It is Chipotle so the food is a formula. I don't frequent them often as I find them to be boring and uninspired. I ended up here because the Chick-Fil-A down the street was closed due to a power issue and we needed lunch. The service was really good and they assembled our rice bowls quickly. The food was all fresh but just the standard Chipotle fare. It was food. The restaurant was clean behind the counter but the dining area was a bit of a mess. We wiped down our own table as they were all occupied or dirty. The drink station really could have used some TLC and could use with some regular policing. If you need a quick lunch that is just food, a Chipotle will usually do. This location fits that mold. read more

First time eating at Chipotle and we didn't know what was included in the meal. I thought they forgot to include the guacamole and lettuce so I went back to ask for it and I was told guacamole and chips was extra charge so I said that's okay I didn't want it if it's extra. Manager must have heard and to our surprise she came to our table and personally greeted us and gave us a bag of chips and a side guacamole. It made a difference on how the food tasted. I came in today and there was a mix up with my order, she went into fix it mode knowing that I only had a limited amount of time due to being on my lunch break. I am amazed and just how far Chipotle has fallen from its peak. Every location, including the Bells location; has lost all quality. The steak is largely chunks of fat, chicken is riddled with gristle and bone, the rice is mush due to too much water, the lettuce is never consistent, the kitchen is a disaster with dishes stacked up and chunks of food everywhere, and the dining room is a mess. So this is a chipotle..... is sad that they are all so different and inconsistent. This one is more consistent in the level of cleanliness and the food quality compared to every other one in about a 15 mile radius. They have had plenty of issues but are far better than the others. Delicious food just as I remembered. This was my second time at a Chipotle and I dragged my husband along to try it out since we don't have one in Hawaii. I raved about it the whole car ride here. We got a chicken bowl, chicken burrito?, steak bowl and a couple refreshing lemonades. It definitely hit the spot and kept us full for another day of exploring Vegas. This is the nicest location I've been to, with it's seating area patterned in a circle around sunlight that comes in through a window in the middle of the ceiling. Otherwise, the food and ordering process is the same as all of the locations. I get my usual burrito with either the Sofritas or Vegetarian protein option. It's a better option for healthier choices wise than other traditional authentic Mexican food. Chipotle offers so many choices of how to dress your burrito or taco that it can be enjoyed most days without adding 10 extra pounds. Traditional Mexican food blows my mind but there is a time and place for this style of cooking. Chipotle uses more peppers and incorporates fresh mex style into their cuisine, which is better for the everyday eating. On this visit the twins wanted to eat out and as usual Mexican food is their go to choice. It was their fathers favorite too. Not messing with a good thing Chipotle was what yelp brought up in the area. One cannot argue with good marketing, since I'm sure my phone by now knows "what I prefer!" As we walk into the dining room the lobby is nearly a ghost town, everyone is in line around the corner from the soda bar. We are taking our order to go as it seems most of the patrons do that are in line ahead of us. At first glance of the line we might be here forever, but then I see the manager is assisting in a guest issue that arose, so it is good not to jump to conclusions. For at first glances, which are just a brief point of reference for our minds to adjust to our settings. Now the line is moving and we're closer to having that burrito in front of us!! Simplicity! This describes the menu and way to order your food at Chipotle. My twins could order from the menu and still text and play their iPhone while ordering. Let's walk through a mock order: first and critical criteria taco, burrito, or bowl. Then move to the type of protein which includes beef, pork, steak, chicken, or veggie. Then comes what type of starch you want if any which consists of pinto or black beans, plus rice. During the starch phase the burritos and bowls for sure have the beans included, but with the tacos the beans are served on the side. Then last step is what toppings to include. Remember this is fresh-mex so their are no unnecessary items. The toppings push romaine lettuce, tomatoes, white cheese, and different types of delicious salsa; in a varied selection of temperatures. All of the previous said is included; but sour cream is extra. We decided to have two burritos since, I prefer it a lot on the spicy side; the twins don't. Both of the burritos were with steak as a protein. We had white rice with cilantro and red beans as the starch. Passing on the rabbit food this time, instead going heavy dairy with mozzarella cheese and extra sour cream on the twins burrito. The red salsa with corn pieces , I was told by the employees is spicy and their favorite so it was added to mine. After paying for our massive burritos it was eating time. I cut the twins burrito in half they decided to eat on the way home. Yeah. As their parent I needed to make sure this burrito would not hurt them. The smells let me tell you were so inviting. I bit into the burrito, as sour cream and salsa explode washing over the steak I swallow that bite but need another. After a couple more bites I assure you it's incredible. Chipotle in my book has been redeemed, I am still present and breathing with no alignments from eating here. The twins are in great health too after enjoying Chipotle for the first time in almost a year. The customer service at this location was wonderful, with all of the team members playing together in harmony. Their harmony makes the atmosphere of the store so tranquil. The food is delicious and I am glad for the food being the highest standards are back in the good graces of most of the public. It's time to enjoy my spicy burrito. The restaurant was empty, we walked in and it was pretty dirty. Food trays on a few tables and food on the floors. I really wanted to walk back out!!!! The kitchen area looked disgusting.
