Our server was friendly and helpful, answering questions and providing recommendations. We ordered a couple of Mother Road IPAs to accompany our meal. The beers arrived after a few minutes. Place is pretty neat but wasn't anything special. That said, I love their focus on burgers and all the different kinds they offer. I'm sure I'd find one I loved if I came back. The PB&J burger was disappointing. This is their flagship burger and I didn't think it was very good. You barely taste any PB or J, if at all, and it's just a plain burger with an oozing mess. Would love a stronger PB&J flavor on this one. The inside is fine, nothing out of the ordinary, but I must say our server was fantastic. The menu had a great variety and the bartender who also was our waitress knew what to suggest, asked a number of questions and helped my friend who was gluten free make sure she was safe and satisfied. I had Mac & Cheese which was tasty but felt like it was missing something so we went in the back and got me bacon crumples and that made it perfect. The only issue we had was that it is cooled by fans, no air conditioning and that day was 110 degrees. Everyone there seemed to be ok with it but we were a little uncomfortable. Best burgers in Old Town! Rehab is delicious. The menu is a nice size a good variety of options. Traditional bar food type spot with some classic twists of their own. You gotta come here for their burgers. So many options! And they're large. They do not skimp of the size here. My favorites include the Spicy Mac and Cheese, Bacon Bleu, and the Mac Gnarly burgers. Only complaint is that you have to order the sides separately. They don't come with the entrees. Good selection of cocktails and beers as well. Definitely gives the 'dive bar' feel to it! Located in Old Town Scottsdale, Rehab Burger Therapy is the perfect place to come hang loose before or after a spring training baseball game. The restaurant bar is overflowing with all sorts of decor, from surfboards to license plates to bicycles, and the vibe is quite lively. We walked in on a Saturday around lunch time and were told it would be a 25 minute wait if we wanted a table, but the bar was open seating. Luckily we were able to find seats at the bar and order food right away. Bar tender/server was very sweet despite the bustling crowd. - Philly cheese fries: pretty good, exactly how you would think it should taste. - Rehab Spicy Mac & Cheese burger: overflowing with mac & cheese that looked really heavy, but actually wasn't overwhelmingly cheesy. The burger itself was well cooked but a little basic besides the Mac; it also wasn't spicy at all in my opinion. - Rehab Hangover burger: the better burger of the two we ordered. Updating my review here but keeping it at three stars. I just remain ambivalent. The atmosphere is great: beach themed, tiki ambience with laid back servers. The servers check in at all the right times though. I tried the Hawaiian Burger this time and just found everything about it to be very average. The ham and pineapple were both a little tough and the burger was a bit overcooked. My husband and I split a half order of chili cheese fries and those were okay. You'd expect perhaps a bigger portion for the price point. Rehab probably just isn't a place that's going to make it on to our list of restaurants to revisit. read more

We just went to Rehab Burger Therapy for their Butter Bacon Burger weekend special, and WOW--it was absolutely amazing! The food here is always excellent, and their burgers are consistently cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. We especially love trying their weekend burger specials--they never disappoint! We've been coming to Rehab Burger many times over the years, and it's always been a favorite of ours. We especially enjoyed sitting at the bar and talking with Aaron. He was such a genuinely kind and wonderful man, and we were so saddened to hear of his unexpected passing. It was really nice to see Denise and have a chance to talk with her. The pink lemonade was on point, as the weather really is starting to creep up on us out here in AZ. During my second visit, I ordered a blueberry lemonade and it was even more delicious and refreshing! I didn't order any food my second time since my mom ordered 3 things: the Mushroom & Swiss Burger, Calamari, and the Chicken Caesar Salad. The menu was extensive, almost overwhelming! Maybe it's fortunate I don't eat beef so I zero'ed in on the chicken or veggie options (although I believe they will substitute the patty of any beef burger). I went with the Cajun Chicken Burger menu item that came topped with pepper jack, lettuce, tomato, sprouts, and I left off the avocado. I went with the wheat bun and spread a little mayo on it. I was excited for a true chicken burger, made from white meat ground chicken, instead of just a chicken breast sandwich (yawn), so I thank them for offering. But, at first bite, the impression was holy SALT and that stuck with me. The burger was rather large, but on this occasion I was pretty hungry and I was able to finish it. It filled me up but not too much, no sides needed. Our server was really great and did not seem to mind at all all the customizations the menu allowed for. Even when the bun was specified by the menu she asked each of the 4 of us at the table when ordering what type of bun we wanted. Same with ketchup/mustard/mayo. Honestly, the the saltiness of the burger alone would keep me from returning. But if they'd cut that by at least 50% I'd be happy to eat at this place again. I was astonished by how soft the pretzel bun was. The sweet potato tots work well with marshmallow fluff for a sweet treat. The calamari was a definite skip, because it didn't haven't much of a calamari taste and actually somehow tasted like a mozzarella stick with the marinara sauce.
