First walking in a staff memory stood & held the door open for me ,thank you! Ruben the friendly ,energetic, & knowledgeable staff member taking my order taught me a totally new way to order my burger . I didn't want the animal style sauce but do like . I was going to order a hamburger with extra grilled onions. lettuce ,tomato ketchup & mustard . He said animal style is also grilled with mustard in it this I did not know . Ruben suggested just ordering a hamburger animal style with no sause , much easier to order. Ruben even brought out the burger to my stool , thank you . In-N-out is asking if you want to round off your change to support the unhoused ,see attached photos about this mission from the tray paper liner . Love this location for a quick meal. I absolutely love the fries. For years I would get a regular burger until I discovered that a double burger is a much better meat to bun ratio. Last night I got a double single burger and omg it's even better. The only complaint I have about this location is I wish they cleaned their indoor and outdoor tables better. It has been about five years since my last review so an update is in order. It is hard to believe that my wife chose here rather than Vivace for our anniversary dinner but she does enjoy her burgers. We have been here dozens of times since my previous review and they deserve to get back a fourth star. The simple menu makes the choice easy. Hard to beat the No. 1 combo with added onions and chili. With the lettuce, tomato, cheese and the double patty (skinny but what the hell) the burger is a mouthful. Fries were good as usual and soda refills at hand... what more could you ask for. I used to be a regular at this In-N-Out, but after how I was treated, I'm never coming back. There's a security guard at this location who could nstantly singles me out. Multiple times now, he's come up to me just to question me about using a water cup -- as if I'm doing something wrong. I buy my drinks somewhere else, and I pour it into the water cup In-N-Out provides. I do this because their prices don't fit my budget -- simple as that. I'm not stealing anything. I'm just using a cup they give out for free. Still, this guard keeps targeting me like I'm a problem. And during the most recent incident, other customers started recording me -- and I'm a minor. It was humiliating, inappropriate, and completely unnecessary. I went inside to speak with an employee (wearing an apron that said she's been there since 2009), and she acted like it was all a joke. Gave me a fake smile and said, "Okay, I'm sooo sorry," in a dry, sarcastic tone. When I responded with "Yeah," she said the same thing again, still smiling like it was funny, then ended the conversation with, "Have a good night, bye." Not only did I feel disrespected and embarrassed, I also felt like I wasn't taken seriously -- even as a minor being recorded in public and targeted by security. I'm slow on the off-menu lingo so still struggling with ordering, but the crew is patient and helpful. This place is always clean, including the restrooms. Sure, the food may be good but the wait times in the drive-through are absolutely ridiculous. I can even see through the windows that the workers are just moving at such as slow pace, there's like no urgency or rushing. They're just taking their sweet time. Someone needs to retrain these workers on customer service and making sure that the drive-through is getting priority. read more

Burgers are fresh and satisfying. I've never waited so long for a simple burger. It was 11am and not all that busy. Surprising wait time when the menu is three types of burgers. That's it! Went in for lunch. Was immediately greeted by Angelo and Kristi. Kristi took our order with ease. Angelo made many rounds in the dining room throughout our stay always smiling and being attentive. Food came out and was really good. Ice tea tasted fresh. Restrooms were clean. So overall a very good meal. Will we go back. Yes of course we will! On the cross country drive from California to Louisiana in fall 2021, the last chance to try In-N-Out Burger appears to be in Tucson. I had to pass up on two In-and-Outs that had pick-up lines out to the street, in the same (and inexplicable) manner of a certain chicken sandwich place I'll refer to only as "Not Popeye's". Does this place live up to the hype it and popularity enjoyed in Southern California. Yes. In-and-Out sells and excellent burger. The fries are fresh cut right there in front of you behind the counter with a fascinating, medieval-looking tool. The fries themselves take a little getting used to in that they are much less greasy and a little denser than fries from most other fast food places. The burger is well cooked and has very fresh ingredients. The bun the least remarkable element in that it's just a plain white disc with no character other than to hold the burger together. Notwithstanding the bun, the ensemble of meat and toppings that works very well. The shakes are made with real ice cream. They don't taste appreciably different from other fast food shakes, but shakes are a high-art of American fast food and I-n-O's are no exception. The kitchen staff is busy busy busy, with a lot of moving parts and people. It took me about 10 minutes to get my in-store order, but given the line of cars outside wrapping around a quarter-mile or so of parking lot, I can understand prioritizing the car line. (This appreciation is especially true as COVID takes another turn for the worse and drive-thru becomes default for more people). They did appear to be moving the cars through pretty quickly, which is an accomplishment for food that's being prepared and assembled fresh to order. Ordering is a simple. It's not a complicated menu but keep in mind there are some extra "secret" things you can ask for if you check the website. Four and a half-stars, but I can't really give that so the near perfection of the burger. When I caught myself in a reflection I was reminded of Samuel L. Jackson in Pulp Fiction devouring a burger that looked pretty close to this one. "That's a good burger." read more

This is a chain establishment and I don't know that a complete review is useful. I went there yesterday to grab a quick burger before making a donation at the blood bank. It was quite busy, as it was lunchtime, but the folks behind the register were efficient and friendly. I ordered a single cheeseburger with no onions and extra pickles to go. Burger was hot and pickles were cool and crisp. Bun had a crunchiness to it that I hadn't experienced before- not sure whether stale or toasted but pleasant either way. The reason I am only giving them 2 stars is because fewer than 50% of the employees were masked. We are in pandemic times people! Now I know that there is actually no good data about transmission through food, so that didn't bother me, but I would have hoped that a business with such a high level of customer contact would be more careful. Boy did I miss In n Out! For two years we waited for Colorado to.get theirs and sadly we moved . The great part is we're back in AZ and jumped at the opportunity to feast here again. In-N-Out is great, as usual. I came here to get a cheeseburger with grilled whole onion and chili peppers as well as an order of fries, and it was fresh and delicious, as expected. I went inside to order as the drive-through line was a bit long, and there were covid safety measures inside such as the panels separating the cashier / food handlers and the customers. Would have loved to rate them a 5 star but customer service was very lacking today. This was my first time at an In N Out Burger. Burgers were great and wonderful. Moist and cooked perfectly and melt in your mouth goodness. Fries were outstanding. The main issue sadly to say is the lack of customer service. Order could of got lost they said amazing 10 Orders after ours made it out with out getting lost. Aaron the manager did not give me a warm and fuzzy when I went up the second time.
