Whenever I'm in Vegas, people always ask if I've had a burger at In N Out Burger. Well, I'm not a meat eater, but that doesn't mean I can't still visit! In and Out Burger is one of the busiest fast food spots I've ever seen out west, and it's definitely worth checking out. The inside has that classic 1950s diner feel. The menu is pretty simple, which is probably why it's called In N Out. You can only get a hamburger and fries, so it's easy to decide what to order. But if you're not a fan of meat, there's a "not so secret menu" where you can get a pattyless sandwich (like a grilled cheese). The wait times can be a bit long, which kind of defeats the whole In and Out idea for me. My friend and I waited about 10 minutes for our food. But the wait was worth it. Even though there aren't many food options and the wait times can be a bit of a drag, I still love going to In N Out Burger whenever I'm in Vegas. read more

In N Out, that's what a hamburgers all about. This is the best hamburger chain hands down, period. I love In N Out. Their prices are reasonable, the food is always delicious and the staff is always happy and friendly. Ordered a double combo and a drink. Served up hot, fresh and delicious. Of all the In-N-Out locations around Vegas, I'm glad this one is our closest & regular one. Sometimes it gets a little crowded, but it's never overly chaotic. As per all In-N-Out locations, employees are very friendly. This location is always super clean and well stocked with condiments & napkins. I also just like the layout of this one, both the inside seating and the overall parking lot/drive-thru area. I will note the drive-thru flow isn't ideal, but it's definitely not nearly as bad as most of the other locations. The food is consistently good. Can't go wrong with a juicy & perfectly cooked double double, some hot fries, and a soda (or a milkshake if you're feeling indulgent). Prices have also remained reasonable while everyone else seems to be increasing theirs. Awesome that my husband and I can still go for under $20 and leave happily full. What makes this In-N-Out Burger unique is that it is right off a biking and hiking trail. This uniqueness has led me into this eatery not from a drive thru or parking lot, but from a hike along the adjacent St. Rose Parkway Trail which bridges The M Resort to the Henderson Trail System. It sits by Mile Marker Two which is in the shadow of St. Rose Square. To me In N Out is not about "animal style." It is about "customer friendly" style. Just like my past visits to this location and other In N Out Burgers, the service is fast and friendly. In an era where certain competitors along the St. Rose Parkway Trail have drastically raised their prices and shrunk their products, the #2 cheeseburger combo is less than $10 where the cheeseburger and fries have remained the same size. The cheeseburger and fries are flavorful. They are made fresh right in front of me in an open kitchen. To me, being able to witness the preparation of my food ties into the "customer friendly" style. My visits have been on weekday afternoons. During this time it was steadily busy. There was no problem finding a table and there was a relatively short wait time for them to call my order number. I am impressed with the St. Rose Parkway In N Out Burger, just like I am with the numerous locations that I have been to. Being right off a hiking and biking trail adds another dimension to In N Out Burger. We love In N Out, with and without the kids. This location made me a bit anxious. There was a security guard at the door and these punk teenagers came in after us swearing and hollering throughout the entire restaurant. The service was quick and great, the food was tasty. I stopped by after a lash appointment in the same shopping plaza. The line for drive thru was wrapped around into the street parking. I decided to park and walk in. Highly recommend walking in. There were barely any people inside at 7pm. I was able to go straight to the cashier and order. Then they called my number within 5 minutes. I have never received faster service at an in-n-out. We asked for the Roadkill fries (animal fries with chopped hamburger on top) which they couldn't do but they were really nice about it. Instead, they charged us separately for the components that made up the roadkill fries. The food came out hot, fresh, and nicely packaged in boxes. - Meat Patty & Whole Grilled Onions ($1.20): The meat patty was good but small. The grilled onions complimented the meat patty well. As always... im content! YES A little about this location: VERY busy. Always a pretty long line - YES always, BUT workers are quick at getting you "in & out" hence the name! Hadn't had In N Out in ages. The double double was great. But 3 orders of fries were woefully undercooked. Bright white and greasy tasting, and very soggy - all three orders. They clearly need to better train their staff and enforce quality standards. Totally ruined the experience. Cannot recommend this location. We are frequent customers at this In-N-Out and have always trusted this location until now. This visit was appalling. The employee on drive through duty, Yuliana, was shockingly disrespectful and completely unprofessional. She handed us the wrong order, immediately blamed us, and then yelled at us the moment we politely pointed out the mistake. She then demanded the food back even though we had already touched it with our bare hands, which was fine since it wasn't ours, but she voiced that she was going to give that contaminated item to the next car. That behavior is not only rude, it's a serious food safety concern. This was more than a bad shift. It was hostile, unhygienic, and unacceptable for any food service worker. I expect better from In-N-Out. I'm asking management to investigate this incident and take appropriate disciplinary action. Customers should not be treated this way or be put at risk because an employee loses their temper. Until this is addressed, we won't be returning to this location. read more

I grew up eating In-N-Out and I still love it. Now my kids get to grow up eating it and I know they love it as much as I do. We've had nothing but good experiences at this location. Some reviews are saying this location is slow, but I beg to differ. The dining room is never packed and we never have to wait for a table like other locations. The employees are friendly and my kids enjoy getting their stickers and hat. As for the food, it's always delicious. I don't feel disgusting after eating here. I love that you are able to customize your burger. I'll take a double meat hamburger protein style, animal style w/ raw onions instead please.
