We were excited to try this new restaurant, but unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by an incident during dinner. Our waiter accidentally spilled an entire tray of ice water down my sister's back. It was a significant accident, and while he was incredibly apologetic, attentive, and did everything he could to make things right, the response from management was disappointing. The manager asked us to move to another table, but instead of showing much concern for my sister, they seemed more frustrated by the situation itself. When we asked what they could do to make up for such a major incident, we were offered a complimentary dessert. We expressed that we didn't feel a single dessert was appropriate given what had happened, so they brought out a second dessert for my mom's birthday along with a birthday card. Mistakes happen, and we understand accidents are sometimes unavoidable. Our disappointment wasn't with our waiter--it was with how management handled the situation. We left feeling that the seriousness of the incident wasn't acknowledged, and a little more empathy and customer care would have gone a long way. read more

Flecha Cantina is a modern Mexican Style Restaurant located not too far from the Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Airport. This restaurant is by actor and local resident Mark Wahlberg. This restaurant offers most of your usual Mexican Favorites and also some dishes that you wouldn't expect like yellowtail crudos and potato poblano soup. For seating they have a covered patio, bar seating, booth and traditional table seating. They serve lunch, Sunday brunch, and dinner. Whatever you order complimentary chips and spicy salsa is served. We've been here at least five times and on four of our five times we ordered the pistachio goat cheese appetizer because it used to be insanely delicious. I don't know what happened here but what we got today is not at all what we enjoyed before. If you take the time to look at my photos then you can CLEARLY SEE a BIG DIFFERENCE in the appearance. Instead of a sprinkle of pistachios you now get just some pistachio dust on it. BUT the biggest difference is the sauce. The new sauce is very flat tasting and not delicious like it used to be. I can't say for sure but I suspect that the cheese is different too because today it tasted very similar to cream cheese. Today I tried the Verano watermelon Salad. It is suppose to have candied pistachios on it. I think it had a very tiny amount of crushed pistachio dust on it that was too small to detect as pistachios. This salad was also suppose to be embellished with mint and basil that ALSO SEEMED TO BE MISSING from this salad. Other than that it was a large bowl of greens with a tasty dressing, some sort of seasoned dust, and added chicken that was good. My husband had the lunch taco special. He said that it was good but they filled the pork tacos (carnitas and pork belly) with less meat than the chicken taco. We both decided to get the ice cream and churros as our dessert with the lunch special. We asked our server if we could just be served the ice cram and one order of the churros. He kindly packed up one order of churros for us to go. It's not mentioned on any menu here if the churros are stuffed? First of all these churros don't taste like churros to me. (I used to work for Chi-Chi's so I know what churros are suppose to taste like). These churros here are missing the sugar and cinnamon that they should be coated with. They are also were all different inside. Some were cooked all the way. Some just had soggy middles. I found one that looked like it had filling in it. At the end paying was strange. My husband picked 20% tip. But latter noticed that it was for more than our bill. The specials were not not special priced on this receipt. We had to tip on $36. dollars extra that was not our actual bill. Anyways- I sincerely hope that this was just an off day and maybe the chef was on vacation? P.S. Came in for restaurant week. Had wanted to try so seemed like a good time. Had a show at the comedy club so fit nicely into the plans. Had a 730 reservation and show at 930. Was greeted warmly and offered a sample of the peach margarita. Accepted and was seated promptly. Nice inside, looks like a tropical garden. Cement floors make it a little loud and lots of sounds with chairs scraping etc We both ordered off the restaurant week menu, enchiladas for her and birria tacos for me. Meal comes with rice and beans and you get a margarita and a dessert. We also ordered a couple items from the ceviche menu and the street corn Ceviche was good, got the yellowtail and scallop as well as the shrimp. Both really good, yellowtail was spicy. The corn is presented table side and was the best item of the night The biggest issue was out meals came out immediately following the apps, and I really hate that. Now the foods getting cold while you try to finish the apps. I usually wait to put in the meal until the apps arrive, but we had the show and put in together. Big mistake. Then we waited and waited and waited for the butter cake. It was getting to the point we thought we'd have to walk out without it. Cake was delicious but I was only able to eat about a 3rd because we had to go. Wish they were in as much of a hurry with dessert as they were with the apps and meals Service was good, she was friendly and checked on us constantly. This town center corner restaurant brought in my attention by their open doors. Authentic decor and the appeal of recognizable hospitality. Alongside with the menu preview of exotic selections. Meals prepared for a taste of something new, and traditional. At first, I did not catch that Flecha was the name. Nor did I know about the well known owner Mark Walhberg. In kind app to the rescue again....decided to go here on a Saturday before a show. It was Mother's Day