They have a double line and double windows, which helps keep things moving even when it's really busy. The staff were also very friendly and pleasant, which made the experience even better. My only disappointment was finding out AFTER I ordered about the secret menu! Apparently, you can get your burger "Protein Style" (wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun) and order "Animal Style" fries. Why don't they put these options on the actual menu?! I would have definitely ordered the lettuce wrap and tried the Animal Style fries if I had known. The in-n-out sign drew me from the moment I walked out of Allegiant Stadium. This is a huge in-n-out with 4 driveway lines but still goes as quickly as a smaller one would. Super efficient. I got food to eat in the car before heading back to LA. Remind me not to eat animal style if I'm going to be driving. Delicious! But my own fault it fell apart all over me. This is a large location with outdoor-only seating. The employees were patient and friendly throughout my visit. The food arrived hot and fresh, but overall I found it to be fairly average. For me, part of the appeal is the nostalgia. Whenever I'm on the West Coast, I like stopping by and enjoying a familiar meal. Now they have a few locations all around Vegas and I would say this location on Russell Road is quick and also super tasty! We told the employee that we would be eating it inside the car and they gave us plenty of napkins and also a paper placemat for each of us. Had four people in the car and we all had different orders. It came out all correct and also super hot. The food is amazing and I loved my hamburger with cheese. I added extra tomatoes so you get two slices of tomatoes and both types of onions in mine. I went to this In-N-Out yesterday 04-08-26. I've been coming to In-N-Out for decades. It's always been great. I always tell people that have never eaten here you have to try it, because they have the best burgers, and fries. Well not this time!! I was extremely disappointed! I ordered a double double, cheeseburger and a large order of fries. The quality was not like I've ever had. The buns were stale, and the all around freshness wasn't there. The fries were also not very good. They almost crumbled into potato powder. I sure hope this a one time occurrence, or I won't eat In-N-Out again. I'm not a fan of this location. There's only outdoor seating. You order outside at a window also. So in the winter's it's cold and in the summer it'll be really hot. No self serve drinks, they do it inside. The service seemed a lot slower than all the other locations. Seems like less people working also. There's two drive thru lanes, the left lane you would have to reach over the passenger side to get your order through the drive thru window. The wait for the drive thru is long also. I waited 20min for a double double animal style burger only. I talked to a few people from drive thru and they waited over 30-45min for their order. I ended up eating in my car because it was cold outside. I'm not sure who thought about this design, HORRIBLE idea in my opinion! I will NOT return to this location! read more

Why must they ruin the fries!?!! We had 2 free "Meal" vouchers because last time (different location) they F'd up the fries 3 times and the manager gave us some freebies. The manager at this location even asked what happened to get these and I told him the fries were the issue. He assured me they'd be great here. LIAR!!! The stupid girl in the back was dishing up fries WAY before the burgers were done. She had them lined up on the counter waiting for burgers to be done. Then she'd put a few "hot" fries on top and add a few more in the bags as they were serving them so people would try one and think they were ALL hot. This Downright Sinister and PURE EVIL!!. Literally 6 orders of fries sitting on the counter waiting for the burgers. They were there 2-3 minutes which in French fry land is like and hour of fried chicken sitting out. Shame on her and the management for probable telling her to do that. As soon as I tried my fries (from the bottom, not the "hot" fry on the top), I went to the counter and asked for fresh fries. The 2nd batch was much better. Sadly, there is only outdoor seating, so the wind basically ruined the fries in a few minutes. The burgers were excellent, so I'll give them that. But keep in mind this location (opened in Aug 2023) only has outdoor seating. They do have "misting machines" for the diners to cool things off in the heat. Luckily it was the evening, so we didn't have to deal with that mess either. Cold, Wet Fries? No thanks. This location features a double Drive-thru or a Walk-up window to place your order. Outside dining only. Plenty of parking available. We decided to drive into the left lane. I rolled down my window to place our order with the attendant standing outside on the passenger side of the car. She was very friendly! You might not believe me, but on the night of Sept 30th, it was FREEZING! Lol. The attendant heard me and said, there are heaters here! So, if you look up into the drive thru and in the outside dining area, there are heaters (and misters) camouflaged into the patio cover. Nice feature!! If you also find yourself on the left lane, the pick up window will be on the right side, so the passenger gets to pay the bill and grab the food! ;-) Customer service was great! Food was just as good as any other In-N-Out location, but I will say the fries were cooked perfectly and HOT! We drove around and sat in the car to eat. I imagine this location will be super busy during UNLV and Raiders game days, but it appears they have enough space to accommodate both the humans and vehicles! read more

Disappointed by Quality and Experience at My Favorite IN-N-OUT I picked up some sandwiches and fries from IN-N-OUT Las Vegas (3397 W Russell Rd) this morning (order #136), expecting the same top-notch quality I love. However, I was really let down this time. The lettuce in all burgers was barely present and looked wilted, which is not what I've come to expect from IN-N-OUT (see photo). The fries were too salty to enjoy, making the meal less satisfying overall. I never thought I'd be writing a critical review of my favorite burger spot, but this experience was not up to IN-N-OUT's usual standards.
