Bunch of people working there and maybe 10-12 tables along one side. So many choices to pick from, I got the Jose Mendoza which had green chilies and bacon and Jack cheese. It was a great burger especially with the added house sauce. The fries were cooked really well. Super crispy and flavorful, and I got two sauces. Nice big standalone hamburger joint with all kinds of combinations with names that match the ingredients such as classic, fun guy, Motley Que, peanut butter and pickle burger and meathead show some exciting menu ideas but the tastes didn't match the expectations! The onion rings had thick greasy batter and fried in much used oil with too hot temperature and wrong mix of batter that leaves lingering greasy taste. The fries were served thick but soggy. The hamburger was small and meager meat with combined soggy soulless premade chopped onions and not too fresh lettuce and tomato. The buns were ok. Overall solid three stars for the effort and creativity in the menu offering. I was hoping for thick freshly made hamburger patties with fresh whole raw onions and crispy fries. We came from out-of-state to visit family, so we checked this place out for the first time. We loved it! The food was delicious. Can't wait to go back when we visit again. My only complaint is that there isn't much table space or space for strollers. One of us had to stand and eat because of the lack of available chairs. Went there today. There was a long line, but expected since they just opened. Line seemed to move fairly quickly. We tried the Jose Mendoza, Classic, and Bender burgers. They were great! Jose Mendoza and Bender are both a bit spicy. We also had a basket of fries and tried peanut butter "sauce" and bomb sauce. Both sauces were good. The peanut butter sauce is thick. The bomb sauce is SPICY! Great flavor but pretty spicy. They do have a number of tables to sit at, but they're fairly small. You can sit 4 to a table at some of them but not all. It would be tricky if you have any more than 4 you'd need two tables and they won't be side by side. We will definitely go again! Can't wait to try their other burgers. read more

This is hands down one of my favorite burger places ever. I typically come in around 7pm and grab a burger and a drink, and it has never been short of a perfectly delightful experience. The food is always absolutely delicious, burgers cooked to perfection and fries are insane. The staff is what really makes the whole thing, though. I was hoping my update would maintain the stars, but not so much... Staff is still incredibly friendly and our food came out quicker this time, but the burgers are just OK. And I'm not sure what it is but there is a weird smell to the buns. Nothing is really super fresh or flavorful. I will say the fries are pretty good, but you do need to salt them. Nothing overly interesting with drinks either, fountain or draft. Pricewise, kids meals are $7-$8 and to get a burger with fries is about $15 give or take a few bucks depending on what you get. By the time you add in a tip (even though you're ordering at the counter and busing your own table), I'd much rather just plan for a few more minutes and go to Common Block. First off the meat is horribly over cooked. Second there was so much seasoning "salt" on my patty you know there's a shortage somewhere in the third world country. The fondue cheese sauce also contained an overdose of salt you couldn't even taste the type of cheese it was supposed to be. More of something does not always make things better. And overcooking the meat until it's ground shoe leather does not leave an enjoyable sensation in your mouth. If not for the water fountain being so close to my table I would have become dehydrated. This is a real shame since my family and I had great experiences at Killer Burger in WA as it's a repeat location when we visit the Portland area.
