First walking in a staff memory stood & held the door open for me ,thank you! Ruben the friendly ,energetic, & knowledgeable staff member taking my order taught me a totally new way to order my burger . I didn't want the animal style sauce but do like . I was going to order a hamburger with extra grilled onions. lettuce ,tomato ketchup & mustard . He said animal style is also grilled with mustard in it this I did not know . Ruben suggested just ordering a hamburger animal style with no sause , much easier to order. Ruben even brought out the burger to my stool , thank you . In-N-out is asking if you want to round off your change to support the unhoused ,see attached photos about this mission from the tray paper liner . I haven't been eating much red meat , but was ctaa burger so i stopped this early afternoon . The service with Ruben & staff was most helpful , courteous , & friendly making it an enjoyable lunch experience .

    Double single with onions

Love this location for a quick meal. I absolutely love the fries. For years I would get a regular burger until I discovered that a double burger is a much better meat to bun ratio. Last night I got a double single burger and omg it's even better. The only complaint I have about this location is I wish they cleaned their indoor and outdoor tables better. Clean the seats too please because some people are pigs. On the bright side you are always greeted by a smiling face and great service

If there's one fast-food burger I swear by, it's the Double-Double from In-N-Out. No gimmicks, no unnecessary frills--just pure, unadulterated burger perfection. The patties are fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right, with that perfect sear. The cheese melts beautifully, and the crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and spread tie everything together in a way no other chain can replicate. The best part? It's always made to order, never sitting under a heat lamp. And don't even get me started on the Animal Style option--grilled onions and extra sauce take an already perfect burger to another level. Paired with fresh-cut fries and a thick, creamy shake, and you've got a meal that beats any fast-food competitor, hands down. Fast service, friendly staff, and a menu that proves simplicity is key. If you haven't had a Double-Double, you're missing out. If you have, you know exactly why it's the only fast-food burger I eat.

Busy like every In-N-Out. Yet, still delicious. Reasonably priced. Ordered simply and had a great experience. Keep in mind this will not be a fast experience because it is incredibly busy.

4 stars for being hot and fresh, but not much else special about In N Out. The drive thru lines are always ridiculously long, and although they try to move quickly, there's no getting around a bit of a wait when there are 12 orders ahead of you in line. In car dining features a disposable cardboard box. Meat was clean, but was soft. Fries were still shiny from fresh frying, but almost no salt.

So nice that it is so customizable. People think that you can't eat healthy at in and out. You just have to know what to order. It is so affordable and fills me up. Also the employees are fast and nice and seem happy to help you. I get a protien style burger mustard fried with pickles, no spread, and fries well done. its the best order. I'm not a mayo fan so I don't like the spread.

Another Keto pit stop! I get the double double carnivore less the sauce and tomato, add grilled sliced onion on top and bottom, wrapped in lettuce. No blood sugar spike! I'm slow on the off-menu lingo so still struggling with ordering, but the crew is patient and helpful. This place is always clean, including the restrooms. Also open late for those late nights at work and need something fast food healthy in the way home.

In-N-Out at Kolb and Broadway. Tasty burger, tasty cheese burger, fries and a shake. Of note, what stood out at this specific location? Customer service was excellent and the fries were heavenly. Crispy. Not normally a fan of thier fries (when compared to shake shack, Arby's curly fries, etc.) These fries were golden and wonderful. Why 4 and not 5 stars....room to grow.

In addition to the usual toppings, lettuce, red onion, tomato, and Graze sauce, I added grilled jalapeños, spicy mustard and cheddar cheese. I neglected to see ketchup on their toppings list due to order anxiety, but my burger and fries were so good, I didn't need it. The burger and toppings weren't overly juicy and the brioche bun didn't get soggy. I was really surprised how well the paper wrapping stayed intact and I didn't have to deal with any messiness. The fries were also really good. They remind me of fresh McD fries - the outside hot, crispy, and lightly salted and soft on the inside. I should have tried the seasonal shake which is peanut butter, because Graze's shakes look good and I'm a peanut butter fan. Hopefully, my next visit will be soon and I'll grab this shake then. Graze burgers are super good and am not sure why there aren't more than two locations.

Every bite is savory, fresh, and somehow still clean. How is it indulgent and light at the same time? The burger is stacked perfectly, juicy without falling apart, and those sweet pot tots? Crispy outside, soft inside, and dangerously addictive. If you want something that feels indulgent but doesn't leave you in a food coma, this is it. 10/10. Always coming back - staff is welcoming and polite , I love. ALSO they have curry ketchup! It's just a must try and if you're a sweet tooth- the chocolate milkshake is killer. Provecho!

They also have outdoor seating with heat lamps when it's cold. Their burgers are delicious and I highly recommend their garlic fries! They offer smash burger patties, so just be aware if you're looking for thicker patties. Their chocolate milkshake does not taste gritty and tastes like the real deal! There are large screen TVs at the bar area, perfect for watching sports games. If you're in the area and wanting a burger, definitely check this place out!

I wish I had better things to say, but today's visit to Truland felt a bit underwhelming overall…read more We chose Truland since it's the closer option to Oro Valley compared to Graze. Our waiter was kind, but the service was a bit inconsistent throughout the meal. The outdoor seating is a nice option, especially on a beautiful evening, though the cushions could definitely use some refreshing and cleaning. Now, food-wise, it was a mixed experience. My husband ordered the Baja Shrimp Sandwich, which felt more like an appetizer than a full entrée. I had a salad with added salmon--it was fresh and well-prepared, and the salmon itself was cooked perfectly, but the portion of salmon was tiny and didn't feel worth the added cost. My teenager enjoyed the Early Riser burger with a side salad. The truffle fries were solid, but the side salad felt overpriced for what it was. Overall, the experience just didn't quite match the price point. I really wanted to like it more, and it's honestly surprising to me that, with the same ownership as Graze, the experience felt so different.

I ordered a small combo plate of ribs and sliced brisket (sliced with the grain and not cross it as it should have been) and my sides were greens and coleslaw. I did not see the sign that said all of their meats were sauced, but if I saw it, I would not have had them put sauce on anything. As someone who smokes a lot of food, when I taste meat, I want to taste the meat and the seasoning and the smoke itself. The ribs and brisket were very tender, but all I could taste was the vinegar in the barbecue sauce. It completely ruins the meal for me because if I wanted to drink barbecue sauce, I would've asked them for a side of it with a straw. I did not taste the meat, I did not taste the seasoning, I did not taste the smoke. I also believe that if a pitmaster floods their product with barbecue sauce, they are hiding something. So I can't tell you anything about the meats other than everything tasted like barbecue sauce. For the side dishes, I got the coleslaw which was tasty and the greens. You can see the picture I took after I finished the greens and it looked like I had a cup of soup. I don't know why they wouldn't drain the water out of the greens. Since I was the only one in the restaurant, I was also surprised that nobody came up to me and asked me how the food was. They were all busy on their phones or talking to each other than to check with one of their paying customers if they were enjoying their food. The place itself, physically, I liked because it was a hole in the wall type atmosphere. I don't think I would've chosen contemporary hip-hop for my guests to hear. So that's it, I'm giving it two stars only because the tenderness of the meat, but definitely not because of any other flavoring I tasted. I also felt it was extremely overpriced for the portion size. I tried it, now I can write a review and know that I will never go back again.
