Been dieting for a good min now so today's my cheat day and what better place to go then to CANES! Came to their Dobson and Rio Salado location in Mesa. Line was long for the drive thru as expected because it's dinner time. But it moved swiftly. Got to the payment window and they have the best employee there, she said her name is La'mari, she greeted with a smile and positive energy. Made waiting in line no so bad because I know that they're busy. Got home, got my food ready to eat and it's cooked fresh and looks so delicious! I highly recommend this location. The food came out hot and fresh even when it was a busy Sunday afternoon. I usually order the "naked" tenders and sometimes they take a little longer to cook, but these came out fast! How can you not love Raising Cane's?! There is something to be said about the consistency of the product they deliver. You always know what you're going to get (chicken tenders, crinkle fries and toast... honestly, who eats the coleslaw?). The restaurant is always clean and the staff are friendly. And the disco ball definitely liven the place up a bit as well. The prices have definitely increase over the years and are starting to get ridiculous but nothing is cheap anymore. Just have to make Raising Cane's an occasional treat instead of a weekly staple. read more

Raising Cane is everywhere and I like them a lot. I am glad that they are opening more stores. They are usually packed and their drive through is no joke. Hopefully with all these news opening the lines will go down and service will be faster. Even so, they are quite fast with their customer service helping take people's orders and serving the food even when they're busy. Although I have had to wait a little bit when they get really slammed with customers. I think that their French fries are usually very good. I like them as they are - they are thin. However, when they get cold our room temperature they aren't as great. They are optimal when hot. Most food is similar. It is the same with the chicken fingers. The chicken fingers are great when hot and not so great when cold. The drive through line is crazy, just as with other stores. I often see a long line of cars waiting. They have sodas, lemonade, tea and sweet tea. read more

I've been to plenty of fast food places, multiple times a week since my boyfriend loves it. We stopped by this canes before we went into bass pro, and the ENERGY was so good. Everyone was so sweet, the manager (I think) was walking around and asking if anyone needed anything & taking people's trash while the other workers were giving little kids a cute toy & wiping tables right after people left. If I could give this a zero star, I so would the nighttime manager named Adrian, which looks to be young is very rude. Try to pick a argument in front of his employees because he messed up an order after I showed him the phone to confirm the order and he still managed to screw it up and had the audacity to give me attitude and be so disrespectful telling me it wasn't his job. I asked for a manager he said he was the manager so I had to talk to him. I told him that he had a very poor behavior, and I wanted to speak to someone higher up above. After he messed up the order and I told the other cashier about the manager messing up the order that employee apologize and told me to keep that food, and that they would remake it. Then the manager came, tried to argue with me again, and then requested the food back when the other employee told me to keep it and take it to my customers, and they would redo their food again. This is not the first time this happens they have a very poor customer service starting with the manager. I don't know how they expect to have a great leader with such poor behavior!!! I got a 3 finger combo at this location and was given a very small chicken finger that was mainly batter and was about 1/3 the size of the regular ones. Might have been caught at the bottom of the fryer or something I'm unsure but, it was barely a chicken tender The fries were also extremely underdone, soggy, and unsalted. I assume that they may have been taken out of the fryer early or has been left sitting out. Kind of a bummer for $12 worth of takeout to get 2 chicken fingers and not edible fries. Food is pretty good, service was spot on and very efficient. Great qualities for a fast food joint. Favorite part of this establishment was the actual building it self. Lighting was great, decor was quaint and fun. I do wonder if the patio was/is dog friendly.... love that we have a Canes in walking distance now. read more

I've had different experiences at this canes, I went in today and the lady taking my order at the drive thru was kinda rude and messed it up!
