    Getting the usual

My favorite fast food overall 2025 edition! I have been eating this food for years and my go to food gets better each visit. This is my favorite location yet. Please respect the land and enjoy. - Sergio

Crispy crispy perfectly seasoned waffle fries

I've been several locations all over the valley from the east side all the way to the west side and this location is always consistent. The food is always fresh and crispy , never greasy. I've had some soggy soft spicy chicken sandwiches where the chicken adheres to the bread. It's basically a steamed soft spicy chicken sandwich. But not here! The actual batter is spicy and the chicken is seasoned well. Better than Popeyes , it tastes good as is. This location makes the best food, they know how to cook :-) . My 4 year old gets the kid's meal and wants an extra side of nuggets because 5 isn't enough lol . Employees are very nice and always have a smile. Play area is really cute and clean. Great service and food all around.

Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite restaurants due to the chicken nuggets. I like how they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They're always good when they're hot. I usually get the waffle fries with my meal. I have found recently though that the waffle fries has the skin still on the potato. I'm not much of a fan of having the skin left on my fries. The waffle fries usually come out hot and crispy as well, which I like. The restaurant is really fast at getting orders out and they have someone with a iPad to help with speeding up the line when there are a lot of people. I do miss the dress as a cow day, which was a lot of fun. When they had dress as a cow day, the lines would be really long, but they still were able to get through the orders quite fast. They have a lot of different sauces and I think my favorite is probably the buffalo sauce. I used to like the ranch sauce, but not as much anymore. The Chick-fil-A special sauce is also interesting and I like it as well.

Grilled chicken sandwich- Very thinly sliced chicken

Not sure they use the same ounces of chicken as other locations- seems like they cut the chicken in half. Very thin and unfulfilling. They also would not give me a side of lettuce and tomato, so I asked to put it on the sandwich then. Trying to give the order while moving up the whole time- the guy repeats order and I shrug as I didn't hear him as he spoke too fast- move up to another guy who heard him and he apologizes and offers to repeat it back slower, he went even faster- Get to the window and I tell him no way our order is ready as we just put it in. We pull around and wait- they forgot our sauce and nuggets weren't in the bag (yes we paid for them). Slow down!!!! Its ok to slow down!

Kale lemon salad with breaded chicken

I'm going to let my photo speak for itself. Photo taken today from my kale lemon salad... I went through the drive thru but Of course had to go park and go inside to retrieve the sauces I asked for that were not in the bag for the other things i ordered. I wonder why they even ask what sauces you want when you order if they aren't gonna ever give it to you without you asking for it again at the window? I don't like to hold up the drive thru line out of courtesy so I usually pull over in the parking lot to make sure my order is correct and everything is present. But hey, at least I didn't get all the way home without my sauces and well, the lettuce in my salad, perhaps that wilted greenery was a one time ordeal -- let's pause this review and give chicfila a chance to redeem themselves on my next visit. Update to come. Update: 22 days Later, they discontinued the salad Now that wilted salad doesn't look so bad after all!!! Omg, I can't believe this, I knew it was seasonal but it's still the same season as it was 22 days ago wth! Stop this madness, I can not deal.

They noticed that I had accidentally overpaid and came to me to issue a refund, without me even realizing it! They still made my exact same meal with no issues at all. That level of honesty and care is rare. To make the experience even more special, it was my son's birthday. The manager noticed he had a Super Mario plushie and went out of their way to bring him crayons and coloring paper featuring the same character. It completely made my son's day Great food, kind and attentive staff, and genuine care for their customers. Fly Bye doesn't just serve incredible pizza and wings, they deliver the best customer service ever. I have never had such great experience in a restaurant to the point I can't wait to go home and write this review!!! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Tried Fly Bye on Camelback and I'll just say it: this was a classic "great deal, a couple tweaks…read moreaway from greatness" situation. I called in my order at 11:20am and got quoted 25-30 minutes for the lunch special. It was ready right around that window, which immediately put me in a good mood because nothing ruins lunch faster than staring at a pickup counter like it owes you money. The guy behind the counter was friendly and even tossed in a sample of 'copy cane' sauce for me to try on my sandwich. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni pizza slice + Caesar salad, no drink) and added the chicken sandwich with fries. (Fries were only $1 add on!) Starting with the chicken, flavor was solid. Chicken was seasoned and the hoagie was legit. But the lettuce comes ranch-tossed like it's training for a swimming event. It tastes good but if you wait too long to eat it, the bread starts turning into a sponge and the sandwich becomes more "salad in loaf form." The Cane's-clone sauce was 100% needed--once I added it, everything clicked. Now the fries were cooked well done, crispy, and exactly the texture I like. They were just a touch dry, so ketchup wasn't a suggestion--it was a requirement. With ketchup, they're great. The real value winner was the pizza + ceasar. The slice is big and absolutely worth the $10 on size alone. Also: A+ pepperoni choice. They use those small cupping pepperonis (Grimaldi's style) instead of the big greasy ones, and I respect that decision deeply. Only downside: the center was slightly undercooked--that gooey middle happened on a few bites, and I'm not a "wet pizza" person. The salad was fresh and the dressing had great flavor and depth, the croutons felt home made and the whole situation, even portion size, was enjoyable. Would I come back? Yeah. I'd give it another shot because the bones are good and the price is right. Next time I'm ordering the sandwich no tomato and no ranch-tossed lettuce, so I can control the sauce per bite instead of letting it control me. Also worth noting: I signed up for their rewards program and got $10 off, bringing my total to $15--which made this whole lunch feel like a small financial victory with gas at $5 a gallon!

Sneakybird wings are GAS, but everything else SUCKS. You order 8 wings which come with fresh veggies (celery/carrots) and they give you ONE OUNCE of ranch to dip. ONE OUNCE wouldn't even be enough for the veggies, Nevermind the wings.. Whoever is in charge of these restaurants eats wings with a fork and knife or is simply an idiot. Sure you can get more ranch but it's literally a dollar an ounce (and the cup isn't even full) so you're paying over $128 a gallon for ranch dressing. They're literally making a 10x profit on ranch it's absolutely insane. Before you realize think that the Hormuz strait is causing a ranch uproar, you'll walk inside one of these places and be forced to go order at the counter. Then you'll wait 20+ minutes sitting there wasting time. Sneakybird is missing the point of a restaurant, give me servers, give me drink options, try to offer me anything delicious while I sit there for 20 minutes and take my money. If you're not going to be a real restaurant then just skip the rent and go ghost kitchen. MAYBE if they learned the business model of a restaurant they wouldn't need to 10x us on ranch dressing. Every other wing place SUCKS in PHX, ATL will steal your CC number, Zipps gets raided by ICE before your food comes out and everyone else gets the wings from Sodexo. Sneakybird has potential but whoever is making decisions is an idiot and needs to hand the reigns over to literally ChatGPT or anyone else. Abysmal business model, leaving so much on the table.

It looks like they want you to use a big kiosk to order, and I started to do that, but didn't see any way to do "easy sauce" on my sandwich so I ended up asking one of the real employees if they could help me, which they did. After ordering, my name was on a screen with approximate wait time for my food. Something like 8 minutes, so... maybe not the fastest food, but at least it's prepared to order. The grilled chicken caesar sandwich I ordered was tasty enough and the strawberry lemonade was nice and tart. While I was waiting for my food, another customer called out to me and loudly made sure I knew the restaurant was offering a free milkshake if I wrote them a 5 star review on Google. It made me question the star rating I'd seen before coming in. In the end, my chicken sandwich was good. Not the best I've ever had, but nothing wrong with it, and good taste.
