SO everyone problly knows already that In N Out Burger is the best "fast food Burger Joint" on the planet. I find it weird because its supposed to be like how it was ran back in the early 50s with little white paper hats on everyone and red aprons with an old school safety pen to hold it in place cool, but i say its weird because the In N Out System works so good it makes you feel almost like you stepped into the future or somthing, i trip out every time i go in there and wish more places were held to their standards. Plus the food is far from mediocre, I want to buy their cheese for my household use its the bomb. Their fries are better than every other fast food place out there by far, you just can't compete with fresh cut fries... No questions Asked! I'm not sure how well their meat suppliers have been doing the last couple years hope things went back to the way they should be as far as animal care and meat handing methods that would be approved of back in the early days of In N Out. When being a butcher actually was a really honored trade to be in and you had benefits, so one could support a family and still ensure that the country was getting a quality product. Instead of taking short cuts that lower quality. Some would feel shameful for ravening about fast food but I'm proud that In N Out was founded in the U.S. when it was because it shows how the dream of making a big business out of a simple idea is possible here. Smh this place fucking sucks now....Just wanted to get good in n out burger during this pandemic. Service was bad, went around 12pm on 5/11/20 there was two girls out taking orders both very rude. Let that slide maybe they got up on the wrong side of the bed. Once I get to the front to pay the cashier guy didn't know what he was even doing then once I got to the front to pick up my food. Love it. Drove thru today and love the little guy outside taking orders way before you get to the order window or board... so you don't get too bored and pull out of the line ( there is always a line ). He takes it stading out your window and you can relax and start counting your change in the car until you pull up to the pay window. I am often impressed with the organization and efficiency at In'nOut, but we don't go there to study the business model; we stop in for the cheeseburgers, fries and shakes. We'd arrived at the San Jose Airport and rolled south in a rented car en route to Cayucos. When my children were young and we lived in Orange County, CA, our visits to In'n'Out were a Sunday treat, but we don't have In'n'Out Burgers in Northwestern Oregon. When we revisit northern or southern California, we reliably stop for burgers as opportunity permits. You really have many more options at In'n'Out than competing chains, and it's all accomplished smoothly, promptly and cheerfully, which is remarkable when you consider the volume and activity at lunchtime. My daughter had an allergic reaction after eating at this location. We're been at so many In & Outs so many times and this is the first time my daughter have a reaction to her food. I'm giving two starts just because the customer service lady was really kind and helpful with me when I called. But really people working there need more training about how to handle food mark with an allergy. When I ask to put my daughter's food on a separate tray the cashier said that they can't do that when I've been getting my daughter's meal on a separate tray on every visit, then another cashier approached and told me that I could ask for an extra tray when they give me my food and I was like, no you don't get it my daughter's food can't have any contact with the other things I order. They ended up giving me her food on a separate tray but I don't know how they handle her meal before it gets to her. After a couple of bites my daughter said that her throat was itchy and her food taste "funny" this time (she's only eight years old). We have to administrated her two epipens and drive to the nearest hospital (thank God was just a couple of minutes away). After more medication and some hours under observation we left the hospital and now my daughter is doing better but she doesn't want to eat In & Out again. This review is for one particular trip I made here. It was the night before Thanksgiving, which I know can be crazy. But while I was there it was no more busy than a standard night at In-N-Out. I do love me some In-N-Out. After this trip I will need a break however. Reasons why I am writing this review is as follows: Burger not as ordered Didn't come to eat in car as requested Fries soggy Bottom of bag wet 1/3 of burger was cold and wet. I assume someone spilled some water on my order. But instead of fixing this before they gave it to me, they let me get a few miles down the road before I noticed. I was not about to turn back. don't risk eating here , 50/50 chance your food will be cold. I've given this location many chances but seems like 6 out of 10 times the food comes cold , its very nasty and hard to say anything to any staff memeber. Growing up this was the only In-N-Out anywhere near the South Bay. I was always so excited when my family would drive to the Central Valley or head south because that meant we could get In-N-Out! It's right off 101 S when you hit Gilroy and at the entry point of the outlets. It's also conveniently located right before the junction to 152 W and E. During the day, and especially the lunch hour, the line is crazy inside and at the drive through. Luckily, when I was passing through it was way past the dinner hour. However, I was a bit surprised it wasn't very packed since it was a Friday night. You have your families on road trips, folks getting off from work, and the high schoolers who are kicking it with their friends and causing all sorts of ruckus because that's what they do. Just like any In-N-Out, the food and service is quality and the staff always has a smile! Jason E. and I ordered without a line and our food was ready in about 7 minutes. If you've never been to In-N-Out, just order of the Easy 1-2-3 menu. Get yourself a milkshake if you really want. Or if you're feeling adventurous do the following: Protein burger (no bun, just wrapped in lettuce) 3x3 or 4x4 for the meat lover/unyielding appetite/growing man-child Animal style (grilled onions and cheese) for burgers and fries Grilled cheese for the vegetarians Flying Dutchman for the folks who really like the sauce and melted cheese Neopolitan milkshake (yes you can mix the flavors) Get your fries well done if you like 'em extra crispy! Super busy, can never find a seat here. You literally have to hover over people eating their meals as you wait for yours to arrive...to grab their seats! The food is always on point though. And comes out right every time. But you have to wait forever and a day to get it. Parking is horrible! Your competing with the drive thru line, shoppers, and every other person trying to find a parking space after they've shopped at the outlets. Also, in the midst of all these stores, this is the only place I'll go to. Because there's nothing else better around the area! Today I was feeling hungry so I decided to come eat here. I came during a rush. Line was literally out the door! It was finally time to get my order taken and a young beautiful girl named Sophia took my order. She was very patient and had a great smile! And then She came out to the dining room to wipe down my table and even gave me a hat and some stickers. She made me feel like I was top priority. And then she even brought my food to my table, as well as refilling my drink. When it was finally time to leave, she picked up my red full of trash and threw it away for me and even opened the door. I will definitely be coming back for more burgers and Sophia of course. 6 out of 5 Stars. :-) read more

While it's near impossible to ruin in n out, you could always keep it great by sticking to standards. The burgers were delicious, as we always get our burgers animal style, but the fries were exceptionally salty here. The service was speedy and friendly despite the constant rush of customers, but the drive thru failed to provide additional napkins, trays and forks as I had requested. Overall, it's still amazing but lacks the service that I have come to expect from one of California' s trademark burger joints. read more

Well how can you not love In and Out. Probably the best fast food hamburger joint out here. The burgers are awesome and I would recommend getting it animal style. The chocolate shake is the best drink to go with the burger. The fries are awesome as you can watch them shred them as you order. I love In-N-Out and its definitely convenient to have one here, practically in the middle of the outlets, in case you don't want to take too much time away from shopping. However, this location is slower than others I've been to. It took my girlfriend and me about 45 minutes to place our orders, get our food, and eat. For that amount of time we almost could have gone to a sit down restaurant! I ordered my usual (cheeseburger & fries well done) and it was great as always.