weekend and it was busier than normal even on Saturday. We got sat at a very nice table. We got a couple of beers and they brought the chips and salsa...salsa was extremely good this day and the chips are always hot and fresh. We told our server we wanted to split the chicken mole enchiladas and get a side of pot beans...basically whole pinto beans instead of refried. Without us asking she said she would put the enchiladas split on different plates....this done without a split plate charge. This sort of service is what brings you back. I was really disappointed with how things turned out at Flecha Cantina. I've been wanting to try this spot for quite a while, so I was genuinely looking forward to our reservation. When we arrived, the restaurant was pretty slow with only about 6 tables occupied, so we were expecting a great experience. I ordered the watermelon margarita and my husband had his usual Modelo michelada. We both agreed the drinks were definitely the highlight of the night. The margarita was super refreshing and perfect for the Vegas heat. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the same standard. The chips were overly salted, although the salsa itself was flavorful and had a nice kick to it. I ordered the quesabirria tacos and my husband ordered a bowl. Presentation-wise, my plate was very underwhelming. I'm a firm believer that you eat with your eyes first, and nothing about the dish made me excited to dig in. It honestly looked incomplete. I only ended up eating one of the two tacos. My husband said his bowl was okay, but compared it to an "elevated Chipotle." For the price point, we expected much better flavor and presentation. Our table was almost ready which was no problem and we were offered a margherita sampler before we were sat. once we were seated our waitress was right over to great us and get us started. For starters, I'm always skeptical when celebrities put their name on things, especially when they don't really have anything to do with said thing. In this case, it's Mark Walhburg, who isn't known for Mexican cuisine..... Nonetheless, food was really good. I wasn't too hungry so just got the carne asada tacos. (Sadly, most places are just giving two tacos lately, I'll blame shrinkflation.) If I rated this place just on food taste, it would be a 5. I loved the beans that came with it. Restaurant was a great hidden gem off the Strip. The food was really good and the our server was incredible. One of the dishes came out without carne asada but as soon as we let our server know, he QUICKLY rectified the situation and it was perfect. They also payed attention to the note left when we made the reservation and brought out a desert to celebrate my friends' anniversary which I thought was really sweet and unexpected. When it comes to actually reviewing restaurants sometimes, I have a bad habit of forgetting to actually review because I'm so caught up with how much I like the restaurant that it admittedly slips my mind sometimes. After today, though, I made it a point to actually sit down and make sure to write this one out. Flecha Cantina is the new kid on the block (heh) of Town Square restaurants -- a celebrity venture by movie actor Mark Wahlberg. I'll be honest, when I first came here to try the restaurant out, I didn't have much in the way of expectations because movie actors branching out into other ventures tends not to go well -- and we certainly have enough of that in Las Vegas to go around and then some. I was wrong. This place has quickly become one of my favorite places for upscale Mexican food that won't break the bank -- I'm legitimately impressed at how delicious everything is whenever I come here. Having come here a few times in the past with my family, we've always been impressed with what we ordered -- and some of the photos I posted for Flecha come from those past visits! (Be careful if you plan to use my menu photos as reference, though -- they may not reflect the actual current menu, which you can always check on their website.) It certainly helps that the restaurant itself is immaculately decorated and makes it easy to just relax and unwind for a great meal. What finally made me decide to actually review was their endless brunch option -- having gotten the promotional e-mail for it, my mother and I decided to try it to complete the experience! Holy cow, was it worth it. Alongside typical breakfast offerings like bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, and even a live omelet station, they also offer some of their most popular Mexican dishes on the menu -- everything that we tried was truly a delight! My personal standouts include the enchiladas rojas and verdes, the green pozole, and especially their chili verde. Even the desserts weren't overly sweet, which is something that we appreciated! About the only hiccup I would fault the restaurant for was the chaos that came with getting seated -- while we arrived earlier than our reservation time, we had difficulty getting the host stand to tell us how soon we'd be seated, and we were even thinking of just cancelling the reservation altogether and just going elsewhere before we got seated. Then we found out that the staff hadn't been informed of the promotion ahead of time; it certainly didn't seem that way from how the chefs and staff took care of us and worked to get new dishes out to the buffet area! So we're willing to overlook this slight just once; I would expect that a higher-end Mexican restaurant would be better organized for this next time, though. In any case, I'm already thinking of when I plan to come back, whether for brunch or for the regular menu -- there's so much on offer here that you really can't go wrong with whatever you decide to get here. You'll certainly get good vibrations (heh) from this place, so please try out Flecha when you have the chance to! read more

