I had a really frustrating experience at the drive-thru thanks to Jazmin. From the moment I pulled up, her attitude was cold and dismissive. She barely acknowledged me, rushed my order, and acted annoyed when I asked a simple question. Customer service should at least feel respectful, but this felt the opposite. It made the whole visit uncomfortable and honestly not worth coming back. I get that people have bad days, but taking it out on customers isn't okay. I hope management addresses this because it reflects poorly on the entire place. Definitely not the kind of service anyone expects. read more

I've been several locations all over the valley from the east side all the way to the west side and this location is always consistent. The food is always fresh and crispy , never greasy. I've had some soggy soft spicy chicken sandwiches where the chicken adheres to the bread. It's basically a steamed soft spicy chicken sandwich. But not here! The actual batter is spicy and the chicken is seasoned well. Better than Popeyes , it tastes good as is. This location makes the best food, they know how to cook :-) . My 4 year old gets the kid's meal and wants an extra side of nuggets because 5 isn't enough lol . Employees are very nice and always have a smile. Play area is really cute and clean. Great restaurant! Got to go to a special kids event for Valentines day, had a great time! The staff did a great job making it special for the kids, including an ice cream station, the cow (who was a big hit) and the coloring stations! Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants due to the chicken nuggets. I like how they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They're always good when they're hot. I usually get the waffle fries with my meal. I have found recently though that the waffle fries has the skin still on the potato. I'm not much of a fan of having the skin left on my fries. The waffle fries usually come out hot and crispy as well, which I like. The restaurant is really fast at getting orders out and they have someone with a iPad to help with speeding up the line when there are a lot of people. I do miss the dress as a cow day, which was a lot of fun. When they had dress as a cow day, the lines would be really long, but they still were able to get through the orders quite fast. They have a lot of different sauces and I think my favorite is probably the buffalo sauce. I used to like the ranch sauce, but not as much anymore. The Chick-fil-A special sauce is also interesting and I like it as well. read more

Really consistent! I don't go to Chick-Fil-A often but this location hasn't let me down yet. It's always clean inside and I appreciate the real flowers on each table. Service is fast and friendly and it's way less chaotic in the dining area as the drive through is def popping. Still really fast compared to other places though! (Looking at you Popeyes) Have to say I'm pretty impressed Chick Fil A is still consistently good as it's a testament to their quality control and values. Manager was horrible trying to accommodate myself and my friend this morning when they canceled our breakfast order. Finally offered to give me a free meal for lunch. But when I asked why my friend couldn't get one she said one per order. While it was a $22 breakfast order not including the free entree I used, and clearly enough food for two people. Who doesn't love CFA? Gluten free options, kid friendly, salads, and unbeatable nuggets! I LOVE the Lite Lemonade. Been known to order a gallon all for myself. :-) CFA is the picture of efficiency, plus the employees all seem happy to be there. Hands down the best fast-food out there. Not sure they use the same ounces of chicken as other locations- seems like they cut the chicken in half. Very thin and unfulfilling. They also would not give me a side of lettuce and tomato, so I asked to put it on the sandwich then. Trying to give the order while moving up the whole time- the guy repeats order and I shrug as I didn't hear him as he spoke too fast- move up to another guy who heard him and he apologizes and offers to repeat it back slower, he went even faster- Get to the window and I tell him no way our order is ready as we just put it in. I'm going to let my photo speak for itself. Photo taken today from my kale lemon salad... I went through the drive thru but Of course had to go park and go inside to retrieve the sauces I asked for that were not in the bag for the other things i ordered. I wonder why they even ask what sauces you want when you order if they aren't gonna ever give it to you without you asking for it again at the window? I don't like to hold up the drive thru line out of courtesy so I usually pull over in the parking lot to make sure my order is correct and everything is present. It is evident Jay loves his job and he cares about the customers. I have been frequenting Chik-fil-a frequently the last few months (late bloomer, I know) and had no idea there is an app that I could earn points on. In addition, I also had no idea they serve diet strawberry lemonade. I found all this out tonight because of Jay. In the time of social distancing and constantly getting food to go, sometimes a morning trip to the Chick-fil-A drive thru is a necessity to make it feel like life is back to normal. Great thing about Chick-fil-A is the service is always on point. On top of that, when it comes to their chicken biscuit sandwiches, they are unmatched! This combination is top notch. Drizzle a honey packet on the biscuit AND chicken, dip it onto the Chick-fil-A sauce and you'll never eat a chicken biscuit sandwich any different way lol. So I order at 10:32 after waiting for 5 minutes and they say they r out he said he'll check in the back. Asks them said there's nothing. My girlfriend ordered these with a side of waffle fries, two Chick-fil-A sauces and ketchup. She graciously let me steal a couple fries, so I added a spicy sriracha sauce to the mix. Having formerly gotten this meal on an almost-regular basis, I do recommend it as savory and satisfying. By all means get the 4-piece if your appetite demands it; just make sure you don't get gypped with a meager cube of a chicken strip as your fourth piece. | Cobb Salad | As with any fast food joint, let us wish a collective "Godspeed" to those who attempt healthy eating, like my good self. Truthfully, the salad is a fine, healthful choice. It's just a mix with some chicken nuggets (albeit the breaded ones; would've been better off ordering them grilled), grape tomatoes, corn, bacon, and a boiled egg. Not bad at all. Things get dicey if you choose to add the delicious avocado-lime vinaigrette, which would add 300 calories to the 550-calorie salad. Dress your salad responsibly, folks.
