are up to it, we'll also order a milkshake and fries to go along. Make sure to order a side of the special sauce with their freshly cut fries! As all other In-N-Out locations, the lines can get very long but they are quite efficient and the food is always made fresh to order! read more