I'd go back just for the salsa. We also had a bottle of sparkling water with fresh limes. I'd skip the enchiladas as the verde did not have much flavor. The taquitos were very good with multiple tasty elements like pico de gallo, lettuce and sauce they put on top. Would get that again for sure. The table side guac was also delicious. The ambiance and vibe were great, the staff were super friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious! I enjoyed a burrito while my partner had the mole, both were incredibly good. The only thing keeping it from being fully five star is the price. This was not your typical Mexican restaurant. It was truly a foodie experience. You are greeted with a margarita, which is a small preview of what's to come. Ours was guava flavored. It confused my dad at first since he's not used to more exotic fruits, but he ended up really enjoying it. Honestly, other restaurants and bars should take note. This was the second place we visited that offered a complimentary welcome cocktail, and it immediately set the tone. The chips were fresh and the salsa was full of flavor. It actually tasted like avocados, not filler. The server asked what seasonings we preferred less of, such as garlic or jalapeños, and adjusted the spice level exactly to our liking. Our main entrées exceeded expectations. My mom ordered the lobster enchiladas, and one of them included a full lobster claw. It was not just mixed in. You truly felt like you were eating lobster. The dish was so rich she could only eat half, and the leftovers reheated perfectly for lunch the next day. My husband ordered the mole enchiladas, and the sauce was incredible. It was rich, complex, and deeply flavorful. My dad and I chose the chile relleno with steak added, and I can honestly say it was the best chile relleno I've ever had. Another thing that impressed us was that the rice and beans were served on a separate plate, allowing the main entrée to truly be the star. This was not the usual cheese and sauce style Mexican food. Every sauce was different, layered, and full of real flavor. For dessert, we shared the churros with ice cream. The churros were cooked all the way through, which is rare. Too often they are raw in the center, but these were crispy on the outside and tender and fluffy on the inside. Had 3 previous great experiences here but on Cinco de Mayo they dropped the ball. It was very busy, so waiting 30 minutes to be seated was no big deal. We were a party of 2 . We ordered our food and after over 40 minutes of patiently waiting , 2 different workers showed up to our table at two different times and asked what we ordered. It was a little shocking but we were being good sports about it & realizing we were starting from scratch at that point , we waited another 20 minutes for our dinner to arrive . Thats not the part that annoyed me. I felt like a manager should have come over and apologized or something, maybe give us a break on our entrees or offer us a dessert. Some kind of acknowledgment that they forgot about us would have eased the inconvenience but Instead the bill was dropped off and we were sent on our way with a sour taste in our mouths. read more

I loved this spot! I had Chipotle crema enchiladas with chicken, they were so good I could lick the plate. My guest had the birria tacos and she ate them both! Our appetizer is cannot recall the name of but was really good with the chips they give with salsa in the beginning. Our cocktails were delicious, she had the Cadillac & I had the hibiscus margaritas but I have to note that the tres leche martini was to die for!!! So sweet & delicious better than eating cake but we did also have that to end our meals. Definitely recommend & definitely returning! Oh and also upon entering they gave us a courtesy drink! Added to the entire experience. And the place is beautiful inside, we chose outside (downfall only is the airplanes are so loud being next to the airport). The restaurant was nicely decorated and the hostesses were very friendly! You're greeted with a complimentary margarita and we were quickly seated! The waiter was very friendly and attentive! The food was delicious just wish the fajita salad's presentation was a little more appetizing. The shrimp fajitas and pollo verde dishes were beautifully presented and aesthetically pleasing. We also thought everything tasted pretty good! We'll definitely be back to try more items on the menu! read more

My husband and I joined our friends this past Sunday for their brunch buffet. I was not a fan, but my husband enjoyed it. The best part was our server which I did not get her name, and ofcourse the bottomless mimosas included with the buffet price. read more

We were shopping at Town Square and decided to have dinner and drink drinks at Flecha. I ordered a beer and my cousin ordered Mojitos. And we ordered Queso Fundido,,Pork belly flautas, and a chicken quesadilla to share. The Queso fundido with chorizo was definitely our favorite. It was bursting with flavor! We ate that with chips and the flour tortillas they provided. The pork belly flautas were really good too, they even had a little kick of spice to it that I wasn't expecting. The chicken quesadilla was also delicious with the sour cream and pico de gallo served on top. The only reason why I gave this place for stars instead of five was because the service was a on the slow side. But other than that, definitely a go to spot. Next time I come here I want to try the fajitas! read more

Went to Fletcha for the first time with my wife for an early dinner, had fajitas for two. The Carne Asada was very undercooked and rare, plus full of onions more than anything else. We were not asked how we wanted the meat cooked and assumed it would be more done for fajitas and not bloody rare. Menu is very overpriced for what we received. I'm a big fan of Mark Wahlberg and realized he opened a restaurant in Vegas! It's located in a large mall complex with plenty of free parking around. This was our first meal right after arriving in Vegas and it did not disappoint! The ambiance is modern chic with plenty of patio and indoor seats. Service was great! The hostess was very sweet and offered us a complimentary glass of bubbly upon arrival. Our server was also very friendly and professional. Someone even opened the door as we exited and wished us a great trip. Now the food...it was amazing! Complimentary chips and salsa to start off your meal. Yay! The chips were warm and perfectly crispy. One of the best salsas I've had in a while. Our entrees were tasty, fresh, properly seasoned, and perfectly cooked.
