SkinnyFats is a great quick order restaurant. Staff is always friendly. Food is prepared quickly and is consistently tasty. They have great salads, burgers & bowls with one side of the menu being their Healthy lighter side and the other being Happy or more indulgent side. I am vegan and gluten free so I appreciate that allergens are noted. My go-to is the CauliFire (buffalo cauliflower) without the yogurt and the Stuff on Curry. The curry has great veggies and is very flavorful. This trip we also got a small side salad. For my plant friends they also have housemade juices, 2 of the salads can be modified vegan and they have Beyond Burgers available as a protein. I am sad that the Downtown Summerlin location closed but so glad I discovered this Dean Martinf location close to my new workspace. My friends and I love this place. It's really cute atmosphere is great. It's always busy there's inside and outside seating. It's very trendy. The food is amazing. The service is always great. I have not eaten a bad thing here never had bad service. It's always really clean the prices are reasonable considering how to see everything is the only thing I miss when I go. I ubered here from my hotel because the reviews were so good. Upon arrival (Saturday around 12pm) the place was pretty empty. A worker walked up to the register and just kind of stared at us. When he realized we weren't ready he walked away. After that a second employee came to the front and was much more welcoming. She greeted us and asked if we needed help with any menu questions. They have a good variety to choose from. I originally was going to go with a bowl, but at the last minute, saw the secret menu and changed to a buffalo chicken wrap, and it was terrible. The truffle fries on the inside were cold, and the chicken was mostly breading and overcooked. On the other hand, my bf got a bowl and it was very tasty. I ended up sharing his meal because after eating half of my sandwich, it just wasn't worth finishing. Loved the flavors and the rice in his bowl. I'd recommend this over the wrap any day. The banana pudding was ok. Heavy on the whip cream. It wasn't great, but it also wasn't bad. No crunchy cookies if that's what you're looking for but a decent amount of bananas. I think five dollars for the portion size is reasonable. I saw on another review that someone mentioned board games but I didn't see any. Maybe I just missed them. This is one of our favorite places to go in Las Vegas. It's worth traveling out of your hotel to go off the strip to this place. Or if you're driving, hit it on your way out of Vegas. As a dietitian foodie, I love how they have two sides to the menu - the skinny representing the healthier options and the FAT - the more indulgent treat foods. Even on my "cheat day" I still ordered off the skinny side because the options are so good! I love the avocado on whole-grain toast. I recommend to throw some egg on it! The soda pop here is a healthier version than your average Coke or Diet Pepsi pop machine using cane sugar and stevia in the diet soda. The service here is really helpful and friendly. They have changed some of their recipes and food portions but this SkinnyFATS delivered on a lot of different levels. When you walk in they have a cozy bar area attached on the right side with several tvs but not a lot of seating space. You have the option to order with a server or kiosk at the front. One of my all time favorites is the classic burger with sweet potatoes fries and a side of ranch. The burger was juicy with the right amount of crunch from the onions and fresh tomatoes. The star of the show however is their sweet potatoes fries. They are crisp, light, and have a rigged crunchy texture which makes them easy to devour! read more

After Covid hit I noticed the quality of the food had changed. My favorite dish used to be Tu-Nuts. The texture of the fish has changed once the brought the item back (this item was actually gone for over a year because it was "too expensive" during Covid) I have noticed the food here in general just changed. Maybe they switched vendors for a cheaper option? I came here for lunch on March 11th and I order the Caes the day wrap. It's a chicken Caesar salad wrap.. my wrap came to me and my tortilla was MOLDY! I immediately lost my appetite I showed the dish to the manager, I kid you not her eyes widened, and they threw the dish away. How did the visibly moldy tortilla wrap make it all the way to the customer?! They were very kind about the situation and asked if I wanted something else and to be honest I don't want anything else from here. I'm worried it might have mold on it. Always a great place to visit it has a wide variety of food and most importantly if you're feeling like you wanna be healthy they have half of a menu for that and if you feel like being an absolute glutton, they have a menu for that. Portions are generous and since it's kind of a fast casual place you just use a kiosk to order and sit and wait for your food. The staff have always been incredibly kind and courteous and the pricing in some place that is so competitive as Vegas is extremely fair location wise it's kind of been a weird back area, but that's not an issue at all. They do not mind you bringing over glasses of beer ordered from over there even though they do serve alcohol here as well. For me, I was focusing on the beer next door so the truffle fries and CauliFIRE - Cauliflower, buffalo sauce, pico cilantro yo was plenty enough.
